"I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Sandeep for his excellent assistance in arranging our travel, and a special appreciation to Mr. Harman, our limo driver, who took great care of us throughout the three days. His dedication, hospitality, and passion for his work were truly commendable.
However, there are a few points I would like to highlight for improvement. During check-in, which was quite late at around 11 p.m., we did not receive the usual Taj hospitality gestures such as a cold towel, welcome drink, or a warm welcoming approach. This may have been an oversight, but I hope the team can ensure such details are well taken care of for future guests, regardless of the check-in time.
The breakfast experience was overall good, with attentive service. That said, the variety and taste of the food could be further enhanced. Similarly, at the Chinese restaurant, while the food was satisfactory, both the flavor and the portion size left room for improvement.
On the positive side, the room was comfortable and well-maintained, meeting our expectations.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and with a few refinements, the experience could be even more exceptional in true Taj style."

From the services (receptionist, bellboy, housekeeping, restaurant staff) being excellent to the cleanliness and the very modern looking hotel that this is.
Requested the hotel to organise room deco for my wedding anniversary and Mr Manoj Sharma ensured to overdeliver with a beautiful deco and cake in the room which was a pleasent surprise for my wife.
The food at the restaurant above is delicious and regardless if its breakfast buffet, high tea and/or dinner, the quality remains top notch and the service even better by their superb staff.
Hotel is located within Hall Bazaar itself which makes it easy to walk around for shopping and also just a 5-10 mins ride to Sri Harmandir Sahib.
Honestly, for a 4* hotel, this hotel had the people, food and facilities of a 5* hotel. Love everything bout this hotel and having celebrated my wedding anniversary here, this hotel will always remain special to me and my trip to Amritsar, India."

"This was a comfortable stay. Rooms and toilet are clean. Service staffs are good and polite. Reception desk are really helpful. We reached around 6 pm on 27 th, checked in process was smooth and they guided us about the local places to visit. Food is good, breakfast spread is fine, mix of north and south indian style. Location of the hotel is near to golden temple, only 6-7 mins by auto. Atm is within 20 meters. Petrol pump is just beside."

"Overall, my stay at the hotel was comfortable. The hotel is well maintained and the services provided by the staff were good. One of the major advantages of this property is its very convenient location close to Sri Harmandir Sahib. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The dining area had limited food options, which could be expanded to offer guests more variety. The room allocated to us did not have a view, which was slightly disappointing. We had initially booked a Deluxe Room for three people, but the room size felt quite small for accommodating three guests comfortably. Upon request, the hotel staff assisted us by upgrading our room to a Premier category by paying the differential amount, which we appreciated. The room tariff also felt slightly on the higher side. While the hotel may seem a bit overpriced, the prime location near Sri Harmandir Sahib does justify it to some extent. Overall, despite a few minor concerns, our stay was comfortable and the service from the staff was good."

Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Amritsar, Mall Road was outstanding in every way. The service is truly way above expectations — warm, attentive, and consistently professional.
A special mention to Mr. Raghav Mehta and the entire Front Office team for their exceptional care and leadership. The restaurant staff were equally impressive, and the bell boy and security team ensured we felt welcomed and well looked after from the moment we arrived.
The rooms were extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully prepared. After a long journey, we had the most refreshing snooze — exactly what we needed. The food was excellent, and the gym facilities were well-maintained and convenient.
An all-round 10/10 experience — we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amritsar.

Very kind and friendly nd helpful staff but at first day I arrived early in the morning at 07:30 Am or 08:00 I think there was a guy Mr. Anuj I asked him is it possible to early check inn he told me that take a seat and wait for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes I was told by Mr.anuj that your room is ready i thought wow but after few minutes Mr.Anuj said I have to pay 1500 more for early check inn then I left the hotel early in the morning and came back for check inn at 16:00 o clock something. But I can understand I came earlier so it’s fine but all the FO staff and room service staff is great as well .
But specifically the lady who clean up my room everyday I forgot to ask her name but she is very good at communicating provide the best service thank you.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary welcome drink.
The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

“Mostly great stay at [Hotel Name]. The location was ideal—walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Room was clean and modern, bed very comfortable, and the shower had excellent pressure. Staff was polite and responsive. Breakfast was decent with good variety. Only downside: Wi-Fi was a bit slow in the evenings, and the hallway noise was noticeable. Still, highly recommend for the price and convenience. Would stay again with earplugs!”

One of the female receptionist inadvertently claimed that we had consumed one of the item from the bar which was certainly inaccurate. This situation got somewhat embarrassing as she didn’t believed in us until Mr Inderpal Singh the Front End Manager got involved and resolved the unfounded claim.

Se oli suuri kokemus jäädä tähän kiinteistöön. Henkilöstö eri osastoissa on hyvin synnyttävä. Hyviä ihmisiä puhua epävirallisista aiheista. Rita, Shrikrishna, Samaresh, Priyanka & Rajiv olivat hyvin tulevaisuudessa tukemaan kaikki tarpeet.

My 1st time in Amritsar and had a wonderful time at holiday inn hotel,the staff of the hotel was top notch and made me feel very comfortable and welcoming thanks to neeraj at the reception ..the rooms were huge and got upgraded to the deluxe room..special thanks to mr Raghav Sharma(Duty Manager)who went out of his way to make sure i was comfortable and also to Jaykrishna ,kanta, sohan at the resto who attended to all my needs very well..and for the help desk ppl all were very well…will definitely come back to Amritsar and will always stay at Holiday Inn..i would highly recommend this hotel to everyone..and also this hotel should for sure get a 5 star rating⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(Kevin Gurbani-Jakarta Indonesia)

The foremost positive point for this hotel has to be it's proximity to the golden temple, second would be their food quality. The rooms have all amenities but the only down side is their service and attentiveness. Both are extremely slow and below the mark. Once this is corrected, i am sure this hotel will be on the bucket list of all visiting amritsar. All in all- a satisfactory stay.
