剛到前台，工作人員小雲的熱情就讓人瞬間卸下了旅途的勞累。她不僅高效辦理完入住手續，還貼心安排了聖誕節的小禮物 瞬間沖淡了出差的枯燥感，這份突如其來的小驚喜，屬實戳中了心坎。
更值得一提的是酒店的衞生與環境。房間打掃得一塵不染，床單被褥平整無異味，各類用品擺放得井井有條，讓人住得格外安心。推開窗户，開闊的視野映入眼簾，遠處的城市風光盡收眼底，煩悶的心情也隨之豁然開朗。
酒店的自助餐廳同樣讓人驚喜。菜品豐富多樣，兼顧了美味與健康，無論是營養均衡的早餐，還是口味地道的正餐，都能滿足味蕾需求，為忙碌的出差時光補充滿滿能量。

"We were there for 2 nights over Christmas.
The good:
The rooms were really nice, and comfy and had a stunning view, the Christmas dinner was just like back home. We were very impressed by the Christmas dinner.
The not so good:
The rooms were extremely hot, all rooms has central heating, I had to open the doors in the middle of the night, and sat in the hallway, and wanted to sleep on the floor in the hallway, because the rooms were too hot, and it felt like I couldn't breath. The service was good, both gentlemen at reception tried to help us. The next night, they moved us to another room, but it was also too hot, the 3rd room was much better.
I suggest the hotel upgrade to individual aircons where guests could control their own temperature."

"The location was perfect and check in was quite fast but the price was not what was advertised on the app and the hotel staff asked that we pay the difference or move to another room after we unpacked in the room they gave us. But overall the room was comfortable and the staff helpful and polite."

RR. Y. QAHad a good time. Check in and out process was not easy because most of the staff not good at English. However very comfortable since all staff are very helpful and polite. Also amenities and rooms were great.

AAnonyymi käyttäjäThe hotel was clean and the rooms had plenty of space for us to stretch out. Xiao Peng at the front desk was extremely helpful. She remembered us from the first night at check in and had our room numbers memorized so she made it super simple to request our breakfast vouchers and an extra key card. She was also kind enough to give us some additional bottled water when we were checking out as she knew we had another long journey ahead of us.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The breakfast was good - plenty of food choices to select from. The guest laundry was very useful, not only was it free they provide detergent as well. We were on the top floor (fifth floor) - no issue with noise from the hallway or outside. We were there when it was particularly hot in the region but the air conditioner worked well and we didn’t have any issues keeping the room cool. The only thing that surprised us was that the hallways weren’t air conditioned, nor was the gym, so just keep that in mind if you decide to utilize the fitness room.

VVieraskäyttäjäThe hotel has a very strong smell of cigar smoke. It is annoying. The staff does not speak English but they try to help a lot. The girls from the reception are very nice, specially the ones that stay at night . The cleaning cheat is also very sweet.
The hotel does not seem to be very new, but with some renovated parts. It is ok. The room is large, very comfy beds, bathroom is ok (despite old). Breakfast is Chinese. They only have iogurt, bread and eggs. That was difficult to me. The location is ok in Cixi, but not much to do around, just very local Baja and general shops.

AamabilisinsaniaThe hotel is pretty nice! All the furniture and appliances are new, the bed is comfortable. There's a wifi in the room as well. Bathroom is clean. Hotel's breakfast is great, everyone can find something according to their preferences. The only negative thing there was renovation, so the view from the window was the construction site (at least it was like that on May 20, 2023). But we've stayed there only for one night so it wasn't a problem at all. All in all, 10/10!

The outdoor hot springs were set in a beautiful, peaceful location, perfect for relaxing. The indoor pool was huge. We also received amazing service throughout our stay—staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel!
