"Me and my partner stayed here after a day of ferries and buses, it was exactly what we needed, location could not be any better right next to the port for onward travel. The room was really clean and modern which is a standard above most Philippine hotels for the price. The check in was easy and hassle free especially given the time of arrival around 00.00. AC worked perfectly and free things such as shampoo, soap, coffee and cold/hot water just helps a stay be that little bit better. Would recommend for anyone travelling to Boracay."

"Great location and right at the end of the runway where you can see planes landing and taking off and very short distance. Check in process was fine and we expect a very basic room for the price paid and it was the only hotel available but when we entered the room, there was an infestation of ants. We notified housekeeping who did attend to the issue right away while we went outside to Kam’s restaurant which was so cool and awesome with great views on the beach of the sunset. Food was decent and nearly half the price of the island and double the portions. The biggest disappointment was that we paid for breakfast which was to be served from 6am and we had to leave for the airport (5 minute walk away) at 7am. I notified the waitresses who took my order the night before. When I woke up at 6 and went down to the restaurant expecting the food to be ready, they hadn’t even begun cooking it and proceeded to take my order again. I waited 15 minutes but still not served so when I chased them they still had not even started cooking so I just asked for coffee to which they said it was the 3-1 satchet so I thought fine, it’ll take a minute and I can take the coffee to my room whilst we get ready. Waited another 10 minutes and still no rush to make it and didn’t not understand my own urgency so I told them to bring to the room which they eventually did. It was also annoying that they didn’t even have another customer in the restaurant so there was no reason why the food was not ready or even cooked on time."

"We had a wonderful stay at Savoy Hotel Boracay Newcoast and truly enjoyed every part of our experience. Our room was very comfortable, spotless, and well maintained. The cleanliness of the entire hotel really stood out — everything felt fresh, organized, and cared for. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and high quality; it was something we genuinely looked forward to each morning. What made our stay even more special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Jian, who helped arrange our transportation between the hotel and the mall, was incredibly kind, helpful, and reliable. His assistance made getting around easy and stress-free. At Savoy Café, we were warmly taken care of all staff members especially by Helen, Andrea and Cheky. All were very friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and they always made us feel comfortable and well looked after. A very special thank you goes to Acy from housekeeping. She was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. We were pleasantly surprised when she decorated our room with heart-shaped blankets, which was such a sweet and personal touch. She also kindly provided us with rubber gloves when we needed them — a small detail that showed great care and attentiveness. Overall, Savoy Hotel exceeded our expectations with its comfort, cleanliness, delicious food, and genuinely kind staff. We felt very well taken care of and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Aqua Boracay really has a luxurious feel - it’s aesthetic design and white-themed buildings really looks elegant and cool at the same time! It is located in Bulabog and has a direct access to the Bulabog beach area. It is more peaceful in this beach than the main white beach. It is not too far also from white beach, they have free shuttle every hour going to Dmall. The hotel room we booked (junior suite) is very spacious, clean and has a relaxing feel. It comes with a very spacious living room and dining area. The bed is huge and very comfortable. The comfort room comes with a bath tub which looks luxurious. The hotel staffs are very professional, friendly and accommodating! Breakfast is buffet style. The food is delicous and it comes with a wide variety of dishes. There are two pools in the hotel, both of which are very nice. We really enjoyed out stay! Will surely recommend this to our friends."

The staff are all so friendly and provide incredible service A free shuttle runs from the hotel to one of the main tourist areas all day- which is so helpful and easy to use Great value and if I go back to Borocay I would book again WiFi is spotty on the top floor but works fine downstairs"

Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. The breakfast buffet was another highlight—there were plenty of options to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious. It was the perfect way to start each day. We also want to commend one of the trainees, Abram. He stood out with his professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to help. His excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. Belmont is lucky to have someone like him on their team! "We really enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle Boracay! The staff were very welcoming and kind, especially to my son — they made him feel special during our stay. The hotel has its own pathway going directly to the beautiful beach of Station 1, which made it so convenient. The room was clean and cozy, and the ambiance around the pool and lobby was relaxing. It’s a great place for families who want both comfort and easy access to the beach. Definitely recommending this place! 🌴"
