忻州古城希尔顿惠庭酒店

"週末來忻州玩，看了下忻州酒店還是選擇了希爾頓惠庭，主要原因就是大品牌值硬件和服務都是統一的有保障，還有就是新酒店設施都是全新的，雖然價格有點偏高但是一切都是值得。
位置
位於市中心火車站旁邊，由於市內火車站基本上都是普速車，因此客流量不大，這附近不會很喧鬧，不過火車站正對面道路有學校工作日放學時候大概比較擁堵。
酒店附近餐飲相對不是特別豐富，但是2至3公里開始就變多了，一些比較不錯的餐廳集中於古城那邊。酒店距離古城北門大約三公里，古城南門四公里，打車去很便宜。
酒店自帶停車場充電樁，面積不算小，直接進入，每次出去前台掃碼可免費，非常適合自駕，一路進城也基本都是大路。
房間
希爾頓惠庭酒店裝修風格和設施基本上都是統一的，包括舒適的床，沙發圓桌寫字枱椅子等等基本上如出一轍。房間沒有設定語音功能依靠按鍵也挺方便，房間內設定大量插座非常便捷，寫字枱牆上的是不間斷插座。酒店配備了洗菜池、冰箱和微波爐，尤其是冰箱非常強悍，製冷效果最厲害甚至可以冷凍。房間儲物設施超多還有掛燙機和熨衣板。
酒店淋浴房非常大，出水量和水温都沒有令人失望。
早餐
早餐設定在十一層，7點開始，早餐以中式形式，主要構成是幾道熱菜主食、中式檔口的餛飩、餄絡麪、傳統麪條等，輔助冷盤、西式點心、炸物等等。不過經過兩個早晨發現酒店早餐幾乎沒有變化，菜單幾乎完全一樣。當然個人感覺早餐還是不錯的。
公共設施
酒店一層佈局了非常大的公共區域，包括惠庭特色的辦公區域甚至有自助打印機自助茶水區，這裏可以讓商務辦公直接開展，也可以讓人歇歇腳，個人就特別喜歡這樣的公共區域。
服務
服務是非常到位，入住當天提前打電話詢問入住時間。每次早餐期間服務員都會禮貌的詢問昨晚休息的如何，有沒有什麼建議或者意見。可以看得出惠庭對於客人的反饋非常重視。
作為忻州市中現階段大概是新開業最好的酒店了，惠庭價格算不上太合適，但是提供的設施和服務應該是和價格相符合的，選擇品牌主要是因為品牌的統一培訓統一風格能夠控制，至少不會踩雷。"

"辦理入住的時候前台會遞上温熱綠茶，大堂裏也有兩壺免費的熱飲可以自己接；酒店還配備了健身房、洗衣房、都是二十四小時的，隨時可以去，還有各種書籍，包括詩詞、散文、小説，不是千篇一律很流行的那種！
洗衣房除了有洗衣機烘乾機，還有有凈／臟衣簍、各種衣物洗劑、消毒液、針線包、獨立包裝的洗衣液小袋，甚至還有熨燙機！簡直是一個小型的衣物打理區
”深夜粥到”從21:30-23:00，兩款粥和小菜可以自行拿取～
酒店背後就是打鐵花演出場地，特別近，而且入住酒店買打鐵花門票有優惠。臨走的時候，前台小姐姐還送了小禮物"

"It's worth the money to stay in Dongchengli! Superb! It's clean and just walking distance to the restaurants and tea houses. The staffs are polite, very attentive and helpful. If you're into modern / smart technologies (smart curtain, tv, shower and lightings), yet you want to mix it with traditional Chinese style of inns or villa, then it's the place to stay. I guess it's too modern for me haha, I can feel the energy pressure of staying in a smart room, I get lots of static electricity, not sure if it's because I meditate too. I have an electric/magnetic field meter with me, I was so busy that I forgot to measure the room's field. As in, few fallen hair won't fall off my jacket. Thus, I stay most of the time, outside the room. They have a nice swing and a tea area with free biscuits & tea. I didn't get the chance to play with their full tea set. They have a lovely cute parrot and 2 cats! They provide free disposable toothbrush & toothpaste, hairbrush, slippers and yes, I found disposable towels too, not sure what kind of towel - I didn't open it yet, might try it in airport shower."

"年後去的第一站選住的酒店，酒店在城的西北邊上，遠離鬧市區，有車的朋友住這挺好的，酒店門口就是停車位。離雲中河公園、人民公園不遠，玩完古城了住這裏不錯。早餐挺豐富，適合我這種出門在外經常吃不到多種蔬菜和食物的人羣。美中不足的就是這次住店早上離開時忘記了收自己的小瓶洗髮水，給酒店打電話也沒找到，估計是被保潔阿姨當遺棄物處理掉了，希望酒店在這方面加強下管理，讓保潔阿姨即使東西不像首飾、充電器啥的再不起眼也讓酒店聯繫一下客人看還要不要"

衞生：床單上有頭髮 沒拍照片 不知道床品是否一客一換 ，建議提升一下
環境：酒店位置很好 出門幾百米就是老忻州菜館當地人也去吃飯要排隊。用餐方便。
服務：高檔榜的酒店均價600的家庭房早餐沒有咖啡，連咖啡機都沒有。放麥片的勺子在麥片罐子裏挺不衞生的，麥片機也沒有。早餐整體品質來説麪條老年人喜歡。值得表揚的是有師傅幫忙拿行李上樓，工作人員見了客人主動打招呼
總體來説酒店評分比實際情況高了一些。高檔酒店榜上的酒店應該更好一些"

前台工作人員的服務熱情周到，辦理入住時，不僅速度快，還細心介紹酒店設施和周邊景點，耐心解答各種疑問，讓人心裏暖乎乎的。
房間更是沒得説，乾淨又整潔，佈置得很温馨。床品柔軟舒適，睡起來特別香，一夜無夢到天亮。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品品質在線，使用感極佳。房間裏的空調、電視、Wi-Fi 等設備一應俱全，運行流暢，完全滿足了我的需求。

VVieraskäyttäjäA really beautiful place to stay in the quiet mountains of Wutaishan. The hotel was tastefully appointed and the room I had was very spacious and comfortable. There was a Marshall speaker which was a really nice touch. The services were super attentive and personal: Manager Chen and his team were very friendly and highly accommodating. They made sure that I had everything I needed for my daily expeditions, drove me to all the temples and monasteries (within reasonable distances of course) that I wanted to visit every morning and picked me up in the evening back to the hotel. My stay there was so lovely that I extended it for two more days, which was still far from enough!
The hotel restaurant was also very nice. Food was of superior quality and the ambience was lovely.

VVieraskäyttäjäA place that allowed us to rejuvenate and sleep well! It has a hot spring tub in the room. Bed is a king size bed. Toilet has a sewer smell though, so that is one minus point. Service is awesome. Service staffs were helping us to bring our luggage down and up the car. They also helped navigate our car into the old city. We appreciate the free snacks and arrival drinks. The disposable toothbrush is surprisingly usable. The location is near to food street; the staff will gladly direct you to it.

Hotellikuljettaja oli apukas ja ystävällinen. Meitä tervehtivät 2 miellyttävää etuosasto naiset sisäänkäynnissä. Meille annettiin helmiä rannekkeen lahja ja tervetuloa hedelmälevy .
Ensimmäisenä päivänä meillä oli ongelma ilmastointiyksikön kanssa huoneessamme ja he muuttivat huoneemme seuraavana päivänä.
Hotelli sijaitsee aivan liikekuulun kadulla, jossa on paljon ravintoloita ja kauppoja. On myös kuljetus bussipistooli vain nurkan ympärillä. On monia kuuluisia temppeleitä täällä kaikki kävelymatkan päässä hotellista. Hotellissa on ravintola ja ruoka on herkullista ja meillä oli ruokaa tarjoiltu huoneessamme.
Naisen pomo (jota emme tavanneet) antoi meille tietoa matkasuunnittelusta ja auttoi meitä varaamaan maamatkan viidestä vuoresta.
Lopuksi haluamme kiittää 2 esitoimistohenkilöstöä, 2 puhdistushenkilöstöä ja kuljettajaa heidän innokkaasta asenteestaan ja palvelustaan.
Meillä oli täällä koko ajan hauskaa.

Hotel is newly renovated so facilities are very new and well maintained. Comes with smart automation. But what’s good to me is it’s spacious clean and comfortable. At wutaishan, you want a place to rest and reflect after a day of visiting and praying. This is a good place to do that overseeing the forest by the window and drinking tea.
The boss takes care of the guests. Staff is hardworking and willing. Breakfast is great. Everyone is smiling and happy there as a big family which gives very positive and good vibes.
If u r looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend here. Yes there’s a need to call for a transport down from the hill to the bus station but it’s very convenient then walking non stop :)

Additionally - the real highlight - Liu Kaidi couldn’t have been more helpful in helping to organize our trip with us. Amongst other things she: answered all of our questions we had about our hike around Mount Wutai, gave us a route and map, was extremely responsive on WeChat throughout our time in the area. She also allowed us to leave bags during our hike free of charge, helped us book and catch our bus to Taiyuan, arranged our bus to the East Terrace at 3.30am at the start of our hike (waking us up) and gave us a fantastic food recommendation for dinner (even walking us to the restaurant).
Our stay would not have even the same without her help and we are so grateful. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I came to the area.

AAnnie PBPMy room was spotless—so clean and fresh, and completely non-smoking, which was a huge plus. I loved relaxing in the bathtub while taking in the view.
Breakfast was a solid win with varieties of options, both international and Chinese. My favorite part was the freshly squeezed juice —such a nice touch! The Chinese restaurant downstairs was also great, especially the spicy chicken dish. If you like bold flavors, it's a must-try.
The hotel offers four mineral hot bath pools, which looked super clean. They do come at an extra charge, but they seem worth it if you're looking to unwind. Speaking of relaxation, the spa was amazing! The lady massager was incredibly kind, helping me with my lower back pain after a long week of traveling. She even shared a tip—walking backward to ease the pain!
The only downside was that during the spring season, there’s no air conditioning. If the room gets a bit warm, you’ll need to open the window for cooler air.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend this place!

AAnonyymi käyttäjäLocated near to Taiyuan town bus station. Can walk to the hotel from bus station, or if u tired of walking, can take the public bus from 普化寺 stop to 友谊路口 stop. (FOC, all public bus in Taiyuan Town does not need to pay bus fare). Only one bus stop to the hotel.
Very good location. Walking distance to the centre of Taiyuan Town temples. Cos, public buses sometimes are packed, Can choose walking if not tired. Traffic jam in the morning too.
Outside hotel is shopping street of the town. Hotel are near to 3 vegetarian restaurants. Can buy flowers baskets and fruits baskets from the shopping street flower n fruits stores if u wanna offering to Buddha. Flowers baskets are huge, price from RMB80. Fruits baskets RMB100. If buy from store outside temples, price might be more than shopping street price.
The hotel boss and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Always distributing bottles drinks to us when we leaving hotel.
Helped us book van to wutaishan mountain 5 terraces. And helped us book car for our one day trip out of the central, to the temples which are not so accessible by public buses (清凉寺，金阁寺, 竹林寺 and etc). Car booking half day trip is RMB300, full day RMB500. Recommended to book car, less walking up slope, driver can park car straight to temples car park.

VVieraskäyttäjäOt's a small boutique hotel . The room was large and new looking. It had a small living room with comfortable chairs. The bathroom is average size with good hot shower.
The location is very good with easy access to restaurants and grocery shops. Be aware that everything concerned with food is just that little bit more expensive than other cities in China. But I guess the cost of hauling everything up to wu tai shan is costly.
The hotel is also close to the central bus station.
The manger Tong Tian Tian was most helpful. She came to pick us up from the bus station, helped us to book a day tour of the 5 mountain temples. ( which had to be cancelled halfway due to a snowstorm on the mountain tops, where the main temples were.
She then helped us to get our partial redunds.
And then helped us to book bus tickets for onward travel to Datong.
She was really helpful. On our first day she dropped us off at a temple nearly 20 mins away.
So top marks for her customer service
The hotel is a little short on the normal facilities like gym , small room fridge in the room, a restaurant ( so no breakfast )

Location: 100m from Jinjie temple (have to walk uphill a bit, it is the same pathway that brings to Daluoding temple), 300m from Dailuoding bus station. No restaurant inside, the closest place to eat is Dico’s at 300m (I have never been there as I prefer a local food), restaurants for both breakfast, lunch and dinner are 1km away. The room is small but ok for one person. The window face an indoor place (the entrance of the hotel and the stairs). The girl at the reception is very friendly and helpful.
