This accommodation is my go to whenever i have a trip to Batu. The staffs are very friendly and helpful all the way from the entrance to the dining. The room is clean, spacious and comfy. The greeneries and the landscape is awesome and relaxing. Being in Batu, the swimming pool's water is also fresh! There are plenty of eateries and even some late night snacks within walking distance. 10/10 will come back again!

Love the place.. we arrived exactly on time to check in (which is 2 pm) yet we have to wait for an hour and a half for our room to be ready.. that kinda ruined our day a lil.. The rest was good..my family enjoyed the stay

The room: big Bathroom: very small Bed/matras: sisi kepala lebih rendah dari sisi kaki, miring Parking area: Ada lantai yang beda ketinggian tanpa ada warna sebagai pembeda. Anak saya tidak tahu/memperhatikan dan kemudian terjatuh. Breakfast: Tidak banyak macam masakan dan rasanya biasa. Dori pesmolnya tidak enak. Sup kembang tahunya enak. Location: dekat alun-alun Staffs: friendly Air condition: Tersembunyi di balik pilar, membuat ruangan tidak seberapa dingin.

Menginap bersama keluarga di sini sangat menyenangkan. Suasananya nyaman dan tenang, cocok untuk liburan keluarga. Kamar bersih dan rapi, fasilitas lengkap, serta pemandangan dari area hotel sangat indah terutama saat pagi dan sore hari. Pelayanan staf ramah dan sigap membantu, dari check-in sampai check-out terasa nyaman. Sarapan cukup bervariasi dan rasanya enak, anak-anak juga suka. Lokasi strategis dan mudah ke mana-mana. Secara keseluruhan sangat puas, pasti ingin kembali menginap di sini lain waktu. 👍

Villa nya bagus, luas juga, cm di lemari dapur agk jorok spt tidak pernah di bersihkan. Zink nya ada 2 yang 1 buntu. Untuk pelayanan staff nya oke. Breakfast aneka ragam, menarik dan enak.

Hotel place is strategic near alun-alun and cross the factory outlet and mall lippo. Near hotel, you can easy find the pedagang kaki lima, restaurant and kiosk for finding meals like pecel, soto and gorengan for breakfast and nasj goreng, ayam telur, mie ayam etc for dinner For present snack gift, you will get to toko oleh-oleh paradise and ken dedes, and also near kripik apple and nangka home factory with brand LEO at place gang kripik

Good place to have a vacation. Good japanese vibe on cottage and private onsen. Friendly hotel staff, good quality and taste on Fushimi Restaurant. Really like Ryokan design that resembles japanese Ryokan, all the wooden material gives good vibes. Private onsen also really good, after not-so-long journey from Surabaya, you can soak in mountain hot water with good temperature (not to hot also not to cold) whilst enjoying night view from Ryoukan. For anyone who will spend a vacation in here, don't forget to bring Bug/Mosquito repellent and bring some mineral water bottle because you can only have 1 time mineral bottle refill.

Location seems ok the front of the hotel and public areas are almost spotless rooms on 2nd floor dua lantai have small balcony with 2 seats and a table 😀 great the room we booked had ac hot and cold water small tv connected to satellite the ac was not that good and actually heated the room regardless what setting i put it 16c cool the shower head was blocked so didn't work i reported both the problems to front desk the actually fixed it so that was good the staff can speak English. As for going bed me and my mrs notice ants emerging from near bathroom area and under the bed this episode was odd lasted 2 hours then restarted again about 7am we had no food in the room seems to happen after use of the bathroom shower as we was here for 1 night it was pointless complaining my advice always bring a can of bygon with you to low cost hotels warning they don't have elevator in the hotel so not a good idea for older people or disabled they have a nice pool area .in your room no fridge as for the tv set up you have start it up yourself saving grace is that they have wifi 😀 .the breakfast was ok glasses was very small like mouth wash cup smsll 4 of those glasses make a small decent glass of juice

Proses cek in cepat tanpa kendala tanpa deposit dan petugas FO sangat ramah. Fasilitas kamar perlu peremajaan seperti cat dinding, sprei kasur yang mulai usang dan handuk yang berlubang, remote AC yang tidak bisa digunakan cuma karena musim dingin akhirnya tidak menggunakan AC. Untuk pool berfungsi normal dan cukup bersih, menu sarapan sudah cukup dan sudah direfill jika habis. Cek out cepat tanpa kendala dan tanpa cek kamar.
