During our stay, our baby wasn’t feeling well, and the hotel team showed us so much care and support. They went out of their way to help us in every possible way, which meant a lot to our family. "Eveyrbtinh is great apart from the fact that the hotel carpark is only available after 6pm. Lucky I got a space at the meter in front of the hotel entrance. The nearest carpark is another 10-15 min walk. Everything else is great."

"We had excellent service from Supriya and the other staff who were so friendly and helpful. Supriya even put an extra bed into the room as we had a last minute child to accommodate so that was really kind of her. I would just say that the pillows were incredibly hard so it would be good to have some softer ones please! And it was a very noisy location with air conditioning units next door going all night. But Supriya and your lovely staff made up for that - they were sooooo lovely."

"First receptionist we dealt with was really nice but then she had to ask a colleague for help with our check in and she was extremely rude. Having booked an executive room, we were told we didnt get access to the executive lounge as hadn't booked direct. Load of rubbish. Went to our room, quick call to Hilton Customer Care and they confirmed we did have executive lounge access so went back to reception. The hotel is really comfortable, big spacious rooms, nice beds, bathrooms with shower and bath. Water wasn't free even in executive rooms which was a bit of a shock (£2.50 a bottle). Executive lounge was nice but service much cut back from last time I stayed at few years ago. Fridges empty most of the day, snacks not topped up. Dirty cups everywhere etc. Evening snacks was good but again, reduced compared to what they used to offer. Spirits and prosecco was a nice touch though. Breakfast served in the restaurant for executive room guests. Really nice selection, mostly buffet but eggs and omelettes cooked to order. Nice coffee. Staff on the whole are really friendly and welcoming (apart from the receptionist on day one). We had 3 nights here and enjoyed it. There is a shuttle bus from terminal 5 to the hotel door which is £6.80 per person or you can take bus number 5 which stops on the road outside the hotel for £1.50. If staying more than one night, there is buses to Windsor, legoland, Slough and hounslow (for the tube to central london)."

"Nice location, ample parking, easy to find. Disappointing things were no wifi connectivity in the room no network signal either. The leisure facilities were not looked after as jacuzzi was out of order without a mention on website, steam room was not operational one day out of the two days stay. Not enough lights in the room. Double bed was bit too small. Both The reception guys were excellent very polite and helpful."

"The location is good as there is direct bus to airport. The breakfast was pretty good, the staff is helpful. However there is no drinking water provided. There is M&S opposite the hotel."

"Called the hotel to confirm there were enough parking spaces before making room reservation. The telephone assistant was very helpful. Room was.spacious, clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a short stay. Front desk was friendly and polite. Breakfast was good, but could be better if they provided fried eggs and baked mushrooms as options on top of scrambled eggs and steamed mushrooms."
