Found out from owner’s mum that it is newly opened. The room is spacious and could see that the amenities and furnishing are of good quality and tasteful. The heated flooring, humidifier, heating in the bathroom and oxygen machine were thoughtful especially for us who were new to the high altitude environment. Had complimentary transport from the train station and to the airport too. The mixian cooked upon order and self-service side dishes (stir-fried vegetables, steamed corn, sweet potato, dumpling, seasoning etc) were prepared by the owner’s mum. The free flow brown sugar ginger tea was really good especially in the cold weather. The owner’s mum was kind and friendly, and constantly reminded to stay warm and hydrated to prevent altitude sickness. Had taken up the Tusi feast through the hotel and had complimentary transport to and fro the restaurant by the hotel, and we managed to see the famous “Song Hye Kyo” at the Tusi feast! Great view of the Guishan Park from the rooftop too. There is an elevator but do note that there is one flight of stairs to climb to get to the rooftop.

Guesthouse provides free pick up and drop off at train station. Hotel breakfast was simple but good and filling. Hotel room had oxygen supply provided. Cleaning can be a bit better. Found some trash under the sofa upon check in when we accidentally moved it. Guesthouse provided coupon for free Handmade ******* Incense or Thangka Making Experience inside the ancient town, would recommend others to go if you have time. Overall a comfortable stay, location is walking distance to ancient town.

The place is very clean, peaceful, and beautifully located close to nature. What touched us the most was how kind and caring the staff and the owner are. They were incredibly helpful throughout our stay and always made sure we were comfortable. During our stay, one of our family members needed to go to the hospital, and the owner and staff personally helped us, even driving us there and taking care of everything. Their support and kindness went far beyond what we expected, and we are deeply grateful. This is a perfect place for families. There are animals around such as dogs, cats, and birds, which made the experience even more special and joyful for us. The atmosphere feels warm, safe, and welcoming, just like home. We are very, very happy to have stayed here and truly appreciate everything they did for us. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Shangri-La, especially families looking for a caring and heartfelt place to stay.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Antiman Black Bean Estate (Napa Lake). From the moment I checked in, the staff were incredibly helpful. They checked in on me daily to ensure I had everything I needed and were lightning-fast in responding to every request. The Room: I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade from a standard room to a room with a breathtaking mountain view! The room was exceptionally comfortable, and if I could, I would give this hotel 10 stars. The Perks & Facilities: The complimentary services exceeded all my expectations. I thoroughly enjoyed: • Interacting with the farm animals. • The lovely afternoon tea and delicious breakfast spreads. • The traditional ******* costume experience. • Seamless arrangements for snow activities (including a great driver). • Luxury vehicle transfers to/from the train station. To my fellow Malaysians and travelers from all around the world: if you are visiting the area, this hotel is a must stay. I highly recommend it for their hospitality and top notch facilities!

A Warm Home in Shangri-La - Definitely Choose Wufan Shanjian! The luckiest choice of my trip to Shangri-La was definitely Wufan Shanjian Light Luxury Homestay, and the biggest surprise was meeting the owner couple, a local ******* pair. The simplicity and enthusiasm unique to Tibetans in them filled the entire journey with warmth. From the moment we landed, we were surrounded by their thoughtfulness: they not only took the initiative to pick us up at the high-speed railway station but also carefully reminded us not to rush to take a bath just after arriving on the plateau and to remember to turn on the oxygen concentrator at night. A family member traveling with us had a bit of altitude sickness, and the landlady Zhuoma immediately brought Coke and glucose to relieve the discomfort. In the evening, she specially brought warm yak milk and fresh grapes. Even the child kept saying that Aunt Zhuoma was as kind as family. The husband was simple and enthusiastic. When he saw that we had trouble parking, he immediately helped park the car without hesitation, so we didn't have to worry at all. When we wanted to find delicious skewers or plan the route around Napahai, they could always give the most authentic suggestions and even recommend reliable stores, which were more useful than the strategies we made. The environment of the homestay is impeccable. As a person with a bit of obsessive-compulsive disorder about cleanliness, the cleanliness here completely exceeded expectations - the rooms are bright and tidy, the bed sheets and quilt covers have no peculiar smell at all, and even the bathroom is cleaned spotlessly. The facilities are also very considerate, with full-house floor heating and smart devices. The oxygen concentrator by the bed can automatically adjust the oxygen concentration, completely solving the worry about sleeping on the plateau. What's more surprising is that the location is in the center of the ancient town, only a three-minute walk to the prayer wheel, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. During the few days staying here, I was moved by the details every day: free down jackets and umbrellas, pre-prepared moisturizing masks, hot breakfast in the morning, and even after leaving, when we found that we had forgotten something, the boss would carefully send it back. This kind of warmth that is not family but better than family made the beauty of Shangri-La more concrete. Next time I come, I will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is perfectly situated away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist crowds. It offers a peaceful sanctuary overlooking the stunning Napa Lake, with majestic mountains framing the distance. Waking up to such a quiet, picturesque landscape was incredibly rejuvenating. That said, be mindful that this would come with a trade off in terms of convenience. The room itself was exceptional, blending modern amenities with high-end comforts. We were especially impressed by the features designed for the high-altitude environment: • High-Tech Comfort: The room included oxygen control and a humidifier, which made a massive difference in our comfort. • Entertainment & Relaxation: We loved the large projector and screen for cozy movie nights, and the deep soaking bathtub was perfect for unwinding. Exceptional Hospitality & Care What truly sets this place apart is the genuine care provided by the owner and the staff: • Warm Welcome: The owner personally fetched us on our first day, surprised us with a room upgrade, and even pre-heated the room before we arrived. • Safety & Service: He provided an oxygen canister for emergencies, giving us total peace of mind. The friendly caretaker from Dali was also wonderful, preparing delicious meals and ensuring we were well-looked after. • Local Experiences: The owner gave us expert travel tips and drove us to Pudacuo National Park at a very reasonable rate. The highlight was being invited to his thome to share Suyou (butter) tea, local bread with cheese and wild honey with his family. This was a raw experience that we found very meaningful While our stay was fantastic, there were a couple of minor maintenance points that would make the stay better: • Housekeeping: Some of the toiletries were not replenished during our two-night stay. • Bathroom Maintenance: The shower head was not fixed very securely, and there was some visible limescale. We understand this might be due to the current season and lower occupancy, but a quick fix would make the room perfect. Overall, this is a gateway to the heart of Shangri-La. The best hotel ever! I wish we stay longer but time is not on our side. The services is tiptop. Every staff in the hotel is very accommodating especially for us who dont speak Chinese. They help u with anything u need, shout out to our butler for being so wonderful. And they can pick u up from any station for FREE! they even have welcome drink for you. The view is to die for, even without the snow the view is spectacular, might come back when there is a snow. And yes i would 100% recommend anyone who wants to stay here. Everything is wonderful.

這次是第二次入住了 來香格里拉旅行的第一首先，房間有地暖，來香格里拉就不用怕冷了，還有投影，躺在沙發 床上追劇，超舒服的體驗吖，酒店服務熱情，衞生乾淨整潔，房間温馨寬敞，客房清潔人員也很親切，前台卓瑪也很熱情，房間的價格也很實惠，性價比高！得到的不止一次舒適愉悦的入住體驗，還有人間煙火，這是我對這家酒店的評價。

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The room was exactly as described: very clean, surprisingly large, and the floor heating in the main area was a welcome feature. The location is truly excellent—easy to find, a short distance from the ancient city, and incredibly convenient for taxis. Having a supermarket right downstairs and access to fantastic local restaurants was a huge plus. The only area for improvement is the bathroom temperature. As there is no heating element, it became quite cold during the night, which was a bit uncomfortable. Despite this, we would happily return for the great value and ideal location.
