"We originally booked the juiqi deluxe tub double bedroom for the night expecting the room as it was in the photos. This was not the case, the room we received had a musty smell, age was clearly visible and it was not as described in the photos. It was clear it was a room below expectations. Upon speaking with the reception staff it was said that there are better looking rooms within the juiqi type rooms similar to the photos but those were fully booked. The hotel didn’t inform us of this prior to our arrival and we were left with an inadequate room unfit for purpose. They should not have made those rooms available if they were fully booked. We expressed our concerns with the reception staff and they allowed us to view another room instead which was the lakeside tongyuan which were fit for purpose. We paid the extra difference and stayed there for the night but the experience to get to that spot wasted what should have been valuable family time. For anyone looking to stay here, as long as you get the room as described your experience will be enjoyable."

"到了老闆迎接我們還親自幫我們拿行李送到房間，還細心問我們什麼時候泡温泉，放温泉水之前私池沖洗得好認真。傍晚和第二天早上都調適合的不一樣的水温，是真正的温泉水，摸到皮膚滑滑的。晚上還給我們燒柴烤火爐取暖，兩次都及時的給我們加柴火。有下午茶點心水果。院子種了很多可愛的肉肉。到處都感受到老闆的用心。服務也藏着温暖的細節！有機會一直會再來……"

"住的太舒服了，既是私湯又是露天温泉，私密和野趣相結合，第一次這麼舒服的泡温泉。前台的小姐姐服務意識真是冠絕整個大理地區吧，早上送我們蛋撻，晚上回來給我們留了巴斯克，都是自己做的，甜度剛剛好，現在都留口水了，坐在小院裏盪着鞦韆，配上雲南舒爽的天氣，讓我們取消了巍山的住宿，在這裏又多待了一晚上，都想作為每年來温泉度假的私攢分啦！"

VVieraskäyttäjäBeautiful hotsprings hotel. There are 6-7 pools, many of them private for public use on the 4th floor with nice views overlooking town and the mountains. You can make the pools as hot as you would like as there are separate hot/cold water taps to fill. There are also multiple tea/nap rooms.
The breakfast was delicious and varied with warm milk for bedtime and in the morning. The host was very accommodating.
A pleasant find in Niujie.

KKarma DorjeI had a fantastic time here and would return at any time. The room was large with a great view. The hostel's own hot spring is nearby.
The highlight was the shared dinners - it felt like a family dinner. I had not experienced this in a hostel before. The boss is very kind and helped me get back to DaLi.
Highly recommended.

The room was excellent; spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Everything was of a very high standard.

Cozy resort, cute cats, afternoon tea was lovely. The hot springs are nice and private, with the temperature easily controlled. Breakfast was also tasty. Will gladly stay at this resort again.

JJohn and LilyI recently stayed at Golden Hotel and found it perfectly suited to my needs. The hotel provided a comfortable and convenient base during my visit. The room was clean and well-appointed, with all the essentials I required for a pleasant stay.
One of the highlights was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, who were always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable.
Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal. There was a supermarket just across the street, which made it easy to pick up any necessary items without any hassle. This convenience was particularly appreciated during my stay.
The only complaint I had was that the air conditioning was not cooling very well. It made the room a bit warmer than I would have liked, especially during the hot days.
Overall, Golden Hotel provided everything I needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable place to stay in the area and would happily return on my next visit.
