"Pros: The hotel is easy to find, convenient to check in, and the rooms are clean and warm.
Disadvantages: Close to the square, too noisy. The pillows are uncomfortable and the bed is too hard. Only one room key was given on the first day, and another one was given after a complaint. Other guests were noisy and the children upstairs were jumping for a long time.
Advice: The hotel should establish noise management rules, but no one cares. The noise makes it impossible to rest. There are some minor issues, but I will only mention the main ones here.优点：酒店位置好找，入住方便，房间干净温暖。
缺点：靠近广场，太吵。枕头不舒服，床太硬。第一天只有一张房卡，投诉后才多给了一张。其他客人很吵，楼上的孩子跳了很久。
建议：酒店应该制定噪音管理规定，但没人管。噪音让人无法休息。还有一些小问题，但这里只提主要的。"

"The hotel is located across the river from the city center. The advantage is that the hotel provides free transportation from the train station and back. There are a large number of restaurants, shops and a vegetable market in the vicinity of the hotel. The room was large and well furnished (large bed, two armchairs, table, large desk, wardrobe). Large glass bathroom with separate shower. The hotel emphasizes cleanliness, daily cleaning with change of bath towels. Washing machine available. The dryer was out of order at the time of our stay, but clothes could be dried on hangers in the laundry room. Helpful and accommodating staff."

"We had a great stay. The only reason cleanliness is not 5/5 is because there is carpeting on the bedroom floor, which is hard to keep clean. My husband was allergic to the first room, so they graciously switched us to the non-smoking floor. All the attendants and workers were very kind. The location is very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go with the exception of Wanda. It was fun to use the swimming pool. Breakfast was reasonable and had something for everyone. My daughter loved the hotel and was sad to leave. We will come back."

酒店服務很好，前台的姑娘們非常熱情，有問必答，還推薦了附近好吃的特色，旁邊就是温泉很方便，不夜城大約開車五六分鐘，交通很便利，房間打掃的很乾凈。星空房可惜沒有看到星星，當天是陰天。房間設計有特色，第一次住這樣的，雖然是閣樓的房間，但是不影響住宿體驗。配置齊全，性價比很高，頂樓還能打卡拍照，下次有機會還要來。

過去看四川劍閣的劍門關攻略，強調的“險”，“關隘”，“險要”太多，很多長者和孩子對此望而怯步，今天我來到這個地方了，最大的感受還是“秀”字，溪水潺潺，野芳發而幽香，歷史悠久的故事，還有有錢難買的“氧氣”……
這個酒店的位置距離火車站二公里，打車不到十元錢，真的很方便。唯一一個建議就是早餐加上熱紅茶，對於一個來自北京有暖氣的地方，你們這裡是很冷的，特別是長者，怕冷，容易患病。喝口熱茶🍵🍵🍵🍵🍵🍵，可以緩解一下。

The staff put in their best effort in making our stay comfortable. The beds were icy-cold. They brought an electric-blanket instantly.
Room is spacious for a family of four.
Location is in the ancient city. If u have time to spare, stay in the ancient city. The noodle shops and dumpling shops serve delicious hot breakfasts and suppers.

Only 10 Minutes by Taxi from railway station. Very Central Location with a large Food Market around the Corner. Fantastic view over the City from 36th Floor. Clean Room with good heating. Washing Machines for guests available. The Room rate ist very competitive and WE have been very positive surprised, what Standard WE got for that rate. Newly equiped rooms with nice decor.

Excellent hotel. The service in this hotel was outstanding! They were extremely helpful, extremely kind, going that extra mile to take care of you. There is a free shuttle service to the railway station. During our stay we visited jianmenguan, cuiyun corridor, mingyuexia gorge. And after a hot day hiking and sightseeing we relaxed in one the hot spring pools of the hotel, which were many and varied. They even have a pool where little fish clean your feet; my daughter loved it!

Room and hotel as well as hot spring facilities were all clean and very satisfactory. Location wise very convenient and a short distance from the railway station, even better because the hotel provides shuttle service to and from the station. Service was impeccable and staff were very polite, helpful and ready to assist with questions. They also took the time to explain the sights around town and the route to Jianmenguan scenic area. Amenities wise, the hot spring was delightful and worth returning to. Overall a wonderful stay at the hotel. Also definitely worth the price.

I really loved this hotel. The location was fantastic. With very heavy suitcases, it was only a 15 minute walk directly from the high speed train station.
The hotel had overbooked for the evening, so our preferred room was not available—we had booked a room with two beds. To make up for the error, the hotel rebooked us two single bed rooms, with king beds! What an upgrade! We loved our rooms. So much space, high speed internet, easily accessible, quiet interior, strong AC, great bathrooms, really comfortable beds and pillows.
What made the stay even better was the friendliness of the staff. I left Guangyuan feeling so glad that we decided to stop there. The front desk man, Mr. Li, was so kind and helpful. He helped me do my laundry, helped me hang it up, and then gave me fresh fruit, and helped me talk to courier who brought my food that I’d ordered. I wish we’d spent more time in Guangyuan.
The second front desk man was similarly friendly. Only complaint is that I’d rather people and he not smoke in the lobby. It really negatively impacts my health. The rooms didn’t smell like smoke at all, but the lobby was like an ashtray.

But there are 4 bad things
1. Washroom smells disgusting. Like somebody died on there.
2. The window is the small window to the corridor. So no view like on room's description.
3. You hear all your neighbours and all noises outside.
4. No slippers and cold floor.
So that's why I don't recommend this kind of room. Very overpriced.
