"The hotel is undeniably beautiful and located in a very strategic and convenient area. close to everything I needed. The design and ambiance were lovely, and overall, it had great potential for a comfortable stay.
However, I was quite shocked to find a cockroach on the bed. This was really unexpected and affected my experience. I believe cleanliness should be a top priority, especially in guest rooms, and I hope the housekeeping team can be more thorough in the future.
Additionally, I noticed there wasn’t an iron provided in the room. It would be much more convenient for guests if basic amenities like an iron were available in every room without needing to request one.
Thank you, and I truly hope the hotel can improve in these areas — I would love to come back if these issues are addressed."

I was amazed at the spaciousness of the unit..it Ground floor which is a plus..the host is also very helpful and friendly..i will definitely come here again..the photos that u see, is totally different from the real thing .its much much nicer..maybe host needs to update the photos ya 😅.
Its also very quiet place to stay..they have netflix too and wifi super good.. my mistake was i forgot to take photos as i was celebrating my 40th bday 🤦🏻

Very strategic location. Close to local spots. Shops around. Walking distance. Service was bad. I booked 2 rooms for 4 of us. The first room 4017 smelled of strong smokes the moment we entered. Asked for a room change. Zul, bell boy was very helpful. He helped us to change the room. Check in person at front desk gave us another room 4022. Someone was actually already in the room when we opened the door. OMG this happened at midnight! Very poor service! Lastly the reception gave us room 7012 and we could only got into the room at 1am!

My second time staying at this hotel. The staff are friendly but pls make sure the cleanliness of the room is superb. bcs when i entered into my room, the floor still wet. the toilet was so dirty. the blanket is yellowish. i rated 5/10

Very much satisfied with almost everything, especially the size of the room and proce. It's hard to get rooms this big with this rate nowadays. Comfortable. Good service.
I do agree with other guests mentioning about water stains on the bathroom glass wall but it doesn't bother me that much. the hotel is a bit old I guess. the corner of the room has chipped wood. there's no tissue provided in the room, there's only rolled tissue in the bathroom.
but overall im satisfied.

3 levels shoplot building with no lift. Small room with no window. In front of market. This hotel located around 10mins walk to utc pasar tanjung tawau and 30mins drive to airport. Arrived late at night around 8pm and they allowed late check in. Aircond functioning well however the room gives a bit of musty smell. Remote tv & aircond has to be returned to receptionist upon checkout. 2 smalls soap were given during check in. Cannot expect much for rm74/night room. For muslims, has to pray on bed since too little space to sujud. Good for 1 night stay only

Junior Suite Stay.
I had the pleasure of staying in the Junior Suite and it was such a comfortable experience. The room is very spacious, with a well-designed layout that separates the cozy living area from the bedroom. perfect for relaxing or getting some work done without feeling cramped. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the suite was warm and inviting. Definitely a great choice if you’re looking for both space and comfort. Highly recommended!

Best hotel i ever had. Reasonable price. They were friendly and even lent me their charger when i need it. For girls that need iron, they also provide that. No meal provided but overall is good. Will repeat it again

Transit stay to Semporna. Opposite restoran Ingat offer good chinese foods. Nearby restaurants and walking distance 10 min to wet market. Lifts available. Recommended though hotel needs upgrade.
