"I stayed at Holiday Inn Manchester City Centre for a business trip and it was exactly what I needed, simple, efficient, and reliable. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the station and close to everything, which makes it easy when your days are packed with meetings or travel plans. The room was clean and comfortable, nothing over the top but well thought out. The bed was good, the shower worked perfectly, and after long days that’s really what matters. Breakfast was solid and consistent, plenty of options to start the day right. I appreciated that the staff were friendly without overdoing it, helpful, professional, and present when needed."

"Fast checkin. Great value considering quality and prices in the surrounding area. Comfortable stay. Didn't go to the restaurant but nice to have it handy as nothing to eat nearby. But 15 minutes walk gets you to some great eateries. Happy to stay here again! Oh, and rooms had some interesting mindful features (seem pics) 🫶"

"I recently stayed at the Hilton Manchester Deansgate, located in the iconic Beetham Tower, and overall, my experience was memorable for many reasons. From the moment you step through the revolving doors of this striking glass skyscraper, you’re met with a sense of modern grandeur that sets the tone for the entire stay. Location & First Impressions The location is absolutely superb — right on Deansgate, within walking distance of the best that Manchester has to offer, including the Arndale shopping centre, the Spinningfields business district, and the bustling nightlife of the Northern Quarter. Public transport connections are excellent, with Deansgate station just steps away. On arrival, the reception area made a strong impression. High ceilings, clean lines, and sophisticated decor give it a contemporary and stylish feel. Check-in was smooth, efficient, and handled with professionalism. Staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome right away, even though the lobby was quite busy. Rooms & Comfort My room was on one of the higher floors, offering truly stunning views of the Manchester skyline through floor-to-ceiling windows — easily one of the standout features of this hotel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with crisp linens and plush pillows that made it hard to get up in the morning. The room was equipped with everything you would expect from a four-star Hilton property: a large TV, iron and ironing board, mini-fridge, safe, and a decent workspace with good lighting for business travelers. The bathroom was clean, modern, and stocked with quality toiletries, although the water pressure in the shower could have been slightly stronger. Overall, the cleanliness was impeccable throughout my stay. Facilities & Amenities The facilities are where the Hilton Manchester Deansgate really shines. The health club and spa are a big bonus, with a good-sized swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. I particularly appreciated the sauna and steam room after a long day exploring the city. The Executive Lounge, available to guests staying on executive floors or with Hilton Honors status, was a peaceful retreat. It offered a good selection of"

"Took my mum for a treat and for her to reminisce. wow!! We were not disappointed, it was a fantastic stay. The Building and architecture is stunning, huge tall ceilings and windows. Beautiful tiles everywhere, elegant dining and meeting rooms. Our room was fab, two double beds, lovely free snack box, posh teas and coffees. We loved the 5pm social hour, a chance to mingle with the other guests and an hour of free drinks and snacks. Breakfast was also great, it was extremely busy as the hotel was fully booked the night before so I did feel the staff were overstretched and there was a wait for fresh eggs and tea / coffee… but hey we were in no rush. Just beautiful… can’t wait to go again."

"I enjoyed my stay as the staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception and breakfast area are good but the hotel and rooms are in desperate need of an update as every area is worn and need of fresh decoration including curtains and carpets. The bathrooms are in need of a refurbishment and the shower water pressure is abysmal. The towels were very worn and tatty but clean. The standard of the cleaning was very good and beds were always clean and fresh. I would go again for the warm welcome and friendly staff."

"Stayed for 3 nights with my wife, overall nice hotel and enjoyed it. Things we liked; staff were helpful and friendly, hotel aesthetic was great, rooms large and well designed, bar and grill area very nice with good food. Things that could have been better; hotel breakfast is not great and not worth it vs others, the continental spread was minimal and pastries poor quality, only ate there once then decided to eat at other places outside hotel on rest of mornings. Also kettle in our room wasn't working, we called down for it and no one ever showed up to fix or replace. Also there was a foul smell coming from shower/ toilet drainage that was quite strong, shower was dirty. Small things that can easily be rectified with a bit more attention to detail."
