this hotel is very, very good, and the staff friendly and nice. the staff also assisted and cleaned the floor when my child vomited. There is ample parking at the basement, and it's safe for your car. they have also provided bread coffee tea all at hotel room . There is life air condition and toilets were clean. keep up the good job.

self checkin machine, if dont know how to use can ask staff there. staff is friendly and helpful. Bed is clean ,room is large but got ant at bed and table. Got mini fridge,hair dryer ,kettle,mug ,teaspoon,coffee and tea . Location is good, got 24/7 laundry and kfc ,mixue around there. No bottle water,but got coway can refill water yourself .

Last minute booked with this hotel seri Malaysia sungai petani because there was a problem checking in with the previously booked hotel. At first everything was okay with the good receptionist but I was a little surprised because the hotel doesn't have an elevator and my mother, who has knee problem and uses crutches, has to climb the stairs to get to the room. At night my mother and I slept as usual and suddenly my mother and I woke up at the same time because of many noises that disturbed us such as the wall of the room being kicked and the sound of very loud walking from 2.30 am until dawn. We tried to sleep but couldn't and we just had to be patient because we were very tired because we traveled far from Johor. Early in the morning we were ready to check out and have breakfast at the hotel cafe. It's also unfortunate when a very simple breakfast is provided with only fried rice and fried noodles without side dishes and only sausage side dishes are provided. Have to line up to eat toast. There is a lot that this hotel needs to improve. The hotel room looking so old. By the way, the room I stay is 229.

The hotel is near a busy road, no sound proof windows. There are few shops along the hotel, Nasi Kandar Restaurant, 99 Mart, Clinic, Pharmacy and DIY shop.

I have book 2 family room, 1 roomvery clean, comfortable to stay but 1 more room not clean especially in bathroom, in toilet bowl and tile so dirty. The floor very slippery . You need to carefully especially shower.
