"The hotel is great, we didn't regret choosing it! Meets all the declared standards!🙌🏼🙌🏼 The rooms are spacious, clean, the beds are large and soft, the pastel linen is of good quality. The rooms have all the accessories. The bathrooms are also very well equipped, there is a powerful Dyson hair dryer, a smart toilet. During our stay, we stayed in two types of rooms, one of them had a bathtub, which is great to have in the room, especially in winter.👍🏻👍🏻 The rooms are cleaned daily, there is also a kettle and tea bags, a Nespresso capsule machine and Peet's coffee capsules. In addition, drinks in the fridge (Coke Cola, Sprite, water). The hotel has a spacious restaurant. Breakfasts was very tasty and varied, like Chinese cuisine, also European cuisine, there is everything you need.👌🏼👌🏼 The hotel has a beautiful design. Also in the hotel lobby you can find a bar, in addition to a room where you can work/study. You can also find a map with sights, a good route for a walk around the city.😍😍 All the hotel staff are very nice people, at the reception, in the restaurant, and the cleaning team. We would also like to express special gratitude to the warmest staff at the reception - 甜甜 Tracy🌷🌷 She helped make our stay even better. We celebrated a birthday, she organized a room upgrade for us on that day, as well as a small gift - fruits. Beautiful city, super hotel, friendly people, we want to come back here again!🥰🥰"

"One of the best hotel in Binhai area. The room is clean and very spacious. The front desk offered us a room upgrade. The view is nice because of the big windows. The only downside here is there’s nothing to do around the hotel. Outside has no stores or anything. So you only stay here only for sleep."

"Pros: Check in was quick and efficient. Breakfast buffet was good. Bruce Sun was very attentive, efficient, friendly offering services during breakfast. He was out standing and deserves recognition for his outstanding service. Executive lounge happy hours was good Location is convenient and close to Ancient Culture streets Hai Riverside, Tianjin Eye, Debai temple, shopping malls Con,: room toilet did not flush properly and was blocked and the follow.up service was so so. We ordered room service at the executive lounge but service staff failed to deliver our food after 1 hour. Staff incl Service Manager tried their best to fix issue. Appreciated. Hotel shows signs of wear and tear."

"I've stayed here before and returned for the prime location and great service, which did not disappoint! The team was very helpful when my room's AC stopped working, bringing a fan right away. Luckily, the cool weather meant I could just open the window. That said, the hotel is starting to feel a bit dated—the carpets and shower could use an upgrade. A solid 3-star stay this time around."

"I stayed at this hotel for one night during an overnight trip from Beijing, and I wanted to share my experience. Upon arrival, I took the subway to the hotel. The walk from the station was a bit challenging because the roads are currently being refurbished, which meant there were no markings. This made crossing the street quite confusing and a little unsafe! When I checked in, the staff member at the front desk didn’t speak much English. She handed me the room key without explaining which floor I was on or where the elevator was located, so another staff member had to assist me. The front desk was quite busy, as several guests were checking out at the same time. I also requested to include breakfast in my fee, but I don’t think she understood me. As a result, I ended up paying for breakfast the next morning. I arrived at 9 AM, but the selection was quite limited. I didn’t use the hotel facilities, but I did take a look at the gym and pool, which are open to the public. The shower in my room provided shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, and having a bathtub was a nice touch! One thing to note is that the hotel is open to the public, which made it quite busy during my stay. There was a wedding happening when I arrived, and later that evening, I encountered a birthday party. This meant there were many non-guests around, which made me feel a bit uneasy, especially as a solo female traveler. Being in the elevator with some drunken guests was particularly intimidating when they tried to strike up conversations. Overall, I wouldn’t rate this hotel five stars. Also, keep in mind that there’s no massage spa available. While I didn’t order room service, there are options for both local and Western food, including pizza."

"Check in was smooth, room size is adequate, , location is wonderful (for leisure). Breakfast spread was decent. Service is a little hard to rate. On one hand we enjoyed St Regis level of service from the front office (shout out to Mia for the thoughtful eye mask for the Mrs). On the other hand we had a less than pleasant experience during our dinner in the ground floor restaurant. The whole restaurant was staffed by a single waitress who I assume is a trainee (judging by her lack of menu knowledge, and disdemeanour) . I must add that she was polite but just out of her depth . Another point was, we were the only table occupied. Aside from the dinner experience , the overall stay was enjoyable. Just wondering why the hotel let an inexperienced staff man a whole restaurant ."

Waking up to that cityscape was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The room was clean, well-furnished, and comfortable, with modern amenities that made my stay convenient and enjoyable. The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the workspace was perfect for both leisure and work purposes. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with essentials. Service was prompt and courteous. The front desk staff were professional and accommodating, helping with check-in and any queries I had. The hotel also offered easy access to nearby restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas, thanks to its central location in the Tianjin Trade Centre. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay with great city views and a convenient location in Tianjin, I’d definitely recommend booking a room on one of the upper floors, especially the 27th floor."

"I recently stayed at (Tianjin Railway Station) Lia! by minyou perennial tianjin located near Tianjin South Railway Station, and it provided a very comfortable experience despite being a bit away from the city center. The hotel gave a great first impression with its clean and well-maintained appearance. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Tianjin South Railway Station, making it easy to travel around by train or bus. Although getting to the city center takes some time, the quiet and peaceful surroundings were perfect for relaxation. The rooms were spotless and modern, offering a comfortable atmosphere throughout the stay. One feature that really stood out was the hotel’s automated delivery system. Using a robot to deliver food and other items to the room was incredibly convenient, and it also added a sense of security through its contactless service. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with meal deliveries or arranging taxis. They were very professional, and communication was smooth, which made the experience even better. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a variety of fresh salads, bread, and egg dishes, all served in a relaxed and welcoming dining space. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for those seeking a peaceful and quiet stay near Tianjin South Railway Station. "The shower door was ajar and could not be closed water tight leak free … caulking around the shower door was dirty and deteriorated… the table provide was not stable due to a spiral stand on the stand and the table was slanting at an angle causing things to fall off the table … the door departing the shower/ toilet had air gaps all around and the fowl smell from the toilet flown out the the bed room areas."
