Excellent service at Art Paradiso, top notch amenities and room condition (exactly like the pictures). Felt most welcome and treated like royalty during our 2-night stay.

Arrived early around 1330hrs- asked if early check in is possible, Front desk agent person Sylvia Jeong(only remember last name sorry) professionally greated, explaned about the accomodation and what i am entitled with highly experienced attitude and knoweldge. Helped me to purchase club access to enjoy food and the club access; Not only her; but on the way to the suite, every paradise team members greeted, asked if help is needed and i was very much satisfied. I had strong impression the IR must have strong management team to bring up the service level this high. Turnndown service i requested for 1830hrs was accomodated without a problem or any delay, club food was good, team members at the lounge was helping each other with big smile regardless of their department or duty which i believe team members should be very proud of themselves. Paradise city is a big IR property. I was not expecting this high level of service quaility. They really are the top notch, i felt, experienxed like i am staying in the 200 rooms and below, small luxuary resort kind of detailed service experience. I will definetly revisit.

Ensinnäkin, se on halpa. Se on kuitenkin siisti ja siellä on paljon mukavuuksia, joten suosittelen sitä kaikille, lyhytaikaisista pitkäaikaisiin oleskeluihin. Se on noin 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä asemalta, ja hotellin lähellä on lähikauppoja ja ravintoloita. Se on myös lyhyen junamatkan päässä lentokentältä, joten haluaisin yöpyä täällä uudelleen, jos menen takaisin.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the hotel’s location is convenient for getting around the city. The breakfast selection was decent, though there is some room for improvement. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and the hotel is suitable for future visits.

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. We chose Inspire for our first family trip to Korea, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. We had a truly wonderful time. Our room was upgraded, and it was absolutely fantastic. It was spacious, very clean, and beautifully designed. The hospitality of the hotel staff was also outstanding and made our stay even more special. When we visit Korea again, we will definitely choose Inspire again. Thank you very much for such a memorable stay.

On arrival day, our flight into ICN airport was delayed. After we landed at around 23:00, I called the phone number in the listing to notify the host that we will be arriving late. The host picked up the phone right away, and although the phone signal was bad and there was a little bit of communication issue with English, eventually we got the message through. We ended up in a long line at immigration clearance, and after the taxi ride, we arrived at the property after 00:30. When we got there, the host was outside waiting for us, quickly checked my passport and then helped us get our 3 suitcases, 4 backpacks, and a stroller into our unit. We stayed one night and checked out the next day. As we were leaving at 11:00 (check-out time), the staff were already cleaning the other rooms and the common area. On our way out, the host asked us where we were going, and then gave us a ride to Unseo subway station for free. I have never experienced a more hospitable host than DreamTrip Guesthouse. The service was beyond awesome. Keep in mind that the property is more akin to a private dormitory with private restroom and shower, and a communal kitchen and dining area. The room is fairly small, with the beds taking us most of the space, but it is enough for a night of sleep. Unfortunately, we did not have time to use any of the communal facilities. Also, as we found other while leaving, the host seemed to be much more fluent in Mandarin than English. It would be helpful if languages spoken were advertised in this listing.

The view is beautiful, right by the sea, and the room is clean. However, if you have an early flight, it’s a good idea to book a taxi in advance, as it’s very quiet in the morning. It’s very close to the airport, the travel time is no more than 20 minutes.

A compact but adequate apartment with modern decor for a short stay. Nice toilet/shower, adequate kitchen. A nice feature is the enclosed balcony, albeit small but ok for the two chairs and a small table. Location is convenient to Metro, airport express bus 6777 or a walk through Central Park.

Cons: Kind of far off in the corner from the airport and is located uphill Pros: Room is waaay bigger than the photo Reception was very accommodating; matched us with a room that worked well with our luggage Reception also had taxi services they were willing to offer for those heading to the airport Conclusion: Great price and service! En voi sanoa paljon muuta, koska saapuimme hyvin myöhään ja meidän täytyy lähteä aamulla lentokentälle. Tein tarkastuksen, ja sai sarkastisen kommentin vastaanottaja koska saapuimme klo 1:00. Kun saimme huoneessa, halusimme pyytää vastaanottaja varata taksin meille, ja missä oli etäisyys AC, mutta hän ei ollut vastaanotto, ja ei ottanut puhelin joko .... - Emme olleet molemmilla tavoilla. Joten joutui ottamaan julkisen liikenteen , joka ei ole kovin mukava. Oli pakko kävellä 20/25min jälkeen bussilla pysähtyminen kaikki matkatavarat. Kuitenkin aamulla oli helppo varata Uber.
