"Was surprisingly good for the price. Rooms are large and clean. Shower head is the huge rainfall one. Water was nice and hot Heated blanket on bed with an aircon unit in the room. Has a TV as well. Overall the staff were really nice and I’d rate this 4/5 for motels. Would recommend the ‘superior’ rooms. Loved this place overall"

"Very good accommodation! ! Comfortable, clean , modern and very special! One of the good places I stayed to . Jacuzzi with sparkling wine are so relaxing!"

"The friendly welcome really stood out. The room was clean and basic. The bed was very comfortable and a great selection of pillows. The gardens are vast and the location is amongst trees. A very enjoyable stay."

"reception was very nice, we arrived at 10pm,he upgraded our room, because the new room can have good view to watch kangaroos,he said “the room is free now, hope we can enjoy in grampians” and the room also clean"

"Staff were friendly. Location is perfect. I suggest that you should stopover at your closest grocery store because there's no coles or woolies nearby. Closest is a 40 mins drive. Overall, it was very peaceful. Love that they don't have lightpost, you could visibly see the stars at night."

"This was a hidden gem. A lot of wildlife on the property, excellent service, well equipped and very comfortable. We extended an extra day because we enjoyed it so much."

"This was my second time staying here, and once again, it was a great experience. After a lovely day exploring the Grampians, it was nice to come back to a place that has everything you need. The facilities are excellent, especially the spacious kitchen which made meal prep easy and enjoyable. The common lounge area was a cozy highlight—during winter, they even have a fireplace that adds a warm, festive touch. The couch was clean and super comfy, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The room itself was very comfortable. The heater worked perfectly, and everything—from the toilet to the shower—was spotless. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Checking in and out was smooth, though it's worth noting that check-in is only available during a limited time window. At checkout, guests are asked to place used sheets in a designated area, which was clearly communicated. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!"

"Arrived late and it was easy as they left the keys and instructions at the reception. Cabin was clean. Appliances are ok except they have this tiny TV which is really outdated. Would be great if they a separate air-conditioning unit in the bedroom instead of just one in the living area. It was quite noisy and should upgrade. as a one night stay it was ok but would have to consider if staying longer. "

"We arrived during check in time to find the office unattended and another traveller trying to contact them by phone. After a 15 minute wait someone came to the office. They checked us in but when we went to the room and opened the door there was a very surprised man in there who had also been given this room. Another phone call and wait time for staff to return and sort out another room. We finally got there but after a long drive and both wanting to use the bathroom we found there was no toilet paper in the room.. that took another 2 phone calls and about 15 minutes to sort out. I booked this accommodation because it has a swimming pool. I went to use the pool to find it was locked and after another call was told that they think the filter is broken. Nothing on their information said the pool was not available and it appears it has been that way for a while. We loved the location and I'd probably stay there again.. I'll just be prepared for the lack of quality service. We didn't let it spoil our stay.."
