DDutchgirlfrimhollandI booked the Holistic Harmony retreat for 5 days, which includes all meals, daily consultations, yoga, and treatments.. and honestly, the experience exceeded every expectation I had. The food alone deserves its own paragraph. Every breakfast, lunch, and dinner was exquisite; incredibly tasty and beautifully prepared. I’m not an expert, but I’ve eaten at Michelin-star restaurants, and I would absolutely deem the food served here worthy of that level. Every dish felt wholesome, intentional, and deeply satisfying. A huge part of my stay was the daily consultations with Dr. Ravi, the in-house Ayurvedic doctor. I arrived completely overwhelmed.. Stressed, emotionally raw, and honestly a bit of a wreck. Talking to Dr. Ravi every day brought me so much peace and grounding. His guidance was simple, compassionate, and effective. I’ve taken advice from him that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. When I checked in, I was brought to my room by golf cart because it was cold and a bit of a walk; a small gesture that already showed how thoughtful the service is here. The room itself… breathtaking. You wake up with a panoramic view over the valley, framed by the snow-capped Himalayas in the distance. “Stunning” doesn’t even cover it. The room was beautifully designed, with a minibar, safe, a huge comfortable bed, and an amazing balcony where you can watch the sunrise every morning surrounded by birds. There was a bowl of fruit, cookies, nuts, and despite the November chill, the heating kept the room perfectly warm and cozy. One of the highlights for me was the yoga room.. Honestly, it’s the yoga room from my dreams. Floor-to-ceiling windows, soft sunrise light, and the Himalayas right there in front of you. Daily morning yoga with Guru-Ji was serene, grounding, and incredibly peaceful. The yoga room is part of their Wellness Village, which includes meditation rooms, massage rooms, a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and a cold plunge. I had treatments every single day, all included in my package, and each one left me feeling rested. I also added a paragliding excursion, which was perfectly arranged; the drive there alone was an experience, passing local villages and daily life. But what truly made the stay special was the people. All the staff here have a genuine warmth that stays with you. A few people really stood out for me and touched my heart: • Ramesh at the Wellness Village, who was incredibly kind and helped me with my prayer-flag hanging ritual, one of the most spiritual and meaningful moments of my stay. • Maheshwori, the waitress at the restaurant. Kind, patient, and always attentive. She remembered I preferred warm water and brought it without asking from day two onward. She also noticed I loved the little crackers with tomato sauce and always offered a second round. • Vishnu, the young assistant at the Wellness Village. His English was limited, but his gentle attitude and genuine smile communicated everything. He helped however he coul
