"酒店就在查姆湖公園對面，門頭正好被樹葉擋住了，開車不容易一眼看到，路邊劃線的車位都可以停車，我停了很長時間都沒有人來收費，如果不放心可以停到酒店後面停車場，酒店門臉不大但是很乾凈，看着很舒服，老闆娘和打掃衞生的姐姐都很熱情，有問必答，很有耐心，房間大小是我和老闆娘溝通過的，我不喜歡太大的房間，要了個小的，房間設施齊全，乾淨，沒有異味，拖鞋有兩種，一種洗澡穿，一種平時穿，房間臨街可以看到查姆湖，洗澡水很大也很熱，不過要先放會水，總得來説住的舒服，我和滿意。"

"定這裏主要是看中了周圍環境比較好，有一個查姆湖公園嗯，酒店周邊也還算比較安靜嗯，距離商業區也不遠，但是縣城比較小，縣城也沒有什麼好吃的酒店的早餐就比較了一下，就是還算行吧嗯，能能吃好也比較新鮮，正餃米線和豆漿都不錯呃，缺點是沒有蔬菜和葷食。
酒店設施這麼舊了，還要收按金，有點不理解嗯，服務人員態度都不錯，有需求都會滿足，這點要給個贊"

酒店雖然不在縣城中心，但是很安靜，沒有城市喧囂，環境很好，酒店工作人員都很熱情，服務很好，衞生打掃的很乾凈，物品的擺放都用標簽做了標記，細節工作做的很到位，早餐也很好吃，唯一的缺點就是就是早餐種類有些單一！

對於這樣一個縣城的酒店。我覺得這家孔雀灣酒店可以算是閉眼可入。首先這家酒店的裝修融入了全季的一些風格，加上自己的獨有設計，房間風格色調還是比較順眼；房間內的設施，智能一體化，從小度語音控制房間燈光窗簾空調，外加智能馬桶，設施比較齊全；特別值得點讚的，這樣一個酒店，還配了智能機器人，和小度智能語音相連，配送零接觸，體驗感很好；房間的衞生也是很ok，入住的401，衞生啥沒啥問題，無論是地面還是床品，都還是比較乾淨，唯一衞生需要加強的，希望老闆配個布草車，布草不落地擺放；再來説説酒店的服務，特別值得表揚昨晚夜班前的這個美女，今早退房也是她早，我覺得服務很棒，至少我入住的時候有去關注我的需求，服務很温柔，很細緻，還贈送了伴手禮；酒店免費停車，免費續水，也是比較不錯的。感覺整個入住過程，找不到可以去修正性建議的，要説提個建議，雖然不影響本次入住，但還是想給老闆建議，這樣體驗感會更好:1.增加熱水增壓泵，提高熱水出水速度和壓力；2.增加回水泵，縮短出熱水時間，一定程度也是節約水；

地理位置還可以，停車也比較方便，但是周邊沒有什麼賣東西的。房間衞生説實話很一般，然後也沒有空調。衞生間乾濕不分離，浴巾稍微有點臟。

前台小姐姐態度很好，住宿體驗感很好，春節期間去的，人比較少，但是環境不錯，送我們去吃早點的小哥哥態度也很熱情，很棒很棒～手機系統崩潰，照片都沒有了……
