Very spacious room with 3 single beds, a balcony and a large toilet. Kids enjoy the hot spring baths. Frequent shuttle service in the peak hours. But when returning to the hotel from Disneyland and DisneySea, the shuttles were really packed. In summary, we enjoyed the stay at this hotel, and recommended to the budget travelers, it’s worth for the money.

Wow, I’ve not been impressed with a hotel that caught me by surprise from the moment I entered the building/ room. My stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay was absolutely fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed each moment of my stay. From check-in, to a welcome message with fruits awaiting me in my room upon check-in, to the different services the hotel offers, like: shuttle for the nearest train station (which connects to the various lines that can help on your journey of exploring the city), exceptional amenities, room service, etc., I was beyond impressed. I’m just sad I did not get to access the rooftop bar, as the weather was not pleasant in the evening during my entire stay, so the bar was closed for safety. I plan to return to Tokyo for another holiday and stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tokyo; you won’t regret it.

The hotel is dated, lobby, restaurants and rooms but it is all very well upkeep and clean. Late night at the lobby and room does feel a little . The room is spacious, nice hot powerful showers and bath, which is much appreciated after a long day at Disney. 5 mins walking distance to Disney Train Station, it does have a frequent shuttle bus service to take you to the Disney train station. Only complaints are: 1) some of the elderly male staff are not very nice, especially the gentleman in the front desk. Zero smile even when I made an extra effort in saying thank you each time. 2) Hard bed 3) No staff at the lobby to assist at 2am 4) The hotel gave me a little of a ‘******* house’ feeling when the hotel is quite at night 5) On 23 December, both Japanese and Western restaurant only offered 2 pages set menu, no a la carte. Next time I will want to try the newly renovated Hilton just next door.

Ne tarjosivat kylpysuolaa, kasvot maskit ja jopa lämpölevyt, jotka olivat täydellisiä pitkän päivän kävely Disneylandin tai Disney Sea. Valitettavasti nämä tilat eivät olleet täytetyt oleskelumme aikana. Kylpyhuone oli toinen korostettu, suunniteltu lähes kuin yksityinen ääliö, ja se oli täysin erotettu WC, lisätä lisä mukavuutta ja mukavuutta. Hotellilla on myös sisäinen mart, vaikka ruokavalio on melko rajallinen. Valoisa puoli, on pieni Disney-kauppa hotellissa, jossa voit ostaa muistoja ilman tavallisia joukkoja löytyy puistoissa. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja vastasi standardia muissa hotelleissa samankaltaisessa hinta-alueella. Suosittelen erityisesti jälkiruoat ne olivat herkullisia. Meillä oli koko ajan ollut hauskaa ja aiomme harkita paluuta seuraavalle Disney-matkalle.

Lovely hotel welcoming with complimentary drinks 24hrs. Next to Lawson conveni stall and provide free shuttle bus to/fro Disneyland/sea. 10mins walk to bigger suppermarkets and eateries. Room space is better compared to normal Japan hotel room size considering 2 double bed although we have only 2 person. Am happy with the 3nighrs stay given above and washing machine reasonable charge at 300jpy and dryer at 100jpy. Can be improve to have luaggage weighing machine. They're kind to received items on behalf abd provide courier service at front counter from what I know. Lastly, it's convient 3muns walk to take airport limo bus from next door Hyatt Hotel. The location is great—Bayside Station is right across the road, and they’ve got shuttle buses running there and to Maihama Station. The rooms feel a bit old-school, but they’re clean, cozy, and surprisingly spacious. One big plus: unlike other hotels that stay dim and yellow, the ceiling lights here are adjustable. Since I love a bright room, that was a huge win for me! Just a heads-up, they don’t sell early entry passes for Disneyland/sea. Overall, it’s a solid spot. Highly recommended!

It's a great and comfy stay for 3 nights. However , I did not expect there are certain timings to shuttle bus picking guests from the Shin-Urayasu station and its a good 15 to 17 mins walk from there. We pushed our luggage fr station to hotel. Malls are near the station as well. We nd to walk 4mins out to nearby convenience store. Overall, hotel staff are friendly and helped in every aspects. They also provided quality toiletries eg DHC skincare products and making all guests comfortable by providing heatpacks and miso soup at the hotel entrance. Will recommend to stay due to the comfort of the hotel but not the distance.

Service crew are helpful, good that the hotel sells disney goods. Breakfast was decent as well with great selections. Location is ok, given that there are free shuttle to disneyland but not disneysea..

Small bed, fairly small room. Has a small bath. About 20 minute walk to the metro station. The free shuttle bus to Disney doesn't leave until 9am, but there is a public bus close by

If you’re looking for an affordable hotel in the Disneyland Tokyo area, with 3 morning and evening shuttle bus service to the nearby train and bus station and then Disneyland and Disney sea, this is the hotel. The hotel is room was reasonable and compact but spotless, with two comfortable twin beds, AC ,curtains, and a sleek ensuite bathroom (hot shower + good water pressure).The basics like a TV, free Wi-Fi, and a small desk were provided. While amenities are limited, they cover the essentials: front desk support, luggage storage, and free amenities refills at the front desk. The staff were friendly and efficient. They offered quick check-in/out. The hotel is a bit secluded from places to eat, so you may want to get the hotel buffet breakfast before leaving for the day. Alternatively, you can go to the mall at the train/bus station for more options.
