"I recently stayed at the Hilton Manchester Deansgate, located in the iconic Beetham Tower, and overall, my experience was memorable for many reasons. From the moment you step through the revolving doors of this striking glass skyscraper, you’re met with a sense of modern grandeur that sets the tone for the entire stay. Location & First Impressions The location is absolutely superb — right on Deansgate, within walking distance of the best that Manchester has to offer, including the Arndale shopping centre, the Spinningfields business district, and the bustling nightlife of the Northern Quarter. Public transport connections are excellent, with Deansgate station just steps away. On arrival, the reception area made a strong impression. High ceilings, clean lines, and sophisticated decor give it a contemporary and stylish feel. Check-in was smooth, efficient, and handled with professionalism. Staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome right away, even though the lobby was quite busy. Rooms & Comfort My room was on one of the higher floors, offering truly stunning views of the Manchester skyline through floor-to-ceiling windows — easily one of the standout features of this hotel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with crisp linens and plush pillows that made it hard to get up in the morning. The room was equipped with everything you would expect from a four-star Hilton property: a large TV, iron and ironing board, mini-fridge, safe, and a decent workspace with good lighting for business travelers. The bathroom was clean, modern, and stocked with quality toiletries, although the water pressure in the shower could have been slightly stronger. Overall, the cleanliness was impeccable throughout my stay. Facilities & Amenities The facilities are where the Hilton Manchester Deansgate really shines. The health club and spa are a big bonus, with a good-sized swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. I particularly appreciated the sauna and steam room after a long day exploring the city. "Customer service was terrible. Booking in process awful. Noise level in rooms is really bad if you are near a fire door as it slams shut all night in the corridor. Breakfast not great. Hotel was clean but window didn’t shut in room. No sleep"

"Service - nice, the staff members are very friendly and kind. I will give 4 of 5. Breakfast - they don’t have lot of variety of breakfast. But what they have is alright and taste okay. I will give 4 of 5. Location - good and bad. The good part is it is close to a lot of places. For example, art gallery, the library. So it is really good for people want a convenient travel. However, the location is very very noisy at night, and some how, our room is not sound proof enough, at Friday night, a bunch of people singing on the street with microphones at 11:30pm, and we can hear all of them (we are in fifth floor, don’t know how people in the first floor would feel about it..). Room facility - bad. It is not a 4 star hotel level. They do not provide fridge or room bar. The Tv is very old and the carpet of the hotel is very old and a bit dirty. The table and chair on the room is squeeze, and not stable. The whole room is just very old. Room clean service - good, they do the service good and in time. In general, I don’t think this should be a four star hotel - at least based on our experience. It could be a alright three star hotel and a normal two star hotel. (The picture is irrelevant - just a place in Manchester)"

"Arrived at site,found the car park to be a good size,and secure facilities. Arrived at reception and was greeted by a friendly staff,and made very welcome, was pleased to find out the parking to be free.filled in the relevant paperwork and received my room card.went to our room and found it to be nice and clean and all the needed requirements for the over night stay.i would definitely book another stay here if I needed an overnight stay and would recommend it to family and friends."
