It is in a great location and close to the underground.  Check-in and out were a smooth process. The room is overall a nice size. The AC was a plus, however some areas of the room could have been cleaner.

Had a lovely stay, comfortable beds and quiet floor and the staff were great. However, unfortunately there was no hot water at all due to there being a building work issue and my much needed shower after working in a hot kitchen all day was quite rushed and unpleasant. My husband also had his shirt stained by a member of the kitchen staff slashing food on him at the breakfast buffet. Even though these issues were resolved and dealt with accordingly, it's worth the mention

Olin Arkissa yhden yön katsoessaan konserttia Wembleyssa. Sijainti oli hämmästyttävä, 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä stadionista ja kaikki ruokailuvälineet. Ei todella saanut mahdollisuutta käyttää keittiötilaa, mutta jääkaapin ottaminen oli hyvä kylmä juoma ja tee/kahvi tarjottiin. Tarkistuksessa oli helppoa, sänky oli mukava ja konsertin jälkeen olimme huoneessa 10 minuutin kuluessa. Korkeasti suositeltavaa.

Beautiful room. It’s got everything you need: fridge, microwave, iron, ironing board and a hairdryer. Could do with a mirror in the room but apart from this everything was lovely. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff so friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a lovely time.

Yövyin vain yhden yön, joten arvosteluni ei voi olla yhtä yksityiskohtainen. Mutta se oli ihan kelpo paikka yöpyä. Ei ollut meluisa yöllä ja henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Huone ja kylpyhuone olivat tilavampia kuin oletin. Ainoa ongelma oli siisteys, sillä television kaukosäädin oli todella pölyinen eikä sitä selvästikään ollut puhdistettu pitkään aikaan. Vedenkeitin vaikutti myös aika vanhalta ja hieman likaiselta. Pistorasioiden ympärillä oli myös jonkinlaista haisevaa ainetta, joka inhotti minua heti. Annan sille silti arvosanaksi 6,5/10.

Great location, the room was clean but could do with updating, was quite shabby. The bathroom was obviously old and had gaps where sealant should have been. It was fine for one night but the mattress was old and uncomfortable and had obvious dips where people had slept.

Does not deserve the 4 star rating. Room type booked was deluxe queen room. The room i got was a 2nd floor room in the annex building which was situated under the roof. The room had small roof window which were accessible via a just about shoulder wide alcove . Turning was not possible so you had to walk backwards to get out the alcove. Carpets were old, worn, ripped and stained. The tabel lamp was broken. The shower head in the bathroom was loose and leaking. Bar area I was told by reception was not open during my stay. Overall the hotel is at best 3 star. I should have booked the Premier inn overwhelmed road for maybe 10£ more and would have had more quality and a better stay

Can’t fault the location of this hotel if you’re visiting either Wembley Stadium or Wembley Arena both in walking distance which is why we booked it. Other hotels nearby were £300-£400 plus, we paid £190 for our room, for that you get no frills, by that I mean a clean bed and towels but no toiletries. The stickyback plastic covering had come away from the bottom of the shower. The floorboards creaked badly when you walked around the room (felt sorry for the people underneath) and the carpet had clearly seen better days. A nice long mirror in the room but no plugs nearby to do your hair or make up. Lighting not efficient for either of those tasks, wall light barely hanging on the wall and the general look of the room was very dated and shabby. For the money we expected a nicer room than we got and with a little money and effort it could have been. So for us not a particularly pleasant stay.

It was very clean, location perfect only the parking coz need to pay and you cant get free parking outside street. But recommended hotel , budget good . We willl definitely book again
