"We drove 1.5 hours from Hakata to this hotel, quick far away. The osen hotel is pretty large and have public and private osen bath to choose from. Originally we booked the room with hot spring both but have been checked into a different room with a separate bath tub only. The hotel insisted this is the same room type and need to charge additional charge to upgrade to the better room that can have a separate hot spring bath. I called Trip.com and they admitted that there is some confusion on the room type and has agreed to pay for the extra charge to upgrade to the better room. So finally we paid the upgrade charge and moved to the better room with the hot spring bath. So overall it was still a very good experience. "My stay at Ureshino Onsen Yoshidaya Uchiroji Hondori (also known as Yadoya Uchiroji Hondori) was a tale of two extremes in the charming hot spring town of Ureshino, Saga Prefecture. The hotel was modern Japanese-style with smart check-in system. The twin room was spacious, impeccably clean, and exude serene comfort, making it a perfect retreat. The private onsen facilities truly shine— It was a free slot with 40 mins, which could be booked once via QR Code at the room. Ureshino's famous sodium-rich hot springs, renowned as one of Japan's top three for beautifying the skin, deliver silky-smooth water that leaves you feeling rejuvenated. However, the meal plan was a major letdown. I sent an email to the hotel to confirm my booking and stated I did not eat beef before. The customer service replied I had to pay extra per person in order to change the meat option. For over JPY 38,000 per night including breakfast and dinner, we anticipated premium kaiseki cuisine or traditional served Japanese dinner set. Instead, only a bento box with cold salad and an underwhelming beef and egg pie that felt mismatched for the price. Tragically, my husband experienced vomiting shortly after, likely food-related, which overshadowed our trip. And the breakfast was also disappointing, which was only cold sandwiches with a cup of tea or milk. Thus, I strongly recommend the hotel clearly states the exact contents of dinner and breakfast plans on booking sites—including detailed menus or photos—and offers flexible options, such as plan changes or alternatives, if guests fall ill from the food. This transparency and adaptability would greatly enhance the experience and prevent frustration."

"I recently enjoyed a lovely holiday stay at Fairfield. This hotel appears to be quite new, and the rooms were very comfortable, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring. It was convenient for getting around and accessing various attractions, which made it ideal for my holiday. While my stay was overall very positive, there were a couple of things to note. The hotel does not have an in-house restaurant, so dining options require venturing out. Additionally, there is no onsen (Japanese hot spring bath) available at the property. Despite these minor points, I found Fairfield Marriott to be a comfortable and well-located hotel that I would certainly consider staying at again for a holiday."

"設備設施維護的都很好，有很多趣味性的corner，比如書籍借閲和温泉水直飲的室外休息區 入住接待和介紹十分熱情，講解也很細緻，會帶着你整個設施都逛一圈然後在到房間裏每個個室再講解一遍，包括用餐時間、餐食風格以及check out那天如何出行，是否要預約車送行都會一一確認 二泊的餐食中規中矩，和食一貫的風格，少量多種類，味道也不錯。值得一提的是女將非常熱情，還會主動提出給我們拍合照，聊天還會誇誇，情緒價值拉滿 Btw，入住時送的唐芋小點心真的好吃！走之前特地去gift shop裏買了好幾盒帶走，甜甜的又很軟，適合長者家吃 整體來説配得上這個價格，值得花時間寫這麼多評價，下次有機會還會來住"

"옥상에서 온천을 할수있고 우레시노온천에서 편안한 휴식을 취하였다 온천물이 좋습니다 신칸센 기차역가는 셔틀버스가 운행되어 좋았습니다 屋上で温泉ができ、嬉野温泉でくつろいだ 温泉が好きです 新幹線の汽車駅行きのシャトルバスが運行されて良かったです"

"離jr站有點距離 因為沒提前預約酒店來車站接 所以衹能步行前往 （此處給當年神户車站的工作人員滿分 嬉野温泉站的工作人員冷漠） 定的一泊二食 房間是這次日本遊裏最大的 也看出來新裝修過 餐食總體而言還不錯 湯池有點小 有室內室外 室外景色沒有當年神户美 本以為日式服務超級贊 但辦理入住 居然連行李送入房都沒有 不懂日本是不是都這樣 但退房的時候 有免費送站服務的 總體而言 這次住宿還是不錯的 下一次我要去別府温泉試試看"
