Hotellit aamiaisella kohteessa Incheon

Excellent service at Art Paradiso, top notch amenities and room condition (exactly like the pictures). Felt most welcome and treated like royalty during our 2-night stay.

Very simple transfer to and from the Airport (Terminal 1 / Exit 3). Short clean and new shuttle. The hotel is clean and modern with great design touches throughout. The room was very nice and up to global standards. If I stay in Korea near the Airport again I will for sure select this hotel again. The breakfast buffet was extensive and had many of healthy choices which is important to me.

Arrived early around 1330hrs- asked if early check in is possible, Front desk agent person Sylvia Jeong(only remember last name sorry) professionally greated, explaned about the accomodation and what i am entitled with highly experienced attitude and knoweldge. Helped me to purchase club access to enjoy food and the club access; Not only her; but on the way to the suite, every paradise team members greeted, asked if help is needed and i was very much satisfied. I had strong impression the IR must have strong management team to bring up the service level this high. Turnndown service i requested for 1830hrs was accomodated without a problem or any delay, club food was good, team members at the lounge was helping each other with big smile regardless of their department or duty which i believe team members should be very proud of themselves. Paradise city is a big IR property. I was not expecting this high level of service quaility. They really are the top notch, i felt, experienxed like i am staying in the 200 rooms and below, small luxuary resort kind of detailed service experience. I will definetly revisit.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the hotel’s location is convenient for getting around the city. The breakfast selection was decent, though there is some room for improvement. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and the hotel is suitable for future visits.

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. We chose Inspire for our first family trip to Korea, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. We had a truly wonderful time. Our room was upgraded, and it was absolutely fantastic. It was spacious, very clean, and beautifully designed. The hospitality of the hotel staff was also outstanding and made our stay even more special. When we visit Korea again, we will definitely choose Inspire again. Thank you very much for such a memorable stay.

The room is nice, it's Japan managed style. The bed is sooo comfy. The breakfast is KR style which is so so for me. Anyway. it's a very good choice of hotel if you're ok of being away from the city center. Even though it's far but the nearby are pack with hugee underground shopping mall, lotte mart, shopping street and many kind of restuarant. To aviod stairs after check out, i recommend you take elevator at the park that u have to cross the street and press B2 (as i remember).. You will arrive at the train entrance right away. It doesnt have exit number.

Olin tyytyväinen hotellin siisteyteen, sijaintiin, uima-altaaseen, henkilökuntaan, palveluun ja lähikauppaan. Kirjoitan tämän kuitenkin, koska minun piti olla varovainen uidessani. 1. On hienoa, että perheet voivat tulla yhteen ja pitää hauskaa, mutta pitääkö meidän todella tarjota toisillemme uidessa mukanamme tuotuja hedelmiä ja leipää? 2. Kuvien ottaminen selfiekepillä on ihan ok, mutta tuntui pelottavalta nähdä jonkun uimassa sen kanssa. Lapseni heilutteli sitä ympäriinsä, kun isä vain nauroi. 3. Olipa se kuinka noloa tahansa, ei pitäisi käyttää tavallista paitaa uima-altaalla. Tiedän, että henkilökunnan on vaikea hallita vieraita edellä mainituissa tilanteissa, mutta sitä oli epämukavaa katsella. Näkymä kattoterassin uima-altaalta, valaistus ja lämmin vesi sateessa olivat kaikki ihania hetkiä lapselleni. Tulemme uudelleen. Aion käydä uudelleen, koska se oli niin parantava kokemus. Siksi kirjoitan tämän muistiin. Pidin siitä, että lähikaupassa oli paljon lastentarvikkeita. Hotellin sijainti oli myös kätevä, lähellä Eulwangnin rantaa.

The hotel is about an 8min walk from Unseo Station (according to Naver Maps) but I took a bus from Incheon T1 (223, gate 6) which took about 20min and put me about a 3min walk away. Fuss free check in, and they have a free shuttle bus service to the airport which you reserve in advance. There's also complimentary breakfast of bread, rice, soup, cereal and ramen. My room was clean, comfortable and came with a mini-fridge, kettle and even a steam closet and a dry sauna. Shampoo and soap were provided, but toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors and other consumables were available to purchase from the vending machine. There are plenty of eateries and convenience stores right outside the door. Good for staying a night or two.

The room was dirty but they quickly changed it for me. Nobody helped me with my luggage when I arrived and left. There is convenience store in the lobby which is helpful. Harbor view room has a good view. Location very far from Seoul but close to shops, restaurants and China Town. Overall average

Room was big, location was very convenient. The towels, bed sheets, and pillow cases were not very clean. Had some stains on them. Pillow was very hard and flat. So if you’re not used to such pillows you’ll find it difficult to sleep. There was also a small roach crawling on the floor….. I had to close my luggage because I was afraid that bugs wiikd climb into the luggage!
