Pysäköintimahdollisuuden tarjoavat hotellit kohteessa Bentong District

Olin täällä tässä hotellissa pari kuukautta sitten joulun aikaan ja täällä olen taas kiinalaisen uuden vuoden aikana. Ensimmäinen kokemukseni tässä hotellissa ei ollut välttämättä miellyttävin, mutta tällä kertaa se oli hieman erilainen. Minulle annettu huone oli 11. kerroksessa ja ne kunnostettiin täysin ilman ongelmia.  Palvelu oli tällä kertaa erinomaista.  Ainoa haittapuoli on, että minulla oli esteellinen näkymä uima-altaalle päin. Haluaisin mieluummin näkymän vuorille päin. Laitos on itse asiassa varsin rentouttava, mikä sopii minun rentoutumiseeni. Varaan ehdottomasti uudelleen.

Fast process for check in.. Clean rooms. Requested room to be at the same level, as we had a brother with limited disability but not granted. Requested rooms with nice view but we got 2 suites facing construction site. Expected both rooms had bath tubs but only suites with 2 rooms had it. Jacuzzi not functioning for hot tap. Husband whatsapp to the given no, but no reply. I called the room service by myself but was given info that need up to 4 hours to get heated. We waited with hopes, but not functioning. My husband called up, and said will send the management team but somehow did not turn up until checked out. So, NO POINT OF HAVING JACUZZI IF THE HOT TAP WATER IS NOT FUNCTIONING. Many playgrounds. Even we had one at level 21, however, so dusty. The indoor playground only has 1 slides and foosball. No other attraction inside. As for arcade, we paid to play Air hockey table for nothing! Indoor swimming pool with heated water and outdoor playground were good. The sauna was not up to par. Not heated regardless of how much water we poured on. Not so many halal outlets for Muslim at the mall. Conclusion: Will not repeat.

Location is good, within walking distance to restaurants and convenient shops. Use the connection bridge at L5. Very near to GPO and cable car station, about 5 mins drive. Parking is allocated for 1 car. The apartment was clean, with basic amenities like 2 door fridge, washing machine, microwave, basic cutleries, bowls and plates. No pots and pans although there is cooking stovetop. Towels are provided but get prepared to wait longer if u plan during weekends or public holidays. I have to wait for almost 3 hours before I can eventually receive the towels at my rented unit. The aircond is only inside 1 room. No AC at the main hall, only ceiling fans. The hall was converted to a sleeping area with 1 queen+1 single. Soap and shampoo are provided, and the shower comes with a water heater. Overall I'm ok with our 2 nights stay. The only thing that needs improvement is the check in, it took me almost 1.5 hours due to long queues before i can finally make it to the check in counter. I understand it's due to the weekend/public holiday, but at least the management should prepare some chairs outside knowing that people have to stand long in the queue, and some welcoming drinks would be even better.

We recently stayed at the Genting SkyWorlds Hotel (formerly known as the Theme Park Hotel). While the name has changed, the charm of the location remains. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, specifically for the stunning mountain views from our balcony. However, there were a few issues with the room maintenance. Upon check-in, we found stagnant water and debris in the bathroom sink, which wasn't the best first impression. Additionally, we noticed a persistent smell of cooking/food in our room, suggesting we were located perhaps too close to the hotel kitchen or a nearby restaurant ventilation system. Interestingly, we found ourselves spending more time relaxing in the room than exploring. Genting has become very commercialized, feeling more like a giant shopping mall and entertainment complex than a nature retreat. Aside from the view from our balcony, the 'green' side of the highlands is fading. Despite the cleaning issues, we still had a pleasant, relaxing time and would return for the atmosphere.

Regarding this trip for my comment i feel quite upset and bad experience. I had mentioned at remarks wish can early check in and cold aircond but sadly i didnt get any updated status. Around 6.30pm i just back to check in but sadly they told me my room already give another guest and left last room no aircond and share bathroom. I booked with premium suite but when i get i feel so disappointed. They still ask me to upgrade and add pricing. They cant solve the problem still ask myself to contact customer service but customer service same cant solve and keep highlight they nothing mistake. When i get my key to room also confused without brief clearly. Still wrong venue i went cause had A B C wings. After go inside the room feel disappointed again cause the room condition different with booking photo. Just can to said they not good maintain. So cant unacceptable my room get smelly and i had mentioned with remarks not prefer with smelly room. Whole day busy and tired journey but get this bad experience. Another add on info, if plan going glass house and swimming pool remember drop lift at lv 40 and change another lift(so hard i just found it),advise put the noted at lift or reception can brief the check in guest. If ask me will went again i will think twice 1st.

Despite the cold wheather and the nice view from windows and balcony, rainwater leaking from windows in the 3rd bedroom and cannot put things on the floor due to water on the floor. No disposable slippers and carpet to use in the whole premise due to very cold wheather. No spoon and fork provided for eating. Not enough rubbish plastic bag for 2 days staycation.

The hotel was dirty. When I checked in around 3 p.m., there was hair in the room and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The staff were quite unfriendly and did not explain things properly. Lastly, the hotel felt creepy and uncomfortable. 🥲

First time self check in. Overall the room is cleaned. New design. But got smelling at toilet and quite noisy from others room coz the talking so loudly.

They check-in process are too complicated. Cistern need to queue up at the OTA counter to register first. Then check-in with the hotel kiosk. It takes more than 2 hours to process this. Even i got some issue which cause from the hotel's kiosk. But staff was really unhelpful and no service mind at all. Every staff always push me to contact another person and another kiosk but it's not where the issue came from. All staff always chit-chat in a group but no one seems work effectively. Only the supervisor at the front desk counter number 4 who can assist me with the issue. Appreciated for solving the issue. Again, even this hotel called as the biggest hotel in the world. But the service level should be at the same as the hotel size........

The apartment was sufficient for our family of 7. The amenities provided is also sufficient. However, the checking in procedure was a bit inefficient. The host could have contacted/WhatsApp me earlier and let me know how exactly to check-in. Rather than I was sent here and there by the people at the hotel. Another thing, the apartment is on the 10th floor, so I can hear the cars ramming along the road. It was very2 noisy all night.
