"The selling point of this hotel is its excellent location, an easy stroll to the seaside promenade and directly opposite the Wego Mall with its plethora of shopping and eating places. The breakfast spread is also vast, with cooking stations serving freshly prepared dumplings, noodles and chicken soup in addition to a range of fruits and pastries over and above the usual breakfast staples. There is even sushi. Breakfast is taken in a beautifully appointed room. The reception staff are generally cordial but special praise has to be accorded to Miss 阎晓彤 who is exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Our room on the 16th floor has full length windows overlooking Liugong island. But the housekeeping could be improved - the carpet needed a more thorough vacuuming - even though the chambermaid was very friendly indeed."

"The location was perfect. Just right beside 韩乐坊。 my stay for 3 days was ok, although this is 4 star hotel, but the overall facilities didn’t maintain as 4 star. The lift have to wait pretty long even though there are 5 lifts available. Room was big, centralised Aircon took very long time to cool down the whole room."

"웨이하이에서 가장 좋았던 것은 이 호텔에서 투숙한 경험입니다. 모든 직원분들이 친절하셨고, 편안한 투숙을 위해 전 직원분들이 애써주시는 마음이 느껴져서 감사했습니다. 숙소 주변은 벚꽃과 목련꽃으로 아름답고, 공원 안에 있어서 조용하고 편안하게 쉴수 있었습니다. 무엇보다 침구가 편안해서 잘 잘수있었어요. 저희가 외국인이라 택배와 배달로 직원분들을 번거롭게 했는데 너무너무 친절하게 도와주셨어요. 감사합니다. 체크아웃 할때까지 물, 티슈 등등 이것저것 챙겨주셔서 한국으로 돌아오는 길에 잘 사용할수 있었습니다. 덕분에 웨이하이에 대한 인상이 정말 좋아요. 모든 직원분들께 감사드립니다!"

"整體來説，這個價位更多是在為景觀買單，但體驗感並沒有達到預期。加上季節關係，整體景色略顯灰濛，多少影響了入住氛圍。 在清潔與維護方面存在明顯不足： • 剛進入玄關就發現有一撮未清理乾淨的頭髮，第一印象不佳 • 房內地毯有較多明顯污漬，影響整體觀感 • 衞生間內發現疑似蟑螂，衞生情況有待加強 • 窗簾長度過長，自動系統無法完全閉合，需要手動調整，也影響美觀與便利性 • 提供的四個枕頭中，有三個帶有明顯的油味 另外，酒店為寵物友好型，室外會有流浪貓活動並主動討食。其中有一衹會嘗試進入房間，建議對這方面較介意的住客提前留意。 整體住下來，更多是景還可以，但體驗感沒有跟上價格。"

"Huone on tilava, sänky on mukava, suihku on kuuma, ilmastointi on hyvä, nopeuden ja jäähtymisen valvonta. Lattia on matottuna, joten se tuntuu vähemmän kylmä talvella. Valo on kirkas ja riittävästi asennettu koko huoneen. Hotelli sijaitsee vain 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä viereisestä ”Yhdeksän Dragon” ostoskeskuksesta, jossa voit ostaa kaikenlaisia ravintoloita. Hotellissa on lämmitetty olympialaista uima-allas ja hyvä kuntosali, jossa on kaikenlaisia laitteita. Hotelli tarjosi ilmaisia pyöriä vieraille pyöräilyä koko kaupungin. Hyvää aamiaista erilaisia kaikenlaisia kiinalaisia ruoanlaittoa, hedelmiä ja jopa alkoholia. Hotellipalveluhenkilökunta toimitti hedelmiä jokaiseen huoneeseen ja ovat yksityiskohtaisesti suuntautuneet kohti, että ne avaavat oven Tämä oli toinen kerta, kun makasin tässä hotellissa ja näen saman hotellin henkilöstön, mikä tarkoittaa voimakasta työntekijän pidätys hotellissa."

"The hotel is confidently located near a big mall and near the waterfront . If you walk about 700 m you get into the park which has a nice pagoda . The buffet breakfast is great and the staff are quite friendly . The only issue that you might face is other guests smoking in their rooms hence at night I get smoking smells drifting through the air con shaft even though I am staying in a non smoking room . Oh if you are staying in the room facing the west setting sun you would have to remind the cleaning crew not to open the curtains as it can get quite hot in the afternoon"

"I recently visited this hot spring, and every part of the experience was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and kindness, going above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. They gave me more than I expected, and their hospitality truly made the entire visit unforgettable. The facilities were spotless, beautifully maintained, and relaxing in every way. The water temperature was perfect, the atmosphere calm and peaceful, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged for guests to unwind. It’s clear the team takes great pride in their work and genuinely cares about their visitors. After soaking in the hot spring, I had a meal at the on-site restaurant, and the food was outstanding—the dumplings, in particular, were perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and easily some of the best I’ve ever had. I would honestly come back just for those dumplings alone. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service, delicious food, and a truly welcoming environment, this hot spring is the perfect choice.
