Good location and standards delivered , had issue with checked in and rooms has smoke smell but team helped to changed.

Daze Off was extremely convenient to get to from the aiport and very well-priced. The hotel was lovely, and the room was clean, AC worked well, etc. The management and service were very friendly and helpful and it was easy to communicate in English. The food was tasty and homemade, and the garden and dining area were charming and very relaxing. I did not get a chance to explore the area, but my sense is that the location is primarily good for its closeness to the airport rather than for being close to attractions.

It’s a good hotel for stay. Great service from staff. The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots and also transport service. The location is great- very near Central Train Station. Thanks.

The room was nice and it has smart tv but Wi-Fi is not the best. Some staff cannot speak English well and only one of them can. They were helpful even if language was a barrier.

The Resort is a lovely property, very Morden and it’s quiet. It has a lovely private beach which is great for honeymoon couple. Area for improvement, need to have a buggy to accommodate elderly people. The customer service can be more improved, housekeeping should ensure the room is fully equipped as I had to request for toilet rolls and extra towels.

I stayed at Mangalam during a family trip for 3 nights. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and spacious. My rate plan included breakfast at Saffron, a restaurant part of the Mangalam property. The spread was good and prepared fresh. They also helped me arrange a cab for day trips. The staff is courteous, despite being a tourist heavy season they were quick to respond. The Saffron restaurant had good options for dinner as well. Their snack counter had freshly prepared khakra and bhakarwadi which was very tasty. The only feedback I would have is for the check-out times. The check-out of time is at 9 in the morning. Staff extended it by 30 minutes on request, However, I felt it was too early and not very family friendly. Overall I would recommend this property for family vacations

Weil unsere Agentur unsere Hotelbuchung in Burj nicht korrekt weitergeleitet hatte, mussten wir aus die Bungalowanlage „The Kutch Safari Resort“ ausweichen. Diese Anlage liegt etwa 30 Minuten Fahrtzeit von Burj Richtung White Runn of Kutch, mitten in der Pampa entfernt, sodass *** ausschließlich auf das Restaurant des Resorts angewiesen ist. Der Empfang war freundlich und professionell und unser Gepäck schnell zum Bungalow (Nr. 15) gebracht. Die Bungalows gaben einen runden Grundriss und sollen wohl eine Jurte imitieren. Wir hatten ein großes und bequemes Bett, das mit warmen Quilts ausgestattet war. Das Zimmer war nett dekoriert mit typisch gujeratischen Stuckmotiven und Textilien aus der Region. Zur Ausstattung gehörten Wasserkocher mit Tee/Kaffee und Fernseher. Das Badezimmer war sehr groß. Warmes Wasser in der geräumigen Dusche war ebenfalls vorhanden. Unser Schlafzimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber. Im Zimmer gibt es kein WLAN. *** hat aber eine sehr schnelle Verbindung in der Rezeption, die über genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten verfügt. Vor dem Bungalow gab es eine kleine Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten und einer Schaukel. Von hier hatten wir einen schönen Blick auf den aufgestauten See. Im Restaurant hatten wir Frühstück und Abendessen. Beim Frühstück gab es Obst, Kuchen Marmelade und Butter. Frische Eierspeisen konnte *** sich zubereiten lassen. Zur Wahl stand Toast, oder einheimisches Brot. Hier war der Service ausgezeichnet. Das Abendessen sollte *** im Voraus bestellen, am besten gleich nach dem Frühstück. Unser Abendessen im Resort war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Der Service wiederum war wieder ausgezeichnet.

The location was convenient for our plans. In the evening, you can enjoy the many food stalls ***** the street here. It is nice. The Value for the money is totally fine! Our room was clean and we also got a towel and soap. The water was hot and that is sometimes very important for me. The people working here are friendly. For Indian standards a good experience. I did not have breakfast yet but the food does smell nice.
