This review is solely based on the overall experience staying at this apartment. It is to create awareness for others in case they have kids and would like to stay here as it has 2 Queen bed accommodation. For context, it is a condominium with dual keys unit, meaning it has one main entrance followed by 2 separate doors for each unit. I do not want anyone to been through what we did.
We check-in late around 5pm, the kids are excited when they entered the room happily and shouting. Out of a sudden, we heard a guy shouting from the other unit, we opened the door and he shouted at us angrily. He said he is staying here and he is sleeping, do not make any noise. We obliged and tried to keep our volume down. We went out after and back to the stay around 10pm. My kids suddenly cried and he shouted “Hello!”and slammed the door loudly. We will all stunned and speechless. The kids are only 3 and 8 fyi, and I have to tell them to be quiet for the whole time while staying here. What’s the joy of staying here for? To be honest, it is late at night at level 39 and with an unknown mental unwell guy just beside us really makes our stay a very stressful and threatening one. We slept for the night as it is late and the kids are tired. We left the stay asap the next morning.

JJesslynNgWe booked a Premium King Room for one night. The room was clean and came with basic amenities such as disposable slippers, toiletries, TV, small desk for work, dining / coffee table for two, safety box and mini fridge. There’s also plenty of parking space just outside the hotel, and a nice western food store within walking distance.
Check-in was at 3 PM and check-out at 12 PM. The front desk operates 24/7, and the staff were friendly and able to speak both Malay and English, which made communication easy. There’s also cctv installed along the walkway outside the room.
However, there was no hair dryer provided in the room.
The biggest downside was the room location. We were given the last room facing the main road , and it was extremely noisy. We could clearly hear cars and motorcycles passing by throughout the night. I only managed to fall asleep around 4–5 AM due to the constant noise.
Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, but the road noise seriously affected our rest. If you're a light sleeper, we recommend requesting a room away from the roadside.

YYeo Bee Hoon FeliciaOverall is clean, and they provide v clear instruction on checking in the apartment so is quite seamless. They have a room with 2 queen size bed and a portable kind of bathtub, and the other room is a double bed. Also provide 2 mattresses. The bed abit soft already but still ok for 1 night stay. They provide shower n shampoo dispenser style, alot of toothbrushes, coffee, tea, towels.

EEmmy’sIt was a last minute decision for me to choose a room because all the other rooms were full except for the family room. I was very disappointed from the moment I stepped into the room because there were a lot of hairs on the mattresses and pillows on the two beds and one of the blankets smelled like it hadn't been changed. The hair dryer didn't work but the room was clean. I would like you to improve the bed sheets, blankets and pillow cases because I think every customer who uses the service wants to find a clean hotel. The counter staff was good. I give a thumbs up for this.

Informed the hotel receptionist on things to improve.
Facility is relatively old but clean but got some fungus as seem on the wall between toilet and room.
Breakfast is semi buffet
Got washing machine and dryer for 2 bedroom type.
Might return again to see if any improvement.
Location wise is suitable if got car.

JJackSeeA hotel with lots of outdoor carparking. The reception has a good attitude and is fast and efficient. The Deluxe Family room was nice and with lower price. Facilities include: tea bags, kettle, hair dryer, towels, air cond, water heater, shower gel, toilet paper and toothbrush. Anyway, I have to say that the bed in the hotel was clean and very comfortable.
