This homestay is so so comfortable, so clean and new and very nicely and thoughtfully designed, it makes us want to retire in a house just like this! Our hosts are a family, very hospitable, helpful and sweet, they make us feel right at home. The older, strong Uncle insisted on helping us carry our luggage up the mountain as we made our way up to the scenic spot! We also love their breakfast - fresh, with a decent variety that will hold us over for hours. This location is as close to the entrance of the bus terminal that will take us up the mountain (no taxis or private cars are allowed up), so if you want to spend time up there, this is a good location. 这家民宿真的非常舒服！房间干净崭新，设计得美观，贴心，让我们都想退休后住进这样的房子里！房东是一家人，非常热情好客、乐于助人又亲切，让我们感觉像在家一样自在。那位健壮的叔叔还坚持帮我们把行李扛上山，一路陪我们走到景区呢. 我们也很享受他们家的早餐——很新鲜，种类足够让我们撑上好几个小时。 这里的位置离上山巴士站入口很近（私家车和出租车不允许上山），如果想在山上多玩会儿，选这里准没错！

Throughout the stay, service remained consistently excellent—whether arranging transportation or providing local tips, the staff were attentive without being intrusive. The Smart Rooms at Damei Holiday Smart Hotel offered a unique experience, integrating advanced technology with comfortable, contemporary design. The rooms were spacious, with modern furnishings and neutral tones that created a calming atmosphere. We could control lighting, temperature, and curtains via a tablet, making for a highly customizable stay. The beds were comfortable, and the room was equipped with a large smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and plenty of charging points. The bathroom was equally impressive, with high-end fixtures, a rain shower, and quality toiletries. Small touches like beautiful floors in the bathroom enhance the luxurious feel. The overall design reflected the hotel’s commitment to modernity without sacrificing comfort. I stayed in a couple of hotels in the Wudang mountain top area and this hotel might be the best one. The rooms are brand new, the reception is exceptionally friendly and helpful and the price is better than some way worse hotels offer. Don’t expect western breakfast, but the restaurant staff is friendly and the food is tasty. There is a cool coffee shop on the first floor. The only downside I saw is the hotel is right next to the bus stop and it get’s noisy, but on the other hand it’s convenient. It’s 5 min walk to the cable car for Golden Palace, but Purple Palace will require a long hike or bus drive to the other side of the mountain.

I was warmly greeted and the lady at the reception made a great effort to speak to me in English. I got a big room with everything you need including a hairdryer. The room was very clean, as was the bathroom including the shower. And as it was winter with cold temperatures outside (down to - 12°C) I really appreciated the hot shower and the air condition which was able to heat up the room quite fast. Breakfast was like a small menu, a noodle dish, corn congee, an egg, sticky rice, jiaozi and more. They also serve dinner and have a great variety of food to offer. So I enjoyed my stay there very much. Again the staff was very friendly and helped me with ordering and were also waiting patiently until I had translated the menu and chosen the dishes I wanted. Oh yes, and if you want to enjoy a beer with the meal, you can buy that at the reception.

Instead the workers don't speaks English or other language likes is usual on China, my experience was the best. They have made everything to makes me feel confortable and we could communicate In different ways, using translators, or gestures or a little words on Mandarin and English.. I feel them really like a family now especially Lidan, one great woman that was my guard angel there and teach Taichi and Guquin on that place and Shao Hu who takes me to the hospital when I was ill. It's a good place to get immerse on China culture. You can also learn calligraphy or take lesson's about Tea sommelier not only martial Arts.. It is more than a hotel. You can have a nice experience there and is near Wudang mountain. They also sell tea and clothes.

太平湖畔的新中式療愈之旅，體驗遠超預期 此次入住雲野酒店，完全刷新了我對度假住宿的期待，從預約到退房，每一處細節都盡顯用心。酒店選址太絕，藏在太平湖畔，推門就是清幽景緻，竹林步道更是驚喜，晨起漫步時聽着竹葉沙沙、伴着湖水波光，連呼吸都變得舒緩。 我們入住的是攬山居獨棟房型，新中式風格設計感拉滿，沒有刻意堆砌元素，木質紋理與淡雅色調搭配得恰到好處，既顯雅緻又不沉悶。最愛的是小院，景觀獨一份的靈動，酒店還貼心準備了茶具，午後坐在茶桌旁煮茶觀景，時光都慢了下來。 服務更是無可挑剔，管家提前就主動聯繫，發來房間視頻、酒店餐飲菜單和周邊娛樂攻略，還反覆確認入住當天的到店時間，提前幫我們通知廚房備好預訂的午餐。沒想到2人份的面分量大到驚人，感覺夠6人吃，實在實在。入住時有新鮮的歡迎果盤，房間裏的浴缸配了一次性浴缸套，泡個澡瞬間洗去旅途疲憊，細節滿分。 晚餐訂了營地燒烤，食材和炭火早早在湖畔備好，擺渡車準時接送，菜量依舊很足，吃得超滿足。退房時還收到了酒店贈送的拿鐵，暖心又有儀式感。遇到小插曲時，酒店響應速度很快，管家的服務意識特別強，全程不用費心。 唯一小建議是早餐種類可再豐富些，營地燒烤能加些蜂蜜和濕辣醬，房間若添一面落地鏡會更方便。但整體體驗遠超預期，下次來太平湖，一定還選雲野！

My stay at Wanda Yuehua·Yinxi Hotel was overall quite satisfactory. 📍 Location: The hotel boasts a prime location right in the heart of town, surrounded by an abundance of dining options. Additionally, it's conveniently just a 5-minute stroll to the entrance of Wudang Mountain, making it perfect for explorers. 🏨 Room: While the room was a tad compact for my liking, it was clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, during my stay, the air conditioning was malfunctioning, which made the room a bit uncomfortable at times. 🚽 Facilities: One highlight was the modern and impeccably clean toilet facilities. However, despite the hotel's non-smoking policy, there was a noticeable cigarette odor lingering in the corridors and some rooms. 🛎️ Service: Although the absence of a lift was a bit inconvenient, the staff didn't offer assistance with luggage. Despite appearing initially aloof, the concierge staff surprised me with their patience and helpfulness, providing valuable local insights. 👍 Additional Services: The hotel offers tour guide services at a reasonable price, which I found to be on par with external options. I engaged one and was pleased with the service provided. In conclusion, Wanda Yuehua·Yinxi Hotel offers a convenient location and decent amenities, albeit with some minor drawbacks. With a little improvement in certain areas, it has the potential to be an even more inviting accommodation choice.

My stay at the Vienna International Hotel was excellent! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city near Wuyi Square and just steps away from the busy pedestrian street. It was so convenient to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and the room was spacious. Being so close to the subway station made it incredibly easy to get to all the attractions like Orange Island and the train station. If you want to be in the center of everything in Changsha, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended!

I really liked the service quality of the lady who checked me in. She was engaging, efficient and effective. In this respect I give her 10/10. However she knocked on my door after I had gone to sleep to inquire why I didn't give the hotel a higher rating. On the second she knocked the door again. The reason was she didn't see me going out and wondered if something was wrong. I thank her now for the concern. Nevertheless it is important for her to understand that guests don't want to be disturbed especially when they are about to sleep or were already sleeping. I emphasised to her this point. Second, she needs to understand that WHEN to speak is as important as WHAT is said and how it's said. I write with no ill feelings but with the hope she will learn and have a good career and happy life.

We had a good experience at this hotel. The room was very large! The service was friendly. The bathroom was not the cleanest and could use some improvement.
