"I booked this hotel for one night. The location is not very convenient as there aren’t many food options nearby, but it is quite close to the airport. Due to our flight timing, we arrived at the hotel earlier than usual. We understood the official check-in time, so we politely asked if there was any chance of checking in earlier. If not, we were willing to wait, we only hoped they could let us know once a room became available. There were two counters. We were initially at the second counter (one next away from the 1st counter), but the receptionist asked my husband to move to the first one. No issue, we moved over as instructed. During the check-in process, the male receptionist repeatedly asked whether I booked online. I answered yes, yet he asked the same question again. Since he already had my IC in his hand, I expected he could see the booking details in the system. I honestly didn’t understand why he kept repeating the same question. I then politely asked if we could get a room earlier should there be any available. Instead of responding in a friendly or helpful manner, he kept repeating, “Our check-in time is 2pm,” more than three times over our check-in process. We clearly understood the check-in time, but his tone and attitude were not friendly at all. A simple “If we have a room available, we’ll try to arrange it for you” would have been enough, but instead he just repeated the same answer without any consideration. On top of that, both receptionists, the male and the female were chatting and laughing among themselves at the counter in front of guests, which felt quite unprofessional. Still, we were thankful that we eventually managed to get our room at 12:35pm. Overall, the experience was disappointing and lacked basic hospitality. I’ve been travelling and staying in different hotels, and I’ve never encountered service this unfriendly before."

"Very smooth and well explanatory instructions from the hotel.The location perfect for layover in kota kinabalu. The place is clean and well maintained also check in and out process very easy and nice,however if you have heavy luggage should request groundfloor rooms because for upper rooms no lift available Otherwise everything is smooth and tidy"

"new hotel, furniture and overall facilities still in good conditions, and clean, hope keep it up... but the toilet floor is slippery, need to be carefull, risk of fall.. dangerous to elderly. food still limited choices, no bread... usually bread are the basic food must have for hotel... so far my experienced, never encounter hotel no bread... no mirror in bedroom... ladies cant accept room without mirror.. hihihi... very inconvenient to use mirror in bathroom... room spacious for family, i booked room equipt with 1Q, 1S bed... one more thing..remote tv in chinese, cannot understand, no local tv channel (tv1,tv2.tv3, etc), netflix cannot open... no hotel subscription... become useless..."

"We just had the video and forgot to take a picture. Handle door is broke, room is really uncomfortable and we had ask to change room unfortunately that day was fully booked. Hoping the management take an action and we're look forward to see the best in your hotel apartment for the next staycation. Btw, the positive things abt this hotel it is very close (sharing buliding with ITCC mall) but you still need a transportation if you're wish going to city centre of Sabah."

"All was good except for the WiFi service. The staff were good. It has no lift by the way and our family room with 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed was on the 2nd floor. Using only stair to lift up our baggage. This facility has it's own parking lot which save our time not to look for a space to park our car."
