個人很喜歡，已推薦給朋友，來橫店的話，推薦九棲廬。 民宿設備很新，內裏的裝修是新中式風，有很多老物件，可見下圖。有好幾個室內外的茶室可供免費使用。我看到書架上也有不少值得看的書，不是年度推薦榜書單的那種流行書，不少經典大部頭書籍。 服務人員也很親切負責，得知我第二天要趕高鐵，不能吃早飯，還特地贈送了當地的酥餅（推薦購買）+牛奶。 硬要説個缺點的話，考慮到當地無好用的共享單車，出門回來都要打的，距離橫店影視城大概2.3km。到影視城的打的費用20元以內。 目測入住的其他客人，大都是家庭出行，開車居多。 總體來説，是值得一住的民宿。

Very friendly and great hospitality by the owners. They are friendly and helpful and gave us a food and attraction strategy guide which was very useful as our purpose in Hengdian was to visit the major filming studios. The estate was located deep in a neighbourhood area and we have a small problem locating the front entrance desk. Currently they are still doing upgrading to the estate with gardens and swimming pool (refer to photo). I'm sure it will look amazing once completed. The estate was built in 2023 from the ground up and was designed by the same designer who did the Qin Palace. No wonder this homestay has this ancient building look. The room was pretty nice but I find the bed to be too stiff. I'm used to a soft and cushy kind of bed back home and couldn't sleep well for the 3 nights we are there. My family members have no such problem though. Homemade breakfast was provided everyday by 1 of the cleaner cum cook lady. She was super friendly and the food are fantastic and healthy. This is definitely worth a look if you are looking for accomodation in Hengdian and want to experience a more localised feel compared to a standard hotel stay.

We chose this hotel because of its non-smoking policy [a lot of hotels in this town allow guests to smoke in the room]. We spent one day in a suite and one day in a 2-bed ”mountain view” room [view from our windows in the pictures] The 2-bed room was huge, 120cm beds, no fridge. The suite seemed bigger in the photos, nice, with a fridge and very big bathroom. Both rooms with A.C., both equipped with a universal charger, a tea set with 2 bottles of water 0,5l each, both with intelligent Xiao Du light, courtains, tv and wc system, windows equipped with mosquito nets. ”Mountain view” and some photos suggest 'Zen' style high end neighbourhood, but in reality it is a very, very regular chinese neighbourhood. There is only chinese name on the hotel building I think. We arrived one hour before the check-in time and get the room without any problem. The young female receptionist was extremely helpful and polite, used the translator app to communicate. She helped us to buy the right tickets and a hotel menager accompanied us to the nearest ticket office. The hotel is very close to the Qin palace and Dream Valley. There are 2 tourist bus lines (A and B) connecting most of the scenic spots, every 30 min, a ticket costs 2 r.m.b. one can pay in cash in the bus, this bus service stops about 4.30 p.m. Apple maps app works OK, google maps app does not work in China. We took a taxi from Yiwu station (1 hour) to get to the hotel, 170 r.m.b. and about 43 km one way if one goes the shortest way or 220 r.m.b. and about 63 km via highway, a taxi from Qingming palace costs about 20 r.m.b. There is an annual ticket for 898 r.m.b., this ticket is for one adult plus one child or just one adult - all 13 scenic spots included [Dream Valley excluded], one can enter each scenic spot only once a day. I think 2 scenic spots in one day is a max,  maybe 3 because most of the spots closes about 4.30 p.m., only one or two are closing about 8 p.m. There is no printed ticket only passport data in their system so you enter by showing the passport.The Hengdian Studios I think are not prepared for foreign tourists at all. Their printed map is very small, hard to read, does not show enter gates or ticket offices, their website is not helping, in theory there is an English version but with very little information, the chinese website is better but still not very helpful, there is no list of all 13 scenic spots or the opening hours, only information about the major ones.

Wonderful Stay, Highly Recommend! My family and I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect – just a short walk to Dream Bund, which made it so easy to explore. The hotel is spotless, and the rooms are comfortable, making it a great choice for families. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect during our stay. There are many restaurants nearby, offering a wide variety of dining options, so we never had trouble finding a good place to eat. The special price for Dream Bund tickets was an added bonus, which made our visit even better. We felt that this hotel provided excellent value for the price. My family absolutely loved it here, and we’ll definitely stay again the next time we visit Hengdian!

Room is big, aircon is great, bathroom is a bit dirty and I was given a ragged old towel for the first night. Not a major issue, I used it has a bath mat has none wwre provided.. walls arent very soundproof, if your neighbours are yelling, you can hear them. Location is excellent, around the corner from the main strip of restaurants, shops, night market, luckin coffee, starbucks, kfc, maccas, bus stop and yellow taxi stand. Theres not many taxis around, didi seems more common for this area. Its 30min walk to dream valley or 12 yuan taxi ride. For the price, its really good value to stay here. Would recommend.

1-智能馬桶抽水聲音堪比吸塵器，這是我經歷過的最最最最…吵的馬桶，沒有之一。早上最好不要上廁所，一人上廁所吵醒一個屋子的人 2-洗漱和房間沒有隔斷，淋浴房出來正對床鋪，沒有任何遮擋，這是什麼鬼才的設計？這是親子房啊？衣服衹能在濕漉漉的淋浴房穿，還得有人從外面把浴巾、衣服遞進去。住了這麼多酒店，最服這個設計👍 3-早餐廳非常小，好多人都是拼桌在吃飯，好不容易找到2人小桌，又沒有椅子😓當然早餐東西也很少，飲料是什麼粉兑出來的吧，一股香精味 4-多要2瓶水，服務員很熱情送過來了，過一會又來個服務員又送來了2瓶水，被我拒絕了。雖然…但也説明酒店的業務流程是有問題的

Hotel room is very clean and well maintained. All items are in good working order. Very comfortable stay. Staff at counter and at entrance is helpful and nice. However in f&b section for breakfast, the staff service attitude could be better. The staff cooking noodles gave my noodles to other customers and didn't even apologise after I asked her where's mine. She just said plainly she will cook again. The main hall area has no seats for guests to sit while waiting for taxi or friends. Only 3 seats at the side of the hotel counter. Its really inconvenient for guests who are waiting for friends or taxi. The hotel needs to place more seats for guests at the main hall area.

This is 2nd time to stay. Recommended for stay here it’s quite good and convenience to go some any place.

The location is fantastic! It’s located right across from one of the scenic areas I had a great view of the palace from my window. The room itself was very nice and clean—it had all of the basic amenities. The staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast could have been better but overall, a pleasant stay.

The location is super convenient, with plenty of restaurants, fruit markets, and mini supermarkets nearby, making it easy to explore and grab anything you need. The hotel is about 16 km away from the main attractions, roughly an hour's drive, so it’s a bit out of the way, but that also means it's quieter. The room itself was not the cleanest, but for the price, it was worth it. The essentials were covered with hot water, air conditioning, and all the basic amenities you’d expect, including free toiletries. One of the best parts is that the hotel accepts foreigners without any issues, which made my stay stress-free. If you're looking for budget-friendly accommodation with all the basic comforts and a very kind host, this place is a solid choice.
