Staycity is great, although they duplicate charged me which I have already paid thought agent earlier. Agent helped me to contact Staycity and they corrected it immediately. When I arrived Staycity, they knew and told me the money would be refunded to my credit card shortly. Staycity is my second time to stay, it is convenient, clean, kitchen, bathroom, bedding….. room size, everything is great. I absolutely will recommend my friends to stay here when they visit Manchester.

Checked into TRIBE Manchester Airport Hotel and I’m really impressed. The hotel is modern, stylish, and very clean. The check-in process was smooth, and the location is perfect for an airport stay. The room is comfortable and well-designed. A great choice for anyone travelling through Manchester Airport.

Location was rather far from the Piccadilly train station — 15 min walk, (contrary to what others mentioned) so it’s a little inconvenient for those dragging a large suit case. They gave me an accessibility room at the start but I managed to change it due to the help of the lovely blond counter staff! There was a male staff who was extremely nice during check out as well. Staff deserve a 10/10! The room was nice — bed was large, room was spacious and clean. Only gripe was the small window which made the room feel a little stuffy. Room comes with a small fridge, iron and the bare toiletries. No slippers, toothbrushes! Overall, must better experience compared to their other branch at Manchester central (although I must say that that branch is more central compared to the Piccadilly outlet; public transport and food options wise), especially in terms of their staff. Would stay again but only if I’m out of more convenient options in Manchester.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Manchester Deansgate, located in the iconic Beetham Tower, and overall, my experience was memorable for many reasons. From the moment you step through the revolving doors of this striking glass skyscraper, you’re met with a sense of modern grandeur that sets the tone for the entire stay. Location & First Impressions The location is absolutely superb — right on Deansgate, within walking distance of the best that Manchester has to offer, including the Arndale shopping centre, the Spinningfields business district, and the bustling nightlife of the Northern Quarter. Public transport connections are excellent, with Deansgate station just steps away. On arrival, the reception area made a strong impression. High ceilings, clean lines, and sophisticated decor give it a contemporary and stylish feel. Check-in was smooth, efficient, and handled with professionalism. Staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome right away, even though the lobby was quite busy. Rooms & Comfort My room was on one of the higher floors, offering truly stunning views of the Manchester skyline through floor-to-ceiling windows — easily one of the standout features of this hotel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with crisp linens and plush pillows that made it hard to get up in the morning. The room was equipped with everything you would expect from a four-star Hilton property: a large TV, iron and ironing board, mini-fridge, safe, and a decent workspace with good lighting for business travelers. The bathroom was clean, modern, and stocked with quality toiletries, although the water pressure in the shower could have been slightly stronger. Overall, the cleanliness was impeccable throughout my stay. Facilities & Amenities The facilities are where the Hilton Manchester Deansgate really shines. The health club and spa are a big bonus, with a good-sized swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. I particularly appreciated the sauna and steam room after a long day exploring the city. The hotel was amazing! The service was fab, all the staff were so lovely and really helpful. The room was great and had everything you could need, and I loved the fact that all the toiletries are plant based! The location was also amazing, just round the corner from the nightlife if you wanted it (but completely silent from inside your room). It's very central so really easy access to anything you could want really. Would definitely stay there again and already recommended it to some friends.

From start to finish, the experience was smooth, comfortable, and incredibly convenient. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from the terminals and perfect for early flights. Check-in was quick and friendly, and the staff were genuinely welcoming and helpful. My room was spotlessly clean, modern, and surprisingly quiet considering the proximity to the airport. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and the overall layout was simple but very well designed. For the price, the value is outstanding. I also appreciated the 24/7 reception, handy vending options, and the overall sense of safety and efficiency. Everything worked exactly as you’d hope before or after a long journey. Overall, ibis budget Manchester Airport is a fantastic choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and great value. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was a positive surprise to me. I did not expect more than a bed to sleep close to the center of Manchester for the price I paid for the stay and they offered so much more with the friendliness and professionalism  of the frontdesk service staff, the varied breakfast and comfortable bed. The hotel is however a bit outdated and I missed a usb plug in the room for charging mobile as I am a European traveller and the plug is different. Luckily front desk helped me with an adapter for the night. I also had a small lunch at the Garden restaurant and whether you go there for a drink or food you will find nice staff and you can taste the freshness of the products used. All in all, great value for money.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I found the overall experience to be enjoyable with top-quality fittings and furnishings. However, there were areas that required improvement. The hotel itself is pleasant, but enhancing the service and room cleaning would significantly improve the guest experience. A standard room was paid for but a disability-accessible room was provided. We requested to change it to a standard which was done immediately without any questions. No water bottles were provided in the room initially; they were only given on request and only two small bottles were provided. Additionally, the room cleaning service was unsatisfactory. Despite requesting it twice over 4 nights, the cleaner only changed the sheets once and neglected to take out the bins vacuum, replace towels or clean the bathroom. This was particularly disappointing given the length of my nearly week-long stay. The breakfast was beautifully presented with various options but unfortunately remained the same every day lacking any variation. Some areas were particularly poor. For instance, the scrambled eggs had a distinct smell and were overly watery. Adding tomatoes or simply varying the options every few days would have improved the experience. One concern we had was the cleaning team. Twice the cleaner used his universal card to enter our room without ensuring no one was present. My partner was in the shower and our young baby was asleep. We heard a knock but were unable to reach the door in time. Upon reaching it we realised he was already entering. This occurred twice and on the following day we decided to chain the door for privacy reasons. In other hotels we have stayed in, privacy is of the utmost concern for staff and they would never even risk opening someone’s locked door without making sure. A better system needs to be in place here.

Arrived at site,found the car park to be a good size,and secure facilities. Arrived at reception and was greeted by a friendly staff,and made very welcome, was pleased to find out the parking to be free.filled in the relevant paperwork and received my room card.went to our room and found it to be nice and clean and all the needed requirements for the over night stay.i would definitely book another stay here if I needed an overnight stay and would recommend it to family and friends.

Britannia Hotel Manchester has an undeniably grand, old-world charm—but it shows its age in ways both atmospheric and inconvenient. The lobby’s sweeping staircase and chandeliers hint at past glory, and the central location is excellent for shopping, trains, and nightlife. However, that vintage character often slips into dated and tired. Rooms vary widely: some are spacious, others cramped; décor can feel worn, with scuffed furnishings and thin walls. Cleanliness is generally acceptable but inconsistent. Bathrooms work, though water pressure and temperature can fluctuate. Service is hit-or-miss—some staff are friendly and efficient, others seem overwhelmed during busy periods. Noise from corridors and nearby bars can be an issue, so light sleepers should request interior rooms or bring earplugs. For the price, it’s a functional base in the city center with nostalgic charm, provided your expectations are modest and you value location over modern comforts. Potential, but in need of refresh.
