"I had a very pleasant stay at B&B Hotel Birmingham. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access the city centre, public transport, shops, and restaurants. It’s a great choice for both business and leisure travellers. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a good bed and all the basic amenities needed for a short or long stay. The bathroom was tidy and well maintained, and housekeeping did a good job throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The hotel also offers good value for money compared to other hotels in the area. Overall, B&B Hotel Birmingham provides a comfortable, affordable, and hassle-free stay. I would definitely recommend it and would consider staying here again in the future."

"Located on part of the Birmingham University campus in Edgbaston so good location for academic conferences / visiting the university, also short distance to dental hospital, cricket ground, tennis centre etc. Plenty of free parking including blue badge and EV charging. Check-in was quick and efficient. Angela, who checked us in, was friendly and helpful. There is a large bar which serves smaller meals throughout the day and also a restaurant in the evening. The bar food was average price for hotel food (£12+ for sandwich with some soup)  and average quality. Room was clean and tidy, with modern decor. It was very spacious and well equipped with seating and table, ironing board, plenty of pillows, pod coffee machine and plenty of coffee pods, tea bags etc. Black out blinds worked well and there was minimal noise from other rooms / corridor. Would definitely stay again if in the Edgebaston / Birmingham area. "

"I had a really lovely stay at this hotel and would happily go back. The room was spotless, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to actually relax. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful without being overbearing, and check-in/check-out was quick and smooth. The location was super convenient, close to everything I needed but still felt calm. Overall, great value for money and a very easy, pleasant stay."

"A very classy room I actually turned up slightly earlier than expected as my train was early to Birmingham. So I press to tell if I could check in early at around midday and they were more than happy to check me in however I decided to drop off my luggage and attend a meeting. The staff are very helpful and pleasant, and I had my usual additional request of having a room facing the canal. Unfortunately I was given a room on the opposite side to what I requested however went back down to the reception and the staff was so helpful in getting that sorted are they actually gave me the right room?"

"It's very conveniently located within walking distance of Birmingham New Street train station and right next to Chinatown, which is fantastic for those who love Chinese food. The facilities fully met our needs, and the hot water was excellent. The staff are very friendly, and the hotel offers luggage storage."

"We arrived very early and were greeted by a lovely receptionist, she was able to give us immediate access to our room. A lovely modern room, with two double beds and all amenities. Although, we went out for dinner, we did have breakfast. The food was good with lots of options and we had lovely service from a Hungarian waitress, sadly I didn’t get her name. We had a late checkout, just in time to get our train home. The hotel is convenient for all downtown shopping and other amenities, a very short walk from The Mailbox, lots of restaurants and shops, also the Bullring and Grand Central station. I’d highly recommend this hotel."

"it was lovely. very clean. the room was small but we appreciated it. i had the room with nowindow but i don’t think that was a problem. everything was really fresh. only thing i didnt like was that the bathroom was a wet room so its really difficult to shower without soaking up the sink and toilet and whole room really"

"This hotal was lovely we had to do a late check in after 9 clock as we got hear late but the staff service was fantastic very helpful and very polite would definitely stay hear again breakfast was a buffet breakfast help your self the only thing they didt have was fried eggs but they had scrambled egg thy had tea coffee hot chocolate machine and also help your self to apple juice orange juice lots of staff around clear area were people had been ready for other people to sit as have breakfast area was nice clear room was clear and tidy nice shower and toilet room beds comfortable had a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed ."

"Hyatt Rengency Hotel Birmingham is a very nice and cozy hotel with great facilities. It offers halal food, and prayer mats are available upon request, which I really appreciated. The leisure facilities are lovely, with a heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and spa. However, my stay was let down by the fact that the room did not have a smart TV as mentioned on the website, which caused a lot of wasted time considering that I planned to stay in most of the times. The hotel eventually upgraded us (to a similar room just a few floors higher) after several contact made to reception and a long wait, but I’m grateful to Kenza for her assistance. On checkout, Nandini was very kind and offered support for my next visit as a gesture for the inconvenience. There's also an issue with parking, which operates on a first come first serve basis. So if you park your car on day 1 and say you're staying for 3 days, you have to pay for the parking for 3 days ahead which is £27 for 24hr. During these days if you happen to take your car out and come back with no free parking space, you lose your money. Your slot is not reserved. It would be better if they charge us for parking when we are leaving the car park rather than making us pay in advance. Overall, a comfortable hotel with excellent amenities, but clearer information on room facilities would have made the stay much smoother. I would have come better prepared."

"An amazing stay as always the staff here always go above and beyond for you needed slightly larger room due to my partner on crutches and they even put us in a room we was in before! Such clean facilities me and my partner felt really comfortable safe and happy here will stay again! Comfy pillows, bed, lovely bathroom shower and bath, toiletries on wall are very nice smelling, we will be back on Thursday to stay! :)"
