"Arrived on a heavy snow and my shoe were all wet. Were told that our room were not ready but the lady quickly offered me a Shoe Dryer to dry my shoe. The room were quite spacious. It has beautiful view of Mt Fuji. The onsen have the same beautiful view of Mt Fuji. 20 mins walk to the Kawaguchi station. But within 5 mins walk around the hotel, there are Lawson, restaurants and also a huge supermarket. Recommended."

"This hotel offers plenty of activities to keep you busy. I particularly enjoyed the welcome matcha tea from an authentic tea house. The rustic sake room provides complimentary sake, which definitely warms you up and relieves tiredness. There’s also an open-air foot bath available. I had a spacious room with a marvelous view of Mount Fuji every morning upon waking. The gourmet dining experience is definitely worth mentioning. The unforgettable drum show and bingo game at night were incredibly exciting. The onsen experience was perfect."

"Great experience here. They ensured check-in was smooth. The view of Mt Fuji is spectacular. Our room had the close-up view of Mt Fuji. Really great experience staying here. We cancelled our morning plans to stay in the hotel to enjoy it more before we check-out. Staffs are really friendly and can speak English. However, if you want to contact them before the stay, you'll have to call them, as they rarely respond to emails. They also provided with 2 free tickets of Fuji Q Highland theme park tickets. However, take note that in order to take rides in the park, you'll need to purchase a separate ticket for each ride. The ticket they've provided is only for entry into the park. Overall, a great stay and enjoyed the experience here."

"The hotel is clean and has a free hot spring onsen. The hotel is quite far from the station, but it’s worth it because Mount Fuji is right behind it—huge and absolutely beautiful 😭. It’s also close to a large Daiso. Very satisfying / I’m very satisfied.♥️♥️♥️"

"I booked this hotel because the promotion made it seem luxurious, but the surroundings feel odd, almost like all the trees have been removed by purpose, littered with dry leaves and fallen branches. It feels dirty and poorly cared for. I was expecting a neatly landscaped area with grass and trees, but instead, the outside feels like a barren, lifeless space. That said, the inside of the room looks very good. The accommodation consists of two separate large caravan‑style rooms. They are not very spacious, but they are sufficient for a family of four. One of the rooms has slightly less living space because it includes a larger bathroom, with a full‑size bathtub. This is something you rarely find in Tokyo, where most bathtubs are quite small, so this was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, we struggled with the bathtub controls as it was written in Japanese, we couldn't use it after all. Also, the heating system are all labeled in Japanese, and there were no clear instructions in English. As a result, we didn’t figure out how to use the heating until the second night. We stayed for two nights in total. There is an outdoor spa area, which is interesting and enjoyable. We used it and found it quite good, although it is small. It works best for two people, three is a tight squeeze, and four would be uncomfortable. The sauna is decent and operates daily. Breakfast is served at set times rather than as a buffet, likely because the hotel only has 14 rooms. Guests must choose a time slot, such as 7:00, 7:30, 8:00, 8:30. We chose 8:30. Breakfast is a set menu rather than self‑service. Each morning includes a starter, a main dish, and some small item to finish, well enough for us. The first day was Japanese‑style, with a rice‑based dish. The second day was Western‑style, with a sandwich as the main course and fried eggs with pork belly. The food tasted good, but we would have appreciated more water. We did not ask for refills, as staff left the area after serving. Finding the hotel is a bit difficult. The entrance sign is blocked by a car park sign, making it very easy to miss. You need to drive very slowly, or you will pass it without realising it. We spent several minutes searching before realising this was the place. Be prepared to see a car park with two signs, where one directly blocks the hotel’s entrance sign."

"The hotel for my soul!❤️ We staied at the hotel from March 29 to April 2. It is a small and very cosy hotel with a beautiful garden in front of the entrance. The staff is very kind, helpful and friendly. The cleaning of our room was every day, the lighting was calming, and the beds are VERY comfortable❗️Also there is a yakiniku Tatsugaoka restaurant in the hotel!!! The meal is sooo delicious!🤤🤤🤤 One of the most pleasant things was onsen❣️ After the day full of emotions and movement it was the best way to relax and feel calm! Although it was cold and snowy in Fujiyoshida, and we hadn’t see Fuji until the day of leaving the atmosphere was warm and cosy! This city and the hotel have stayed in my heart forever ❤️ Thank you! "十分驚喜可以從房間遠望富士山山頂一部分，雖然前方有建築物遮擋。房間設施十分新淨而且設備齊全。十分驚喜房間提供了一個電烤爐，可以放在桌面燒烤，我們每晚從超市購買和牛新鮮蔬菜燒烤。亦有微波爐提供，十分方便。自助check in也很方便，連接暢順。附近購物飲食十分方便，幾分鐘已經有便宜店，再過對面馬路有一列餐廳，附近亦有付費溫泉。"

"We stayed in this hotel for one night at Mt Fuji. The hotel is located just next to the amusement park. We a had a wooden cabin with a private onsen facing the forest , so couldn’t hear any noise from the street, even though you can hear your neighbors from the 2nd floor very well. Especially in the morning when everyone starts to walk down the stairs … The hotel room is simple, the bed is comfortable. The hairdryer is an absolute joke, if you have long hair bring your own one , otherwise takes forever. The most enjoyable things about this hotel is onsen , obviously. The breakfast is below average. We stayed during national holidays so paid 3 x price, can’t say it was worth it, but with original price must be ok."

"This hotel is honestly amazing. The interior is very beautiful and well-designed. There are two beds downstairs, and upstairs there are three futon beds, which makes the space feel very spacious and comfortable. It also comes with a living area, and even the outdoor area is really nice. The toilet is clean, beautiful, and quite spacious as well. The service is top-notch — one night we didn’t know how to turn on the heater, so we called the staff, and they came to our room at night to help us turn it on. The service was truly excellent. I would definitely come back again. Totally regret booking only one night."
