Last minute booking this hotel after arrived at Banda Aceh on 22 Nov 2023. Price is reasonable. We received room number 333 and unfortunately the wifi connection was too bad. After dinner I did complain again to another receiption staff and he response very well by help us to change another room to 355 which is connection Wifi was extremely very good. Also help us to carry our luggage. He was so helpful and very good staff. Overall amenities was ok. Highly recommended for Muslim guest.

A very nice hotel with real value for money. Plenty of eateries nearby and not very far from town center. All staff are very friendly and helpful.

It’s chic and modern boutique type hotel.Very helpful front desk staff and securities. The receptionist help me find an airport transfer during wee hour. The security help me with the luggage. And a rooftop cafe.Big shout out to them.

I like the surrounding of the hotel full of nearby food stalls. One of the best option in Aceh. Good value for money even though the rooms are a bit old fashioned. Close to the port for trip to Sabang.

The Hip Hope Hotel in Banda Aceh was a good choice for my stay. The staff were friendly and the service was attentive. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant environment to relax in. While it didn't necessarily stand out as exceptional, the hotel provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay in Banda Aceh. Overall, I had a positive experience at the Hip Hope Hotel.

Banda Aceh ziyaret ettim görülmesi gereken yer Sultan hotel konumu güzel çalışanlar güler yüzlü iyi insanlar sag olsunlar sahur yemeyi ni verdiler teşekkur ediyorum birdaha gelirsem burada konaklarım

Air panas untuk minum tak berfungsi. Sarapan ga sesuai jam dtgnya. Kamar mandi banyak sangkut rambut dilobang pembuangan air.

Everything was good eventho after flood in Aceh. I stayed during the flood season. The area wasn’t flooded, but there were power issues and unstable internet, so the hotel operated on a generator. Very friendly and polite staff. Room also clean. But the bathroom was not safe. The shower head fell and hit my shoulder while I was showering. Breakfast was good. I really liked the bihun goreng. The nasi goreng was a little bland, but it wasn’t a big issue. Ouh yaa, hotel near to Sate Matang stalls and souvenir shop. Can shopping at night because souvenir shop closed on 11pm.
