The room itself was very clean and spacious. All necessary amenities such as coffee, tea, to soap, etc are available. I had to asked housekeeping to change pillow as it was smelly as it was used by people who didnt care about his/her head hygene. It was not the pillow case for sure. Pillows were replaced, however, they still have the same problem. Another small disappointment came from leaking ceiling. Which was could have been noticed by engineering because judging from the dripping stain, it happened for a long time, but never fixes. I complained, but nothing they could do except putting rugs on the floor. Actually they could have move me to another room. View from the large sliding door to the balcone was amazing. Breakfast also very nice and prepared properly. Another downside, due to resort design, when it rains, moving from room to parking or reception area have to use golf cart, which unfortunately only 2 available so have to wait for a while when they are busy. They is a small convenient shop for essential amenities. Cellphone signal is poor, so have to use hotel wifi, which I tried to avoid for security reason. Overall, this hotel is value for money. It is fairly inexpensive for amazing view, good restaurant and large room. Will come back again next time.

I had an excellent stay at Pullman Hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of my visit. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel warmly welcomed with their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with very comfortable bedding that ensured a great night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the beautiful interior design, which reflects Pullman’s contemporary luxury style. The dining experience was outstanding — breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality international and local dishes, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were attentive and ensured guests were well taken care of throughout. Facilities such as the fitness center, pool, and meeting areas were well maintained and added great value to the stay. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, making it easy to access key business and leisure areas. Overall, Pullman delivers exceptional service, comfort, and quality. I would highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers and look forward to staying again in the future.🥰

Bagus bgt, sangat menikmati alam, cmn karena posisi blm terlalu tinggi, masih di area Megamendung, jadi tdk terlalu dingin. Cari Lobby nya juga susah bgt tdk ada penunjuk arah yg jelas. Tapi Bakal balik lagiii. Thanks.

Food serving time is not ideal for Golfers. Got some lights at hoall way in front of the room Suggest to change for a better window curtains. No proper power outlets for international travelers. Check out system is obsoleted.

Beautiful resort. We came on weekdays so it wasn’t crowded but still lively. Unfortunately the pony ride is not available on weekdays but there are other amenities to keep children busy. The room was comfortable and spacious. The resort feels modern and clean. Highly recommended!

Huoneita ja rakennuksia on melko vanha (rakennettu 80-luvulla), mutta ne on kunnossa. Huoneen varusteet kuitenkin voisivat käyttää päivitys nykyaikaisempiin, myös kuten rhe wc keula, kotelot, suihkutiilet, yö seisot, pöytä ja tuolit. Olin huoneessa, jossa on kuuma tubi, ja kuuma tubi on iso ja kaunis, mutta näyttää melko vanha ja täytyy uudistaa. Se oli iso huone, joten se tekee maksun, että maksoin oli hyvin arvokas. Auton pysäköinti ei ollut katettu, tulin sateessa, ja pesin vaatteeni, koska ei ole parannuskehystä, jota voin lainata, eikä ketään auttaa parannuskehystä. Raportoin vastaanottaja kanssa minun sukeltava märkä vaatteita, he vain pyydettiin anteeksi ja mitään ei tehdä, ei edes tarjota pyyhe kuivaa vaatteitani. Tämä oli suuri pettymys, koska se oli nototel, vieraanvaraisuus huomio olisi kiinnitettävä. Joten sinun täytyy mennä melko pieni kadulla päästä tänne ja ei muuta ravintolaa paitsi hotellissa. Kuitenkin se on lähellä Bogor raya golfkenttä ja ne tarjoavat pyörä retki, myös muita toimintoja. Pitäkää se ylhäällä, tulen varmasti takaisin jäämään, kun golfaa alueen ympäri tai lyhyt oleskelu perheen kanssa.

I stayed here because i wanted to attend a concert at SICC located next to the hotel. Location wise is perfect, staffs are friendly, ample parking space. I don't know how long this hotel has been around but some facilities especially inside the bathroom needs repair/renovation. Overall is ok

Everything was good but tant very very small, cant think someone will rent that tant, i cancelled my booking bcs of this tant.
