"Nice big hotel but old fashioned and not worth the price paid. The water takes a long time to heat up. The air conditioning / heater has only 3 settings and not variable temp. The bathroom floor floods due to poor design, the hotel won’t allow me to take a coffee in my flask as it will be charged separately(I do that so the coffee won’t get cold) and they even want to charge for water. The only positive thing is the good location."

"A quick trip to Tieling, and as I booked late, only rooms at the city's priciest hotel were still available. I had no idea the room would be so spacious.
Superior washroom facility and a tremendous panoramic view out the window.
Just a few things - the study chair was too low for the table provided. Also, I saw no switch for the bank of lights overhead and it prevented me from reading or working there at night.
An unexpected sulfurous odor in the washroom plumbing system. Please look into this.
Other than that - fantastic! An excellent breakfast - zao fan buffet!"

Hotel was reasonably close to the train station, and within easy walking distance of several convenience stores. Hotel itself was clean, but I have several issues with my room. For starters, all the signage was backwards. The bathroom door said push when you should be pulling. The hot water was cold water and the cold water was hot. Small things like that. Bed's mattress was inclined to slip off the frame if you propped yourself up against the wall to read or something. The bathroom toilet was very high-tech, but the lights were on a motion-activated sensor, which meant the room went dark before I could finish even just draining the lizard, which saw me comically head-banging while urinating. The primary reason I booked this hotel was for the massive bathtub in the room. And yeah, when I sat in it, I could fully submerge myself. If the water ever filled the tub. But the drain plug wasn't working or something and the water drained out almost as quick as it was coming in, which meant filling the tub was slow. And I ran out of hot water before the water level went over my toes.
Would still potentially stay here again. It was cheap and not uncomfortable. Also quite clean, with decent service from the cleaning staff and front desk.

非常驚喜，沒想到在開原可以住到這樣服務，衞生 ，裝修都這麼滿意的酒店，當天到店時間太晚沒來得及拍照，首選先是室內裝修檔次絕對至少四星以上標準，比想象的要新，標間135的床，大床2米真的很人性化，床品也很乾凈舒服，周邊的環境很幽靜，離鬧市區不遠，樓下有大型停車場和充電站非常方便，服務態度更是沒得説，在東北住酒店還是第一次退房時問入住體驗，非常暖心！以後來開原必選！

酒店在馬路邊，位置好，停車位多，周邊的環境略差一點。酒店的設施全新的，都還不錯，就是所謂的室內窗户，其實打開裏面就是個牆，等於是沒有窗户。樣時間長了就會有味道。當然其他的房型是有窗户的。還有一個就是wifi信號對有些手機支持不好，水温調節不穩定。

參加鐵嶺馬拉松，有緣住到這，主要離起終點不算遠，環境優越，衞生整潔，服務更是沒話説，趕上前台小圓值班，耐心解答問題，最最最讓我出乎意料的是，居然為了迎合馬拉松比賽時間把早餐時間提前一個半小時，這意味了後面的工作人員整體的工作安排都要重新制定，謝謝你們的早餐，很好的一次入住體驗，遺憾的是忘記拍酒店照片了！

The hotel is able to accept foreign guests. The location is just nice. The room is clean. But they didn't give me a towel, not sure if it is because I refuse to upgrade my order to a room with an attached washroom.
