"Kirin hot spring hotel is a new hotel located quite close to the entrance to Taibaishan visitor center. We told a didi there in the morning costing about RMB15 and walked back for 30 minutes. The room are big and clean. The staff were very helpful and cheerful too. The most amazing discovery for me is that the restaurant served delicious,fresh and healthy dishes. We ate there every night and it was really enjoyable. The steamed fish was fresh and the size suitable for the two of us. Amazing chef.👍 There were many different types of spa pools out in the open including a heated swimming pool. There were also private spa with heated floor. After the spa, we have some free fruits and drinks inside the spa area. The whole spa were very well staff and clean. The only setback is that the water doesn’t have any smell so I don’t know if it is real hot springs underground water so it could just heated piped water. There were also some ongoing construction activities in this development area. The rooms however were well insulated so little noise if we closed our windows and doors. But overall, we have a really enjoyable 2 nights stay in this new hotel. We would come back next time to this hotel if we visit Taibaishan again which closed the top two stations during our stay due to weather conditions."

"Arvioinnissa on kaksi näkökohtaa: Hyvä näkökohta: hotellin sijainti on erittäin hyvä, hiljainen ja puhdas, huone on erittäin suuri, Tai Pohjois-Atlantin lyödä ei ole ongelmaa, minun parkkipaikkani on ilmainen ja parkkipaikka on erittäin kätevä aamiainen! Huonompi: ostettu kaksi suositeltua Tao White Mountain -lippupakettia, eikä se ollut sellainen, että se olisi rekisteröitävä. Seuraavana päivänä tulin näkyvillä alueelle, joten se oli kielletty. Yksi puhelinluovutus voi rekisteröidä lippupaketin. Tämän seurauksena se oli peruutettu, ja se oli ostanut oman laukkunsa. Tunnin matkan jälkeen maastossa, ihmisvirta on tullut ylös, kokemus on huono! Suosittelemme, että hotelli kouluttaa vastaanottoa hyvin, myydään turistiliput vastuulleen, selittää selvästi, kokemus on parempi!"

"這次入住感遠超預期，酒店位置絕美，離太白之眼音樂噴泉很近，大概二三百米，步行也就幾分鐘時間，出酒店門左轉不到一百米，就有兩條街，吃飯購物很方便。房間佈置很温馨，床品柔軟貼身，床墊很舒服，支撐力剛剛好，讓我睡了一晚安穩覺。衞生間用品全是一次性的，讓人用着放心，熱水壓力大，而且很穩定。總之是一個性價比拉滿的酒店。"

"房間設施：我們定的是親子家庭套房，房間是loft上下兩間，都有獨立的衞生間，一層的陽台有獨立泡池。房間面積雖然不太大，但是設施很齊全。泡池很棒，雖然是半室外，把簾子温度完全可以，我們一歲的寶寶也完全沒有問題！ 管家服務：服務很到位，前台的小姐姐小哥哥從入住幫忙拿行李到退房幫忙寄存行李，拿到車上，態度都特別棒！客房服務也非常到位，晚上幫忙給套被子，看見有小寶寶幫忙拿了床圍欄，還幫忙安裝到位！尤其是，退房忘記了寶寶的洗頭帽，還很熱心幫忙寄回西安，非常感謝！！！！ 周邊環境：環境很舒適。無論是室內的畫廊，咖啡廳，早餐廳，還是鹿野仙蹤，都很適合帶寶寶玩！室外的園林景觀做的也是一步一景，令人心曠神怡！"

"值得推薦的一家寶藏民宿，就在御龍灣隔壁，停車方便免費。前台小姐姐服務熱情有求必應，提供了很多當地旅遊和餐飲的性價比推薦，酒店還提供了很多便民免費設施，挺靠譜👍，早餐是自助，臊子麪是特色。因為住了兩天，第二天還給升級了房型，房間很大，私湯和高清投影體驗不錯，挺適合帶娃或結伴旅遊。"

"Everything is good except the breakfast. For such a big hotel, the breakfast is shockingly terrible, no standard at all. Just 6 items -hard bolied eggs man tou, 2 cold dishes, 1 cucumber ”warm” dish and 2 pots of yellow wheat porridge. Not a single beverage!! This BF only cater for tour grps. Other customers like us managed to get additional, a cup of soya milk. The food was totally cold, man tou is so 'hard'. So disappointing!!"

"An amazing hotel with wonderful staff. The bellhop was great, they came to meet me from my taxi and carried my luggage in. After checking, I was shown to my room and then given a tour of the facilities. A big shout out to the restaurant managers Ricky and Martin who were very personable and assisted me as I don’t speak Chinese. Everything was superb, the room was lovely with a huge tub, and the hot spring pools were excellent and not crowded which enhanced my mood and helped me to relax. The hotel really knows how to look after their guests, they have happy hour, daily fruit, a free mini bar and welcome snacks in the room including desserts and candy, plus they give a checkout gift of permission fruit in a lovely gift bag. Additionally, I had a wonderful (and free) meditation session, the instructor explained in Chinese, and a staff member translated, highly appreciate this level of customer service. They also have buggy to take guests to the car park, and waited with me until my taxi arrived. The hotel staff also manage their pets well, often taking the dogs for a walk. Breakfast and buffet were extensive and enjoyable, and the a la carte restaurant serve lovely food. This is a very special place, will come back for sure."
