Well, I can't knock the hotel itself location perfect, The rooms are really nice. People are really nice, but for amenities, the swimming pool was cold. It had a sauner that wasn't really hot. The steam room was okay. I didn't use the gym very empty and quite chilly, And Just be careful if you get the top floor rooms as there is a massive 5G tower right outside the window on the right hand side of building, which will affect your sleep I did ours until we see why tje next day, we had to change rooms for a lower floor, not same view from windon as top floor but a good nights sleep, no idea why a hotel would put a huge 5G microwave tower on its roof but there you go.

We had a lovely stay here for a wedding 15 minutes drive away. The staff were very helpful and accommodating at all times. The only comment I would like to raise is that we were given room 9 which was described as an accessible room (which we didn’t need) but it was completely inappropriate as accessible as the shower ( which was in the bath) would have been completely unsuitable for a wheelchair user, or someone else with difficulty moving who wouldn’t have been able to climb into the bath to use it. Breakfast was excellent.

Kun pyydettiin hiljaista huonetta, koska olimme 11 kuukautta vanha kanssamme, meitä asetettiin suoraan yläpuolelle toimintohuone häämatkalle ja kun testattiin äänen järjestelmää, lattia alla on parannettu ja ääni oli hullu. Siirrettiin huoneita alkuperäisestä Manor Housesta pyydämme ja mahdollisimman kauas huoneessa kaikki tilaukset tarjotaan pienempi kuin alkuperäinen huone, kolmas kerros ja ei hissi vauvaa lukossa ja paljon matkatavaroita. Huone oli myös kestämätön lämmin ja hullu anturi/valo kylpyhuoneessa säilytti poikamme (ja he meitä) koko yön. En ole varma, suositeltavaa jäädä tänne.

酒店職員親切有善，提出問題亦會迅速幫忙處理。 酒店裝修、傢俬比較過時，浴室應該是進行翻新較為好一點。酒店整體外觀及房間都算整齊乾淨；附近環境寧靜。駕車前往巿中心大概12-15分鐘，適合自駕遊人士入住。房價包括泊車，省卻另外付費泊車。

Really loved everything about this hotel - from my stay to the food and it’s location close to the city centre. Will definitely choose to stay here every time I visit Reading! Staff is really friendly and helpful as well - they knock on the door every morning the room!

It was our first time booking here, and we didn't expect much for the price. Despite bad reviews, our experience was pleasant. The reception staff were polite, and the room was fine. We could hear footsteps from upstairs, and the wall was a bit damaged, likely due to refurbishing, but it didn’t bother us. Overall, everything was good, and we might return once it's fully refurbished. Thanks!
