This is the 2nd time in two years we stayed at this hotel for interviews at the US Embassy. It’s a 15 minute drive from the airport. Staff is very professional, attentive and helpful. The hotel offers free breakfast buffet. The buffet is a variety of Colombian food as well as breakfast favorites. The hotel’s restaurant has excellent menu. They offer some traditional Colombian food but with their own modern signature. The hotel offers free transportation to and from the airport. The drivers are professional wearing shirts, ties and sport coats.great experience at this hotel. downstairs form the hotel are many different restaurants, bar and casino. There are 2 large shopping mall within 15 minute walk too.

Stayed here for a few nights as a stopover in Bogota- simple check-in and decent facilities. No frills would describe the experience I would say, that said it was a good value for the money we paid. Would stay here again!

酒店最令人滿意的是安全性。酒店門口這條街直通玻利瓦爾廣場，隔一條街就是路面地攤什麼的，單單酒店門口這段，沒有地攤沒有賣藝人，沒有無家可歸者。巷子前後都有警察圍欄受着。 酒店早餐不錯，有熱開水，在殖民印記的庭院，氛圍不錯。 唯一不足的是，房間設施有些成舊。裝飾風格老派。 房價有些小貴（連住3晚，有一晚八百多元）。

Siempre me había sentido muy bien en este hotel, todo el mundo había sido tan gentil y respetuoso hasta hoy 3 de diciembre 2023 en la salida, cuando la vulgar y desagradable recepcionista ante un error que no cometimos nosotros, pues según ella el pago no se había hecho previamente al check in iba a llamar a la policía, el día que ingresamos preguntamos si el pago se había hecho y nos dijeron que sí. Nosotros entonces propusimos que nos enviaran un link de pago pero no lo hicieron para realizarlo y no lo hicieron, en cambio esta tipa se portó cual verdulera, gritándonos y amenizándonos delante de los otros huéspedes que hacían su check out, definitivamente no es una persona apta para tratar con humanos, no conoce de decencia menos de atención al cliente. Se supone que en una recepción debe estar una persona eficiente y respetuosa, pero esta señora no tiene un ápice de decencia ni de educación. Bueno por otro lado quiero hacer un reconocimiento especial a la chica encargada del restaurante Dyana quien si debería estar en un cargo como recepción ya que es la persona más decente y amable, siempre pendiente de todo y con todo su carisma se lleva mi 10/10, este si es personal de calidad, igual para Carlos él botones quien está colmado de amabilidad y eficiencia. Les recomiendo ser más eficientes en proporcionar. A sus clientes varias alternativas de pago, en un domingo no había nadie que habilitara un link de pago ni quien vigilara l seguridad del hotel

The best part of this hotel is the breakfast. Lots of food options and great taste as well. They also serve some rrally good Colombian food and soup. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The room is ok but not impressive. The problem is that they do not provide consistent amenities. We have two rooms booked, with one room has sufficient shampoo and body wash supply as well as coffee machine, the other does not have either. When I called the front desk, they could not help as they did not know where to find the supplies. Other than the above, the location is very good, conveneint and safe.

Our experience was really disappointing, I paid in this platform the full price including taxes and the receptionist charged a double taxes saying was not hee Douro and hotel’s fault just law, here I’ll be adding the capture I took when I bought my service here and it said including taxes, she was so rude and also blaming me for don’t “understand”, read good , don’t understand I had to know they will be charging it , so unprofessional and gross with a client, I’ve been travelling for more than 10 years so try this platform and never had a bad experience till now, I recommend the hotel change their administrative staff they are not the people to treat with other humans. But I have to say the service staff I mean maids and the people in charge of breakfast were awesome, they would fix better in the reception they are so polite and clean, they k it how to respect other people. Gym is so basic but useful, breakfast so delicious, the fudge in the room was broken and no useful and nobody did nothing… last thing they referred my sisters iD, promised to deliver in the room and never did it so we had to go to claim it, this details from the receptionist, that rude woman and the unuseful manager too who said would be reviewing the reservation and who also said we have to claim to the website trip because was trip fault

The Habitel Hotel is conveniently situated close to the airport, with a reliable shuttle service that adds to its appeal. The hotel comprises two sections, ‘Prime’ and ‘Select,’ with the ‘Prime’ offering slightly superior accommodations. My stay was generally satisfactory; however, the A/C in my room was broken, making it uncomfortably cold. After multiple visits to reception, the staff kindly provided a heater. This issue should ideally be addressed before guest check-ins. It appears the hotel is undergoing construction on the 1st floor, which was where my room was located, resulting in some noise. Despite these inconveniences, the delicious breakfast made up for everything! I highly recommend the Caldo de Costilla. Based on the food alone, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Long established downtown hotel (not to be confused with its namesake the Tequendama hotel - one block away). The location is convenient for accessing public transport and the airport - although it can at first feel a little intimidating particularly at night when the area is much quieter and there are not so many options for eating. The hotel itself offers spacious suite style rooms which although a little dated are well maintained and kept very clean. I also was not aware of any noise from other guests. The WiFi was a bit patchy, and the hot water could take a while to work through (possibly because I was on a higher floor). Breakfast was substantial with a number of local dishes, which for me were a little heavy - so perhaps more lighter options could be considered. I didn't use either the gym or spa so can't comment. Finally, all of the staff I had contact with were very approachable and professional. I generally communicated in Spanish but I believe that the reception staff at least had English language skills. Overall, I consider that the hotel offered good value for money for the price I paid (c.£43 per night)
