"I recently hosted my sister’s wedding at Mayfair Hotels and Resorts in Purnea. As anyone knows, a sister’s wedding is one of the most emotional and important days for a brother, and I wanted everything to be perfect. My experience here was a roller coaster that ended on a high note, purely thanks to the incredible ground team who became like family to us. I must address a sour note first. We had a very bad experience with the ”Corporate ***” (I will refrain from naming him, but the management knows who he is). He was a source of mental torture and nearly ruined the event for a while with his attitude and handling of things. It was a stressful situation that could have been a disaster. However, the reason I am giving this 5 stars and highly recommending this place is because of the people who stepped in to fix the mess. The ”Family” I made at Mayfair refused to let my sister's big day be spoiled. I want to express my deepest gratitude to the real heroes of this event: Starting with the ***, Nitesh Bhaiya, I truly couldn’t have imagined this without you. You are, in every sense of the word, a Gem of a Person. Your personal touch and your presence made us feel secure during the most chaotic moments. Thank you for building not just a resort, but a sanctuary of hospitality in Purnea. Your leadership is reflected in the wonderful people you employ, and I am eternally grateful for your support in making my sister’s dream come true, It is rare to find an person who carries such a massive responsibility with such humility and warmth. Mr. Rupesh: I want to start by giving a very special mention to Mr. Rupesh Singh. In a world of professional contracts, Mr. Rupesh brings a rare, personal touch that makes you feel like you aren't just a guest, but a part of his own family. Rupesh bhaiya, Thank you for your grace, your leadership, and for treating my sister's wedding with the same care you would for your own kin. Your presence was a huge comfort to my family, and the warmth you and your team extended to us was the highlight of our stay. You are a true gentleman and a credit to the Mayfair brand. Mr. Ashish, Mr. Devashish, and Mr. Jamal: You gentlemen are the backbone of this establishment. Your tireless work and kindness made us feel at home. Mr. Kalyan: A special thanks to you for keeping everything on track. Your dedication did not go unnoticed. Mr. Rakesh: I have to mention Rakesh specially. He was the last to enter the event management side of things, but he helped me a lot. He jumped in when we needed him most and made a huge difference. Executive Chef Satyabrata Jana: The food was fantastic, and your team’s effort in feeding our guests with love and quality was appreciated by everyone. To the management: Please encourage these hard-working people. They are the ones who make the hospitality business and Hotel Management such a wonderful profession.
