Always a fantastic stay at our fav place in Newcastle, short work to the toon or the quayside so plenty to do and see and plenty of places to eat. Rooms are really clean and well equipped!! Can't wait to stay again!!

坦白説，房間的大小超出了我的想象，很寬敞的公寓。廚房的設定該有的都有，可以自己做早餐和晚餐，我們有一晚就自己做海鮮晚餐，可以洗衣服，有家的感覺，就是設施比較陳舊。出行也很方便，離火車站和超市都很近，下次來還會考慮這裏。

Very well located in the heart of Newcastle. The service was excellent. The gym was small but for everything I needed. Breakfast is on the pricey side, but very generous. In addition to the buffet, there’s a wide selection of freshly prepared dishes. If you’re a meat lover, the full English breakfast is definitely worth trying. The rooms are decent, though for this price point, you might expect a bit more luxury.

Absolute brilliant hotel, staff so friendly and welcoming, can I just say, paul on reception was an absolute legend, as I rang up in the morning to request an early check-in as we arrived after 12 and check-in wasn't untill 3, but paul put a lock on our room, so it was ready for us when we arrived, give that man a raise. Perfect location and comfortable rooms, will deffo recommend, and if im visiting Newcastle again, I think this hotel will be my first choice, depending on price. Hotel is right next to the airport so extremely convenient. The decor was pretty dated and the window seal needed some maintenance (left a half-cm gap so a permanent draft) but the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the tea mugs a nice large size. I'd stay again if needed as frankly the other factors outweigh the decor for me.

It wasn't the best of experiences and I believe had we addressed some of the issues we came across sooner, things would have been different. There was a poignant smell in our bathroom and in all fairness we should have mentioned it sooner rather than expecting it to disappear on its own. When we did address it, we were moved into a different room instantly. The rooms could do with a bit more cleaning when it came to dust and hair in various areas. Will still recommend it.

The room was in the top floor and felt quiet. It’s very convenient to have the bar and restaurant just downstairs. I didn’t try the food but it was looking nice. The WiFi was good and the facilities in the room were great too with free tea and coffee. The bed could be improved but it was okay for a night. The room has in suite bathroom.

I booked this for my Grandaughter and I to attend an appointment in Newcastle at 1.30pm and also a concert in the evening at the arena. Arriving well before check in at 3pm, the receptionist kindly allowed us to park in the hotel car park thus enabling us not to have to move the car from the metro station opposite later. This was a great help- thankyou. We checked in after our appointment and got our key for room 23. It was nice and cosy with the heating on and extremely clean. I did struggle to turn off the cold tap fully in the bathroom but my Grandaughter sorted it...maybe needs some attention from a professional. After getting changed, we headed back up town on the metro where we enjoyed seeing Rick Astley. It was quite late when we returned hungry but the hotel was fine with us ordering a McDonald's delivery from Kingston Park. All in all with breakfast included in the price, we had a super time. Suitable for families, couples, or solo travelers.

Great location, nice little room, it's listed as an apartment but I wouldn't say it's big enough to be considered one. My only problem with the room was the cleanliness, the walls and floors had a lot of marks and dirt, same with the curtains. It made the trip slightly less comfortable. It could have also done with Aircon as it was very warm. To sum up - Pros - Great location, comfortable bed, mini kitchen with kettle, fridge and tea & coffee provided. Even some biscuits too. The price was great for a Saturday night during a big Newcastle event we spent £55 which was way cheaper than most other hotels in the area. Cons - wasn't very clean and the check in was a little awkward as our keys wouldn't work. If this was improved my rating would be a lot higher.
