Мне не понравилось, что за бутылку воды у нас попросили оплату. Во многих отелях, где мы жили, вода была бесплатна. Это маленькие деньги, но это плохо. Номер был без телевизора, хотя при бронировании, это гарантировалось. Во всем была меркантильность. Попросили трансфер из отеля в деревню Варка, с нас запросили такую сумму, что я бы дешевле такси взял на автобусной станции. Хозяева жадные. Общее мнение испорчено.

Hotelli oli hyvin tyytyväinen, huoneemme ei ollut lähellä merta, mutta se ei ollut ongelma, mennä meren 1-2 minuuttia, reagoiva henkilöstö, yö oli hyvin kylmä, joten kysyi toinen kastike. Oli ongelmia kuuman veden, se päättyi hyvin nopeasti.

Second booking great apartment good value. Good reviews on all stes. Recommend the area away from beach noise but still close to walk. Market area with all amenities atm only a short tuk tuk tuk ride.

Хорошее расположение - до пляжа 5 минут неспешной прогулки, немного в стороне от дороги, соответственно тихо. До центральной улицы Палолема 3 минуты кустами. В номере все что надо есть. Особо хочу отметить - отличная большая кровать с замечательным матрасом. Но самое отличительное - это владелец! Manjay - спасибо за всё! Можно обращаться по любым вопросам, всегда постарается помочь и пойти навстречу.

Rooms were very nice located just near beach. Sounds of wave was so soothing. Room was provided with AC, water bottles, Towels. Washroom was nice and clean with hot water too.

I am very sorry to report, but I was displeased about many things for our three nights at this resort. Firstly, there’s a problem with cleanliness. Garbage at the foot of the stairs to the beach has been there the entire time. When they set up the lounges on the beach, they don’t sweep off yesterday‘s sand. When you go to the office on the way out to dinner and report there is no toilet paper in two of your parties rooms and come back late at night. There still is no toilet paper waiting for us. When we reported it to the manager the next morning, he said oh he must’ve forgotten. They encourage you to run up a tab for food and drink and then when I checked it, it was wrong in both directions, they put things on there that were not mine and then they also forgot to charge me for some things. The manager does not seem to know how to manage. And the only stairs to the beach are broken at the bottom with no continuation of the hand rail which made them very unsafe. I am sad to report that this was a big disappointment and we will not be returning to this place.

Clean and quiet accommodation 100 m from the beach. Very welcome and good organization. The staff is also very nice.
