I must recommend this hotel to you. I spent three very pleasant nights here and booked two rooms. My family of three came to London for a trip to celebrate my daughter's high school graduation and her upcoming college life. I specifically wrote to the hotel to tell them that this was a graduation trip. The hotel was very thoughtful and prepared a celebration cake and welcome fruits for us. During the three days of my stay, I had a very pleasant accommodation experience.

Lähetin hotellille sähköpostia edellisenä iltana kysyäkseni mukavasta näköalasta, koska veljeni syntymäpäivälahja oli tulossa ja hän rakasti lentokoneiden katselua. Olin jo varannut huoneen kiitotielle päin, mutta jotkut huoneet ovat alemmissa kerroksissa, joten ne ovat rajoitetumpia. Hotelliin saapuessamme he olivat päivittäneet huoneemme sviittiin, mikä oli todella ihana ele, mutta olimme varanneet kahden hengen huoneen, ja sviitti oli kahden hengen. Päivystyksen myötä saimme pääsyn Executive Loungeen, josta on upea näköala kiitotielle lentokoneiden katselua varten. Juomia oli saatavilla koko päivän, alkoholia illalla ja kanapeita. Toisin kuin kaikissa muissa Executive Loungeissa, joissa olen käynyt, kanapeet tarjoiltiin pöytään, mikä tuntui hieman oudolta ja teki myös palvelusta erittäin hidasta, koska lounge oli täynnä. Tarkoitti myös suurempaa hävikkiä, koska ihmiset eivät halunneet kaikkea valikoimasta. Tämän vierailun perusteella en varaisi huonetta, jolla olisi pääsy loungeen. Lentokentällä on paljon parempia hotelleja, joissa on paremmat lounget, jos etsit sitä. Sängyt olivat erittäin mukavat. Ihana kylpyhuone. Jälleen upea näköala kiitotielle. Ilmastointi ei laskenut alle 20 asteen, mikä oli hieman ärsyttävää, kun otetaan huomioon, kuinka lämmin Lontoossa on tällä hetkellä. Loistava valikoima aamiaisella. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Herkullista ruokaa. Yöpyisin täällä uudelleen, mutta en olisi huolissani pääsystä executive loungeen, koska se oli pettymys.

After I made booking via trip.com for 8 nights, I sent a request to hotel for two single beds instead of one king double bed in my room and also my room to be facing the river, not the back alley of the hotel. I did not receive any response/reply from the hotel until I arrived at the hotel for check-in. The staff at the check-in desk (Ms. Kalyani) told me that there is no room with two single beds available and the only rooms available are with one king size double bed + the room is facing back alley. She said the rooms facing river will cost more as they are premium rooms and if I want I will have to pay GBP35.00 more per night for 8 nights. She kept insisting that hotel staff replied to me via email/call or message that there is no room with two single beds available and facing river side. I told her several times that I have not received any message or call or email from anyone regarding this. She kept arguing and she was joined by more staff who also kept arguing. I told her that it is not acceptable that after I have made the full payment in advance, now you are telling me that you cannot give me a nice room. If I cancel at the day or check-in at hotel, I loose a significant amount of money. So, I am left with no choice but to accept whatever room is offered to me. After an hour of unreasonable arguments by the hotel staff (mainly Ms. Kalyani), I was shown a decent room facing river with a king size double bed. I specifically requested for two single beds but I was left with no choice but accept it because of the full payment in advance. This is something which trip.com and the hotel management must look into. Because if your hotel has made an agreement with trip.com to accept guests coming via trip.com, then it is the hotel's responsibility to make sure that guests requests are replied/responded on time. You cannot simply blame it on guests and ask them to check with trip.com. You are accepting bookings via several online booking agents including trip.com. It is your responsibility to check and confirm to guests any requests coming through online booking agents. Simply pushing it on guests and asking them to check with trip.com is not acceptable and this must change. In the end, Ms Kalyani (the staff at the check-in counter) stopped arguing and trying to prove her point that they are right. I have stayed in this hotel before for 4 nights and it was a good experience but this time it was not good. Although, Ms Kalyani tried to compensate me with a free breakfast voucher for two, for one day, it was not a good experience overall. The staff on the front desk in day shift and night shift are mostly very arrogant and ill mannered. They are probably paid low wages and no training provided to them to smile and be polite to guests. Mostly the flat face and rude replies with arrogance. I think the hotel management must look into replacing the Managers in day shift and night shift and also the should consider hiring people with good attitude and provide them proper training. This is not a good hotel to stay for long term, I will not recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel more than one day.

This is a good hotel if you're looking for a more economical stay with a good breakfast. We had a great check in experience where we had arrived early and had a short wait for an early check in. The staff were very good here helping us find a table each morning for breakfast, made an ice pack for my wife's sore foot and they have a fridge to store food items behind the front desk. The location was pretty good and it was a short walk to popular attractions like Tate Modern, Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, and Burough Market. There were a few restaurants nearby and we enjoyed grabbing quick bites at many of the nearby shops including Tesco, Sainsbury's and Amazon Fresh. There are lots of hotels in the area as well. The hotel is located about a 7 minute walk from Blackfriars station which offers Thameslink Service to Gatwick Airport and connects easily to the Elizabeth Line to go to Heathrow. It is within a 15 minute walk to Waterloo and Southwark stations and there are busses that go through the area too so it makes the city very accessible. It is worth checking out the train schedule because some trains go every 20-30 minutes instead of the frequency north of the Thames. The room was nicely appointed with a comfy bed, four pillows, a small work space, a small wardrobe, tea station, large television, and some shelving to store our things. We were transiting through London and had brought three large suitcases with us and there was plenty of space for those. The hotel is located in a quieter area and the air conditioning is very strong so we enjoyed each night's sleep. There were signs posted that they were undergoing some maintenance work during our stay in August 2025 so it was very noisy after 9:30 am in the hotel. This is a temporary issue. We felt that the housekeeping could improve because we were provided with dirty hand towels a couple of times and they did not vacuum the floor at the entrance of the room. The wifi was good and if you've set up an IHG account before you can quickly and easily log in but we found that we had to reconnect each night. The bathroom was pretty good with a nice new and clean shower. The shower was very good each night with an adjustable head, eco setting, good temperature control and tight seals to keep the water in. They have unique shampoo and body wash that are kale and parsley scented. There isn't much room to hang wet towels in the bathroom but they do have hooks in the bedroom that we used. The breakfast was good and we were happy it was included in our stay. They had all the fixings for an English breakfast with particularly good sausages and rashes of bacon. They also had yoghurt, fruit, cheese and some cereal for a lighter breakfast. The coffee machine was good for made to order options and there was a good selection of tea. You can make yourself a go bag as well and they will let you take food too. If you have dietary restrictions you can let the front desk know when you check in and they will accommodate. We had a good stay here and it fit our itinerary. Picking a hotel in London can be tricky but the price, location, and room were right for us.

Lapsen kanssa matkustimme, kaksi aikuista ja yksi lapsi, kuusi päivää ja kokemus oli mahtava. Se oli suosikkipaikkani tällä Iso-Britannian-matkalla. Aivan vieressä on Tesco, joten toin Kiinasta mausteita, jotka olivat loistavia ruokaostosten ostamiseen ja illallisen valmistamiseen. Earls Courtin metroasemalle on noin 10–15 minuutin kävelymatka, mikä aluksi tuntui hieman kaukaiselta, mutta myöhemmin huomasin, että bussilinjat olivat paljon kätevämpiä. Jos et halua kävellä, voit ottaa bussin noin 2–3 pysäkin matkan metroasemalle. C1-linja menee suoraan Harrodsille ja VA:lle. Paikassa on itsepalvelupesula, huoneen Wi-Fi oli hyvä, koko oli kohtuullinen ja se oli melko hiljainen. Ainoa ongelma saattoi olla pieni odotus hissille, mutta rennolle se oli ihan ok.

Amazing location, amazing service. It was my birthday and the room was decorated beautifully with complimentary drink and chocolate. Could not have asked for more. The only negative was the room was extremely hot which made is very uncomfortable to sleep. On the second night spoke to front desk and they advised to turn all air con/heating off and brought us a fan up so the second night slept like a baby in very comfortable beds. The pool area was beautiful but u fortunately we ran out of time but when we have another stay at the beautiful hotel we will certainly visit it.

I like the place I am very happy to stay in millennium Hotel location are good public transport are closed close into town and close to Central. I recommend it for all my friend and family to use the millennium hotel.

Lovely clean hotel with attentive staff. Our room wasn’t ready for when we checked in so the staff kindly gave us free drinks. Can’t complain will definitely go back!

Palvelut: Harvinainen ja kustannustehokas brittiläisen standardin mukainen kahden hengen huone. Vaikka sänky ei ole suuri, huone on melko tilava alueelleen nähden, mikä tekee siitä hintansa arvoisen! Aula on myös erittäin mukava! Kuvasin jopa videon! Sijainti: Hyvin lähellä King's Crossin asemaa, kätevä pääsy metroon ja junaan, mikä tekee siitä loistavan tukikohdan matkustamiseen.
