Very nice hotel. We enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is nearby Gare Du Nord. They have nice mirror at the reception. Comfy bed and good shower. They have a room used for storage of your luggage if you want to go around the city after checkout. The fruits in the breakfast are not fresh.

Chanced upon this hotel when looking for accommodation in Paris. However, I didn’t expect the hotel to be so far off from the city.

Very small rooms, paint is falling off the walls. Bathroom is so small you can barely sit on the toilet and heat in there is unbearable. The walls are so thin you can hear not only your neighbours in the hotel but also everything outside. Considering the price I would accept all of the “problems” above, but on the last night of our stay a mouse ran through the room into the hole that was in the corner of the bathroom. After going to reception the staff gave us another room.

Absolutely regret booking a 3-day stay at this hotel. The picture doesn't match the listing pictures, cigarette smells when you enter and cleaniness is questionable. had the worst night of the entire year since you can hear every little things happening in the other rooms and the corridor. Room is extremely small even the desk chair cannot even move. You can clearly see the owners do not give a damn about their hotel and are just sucking up unknowledgeable tourists. We changed hotel on after the first horrible night (it was obviously not refunded) and took a hotel with similar price but so much better in the area. My advice: DON'T GO TO THIS HOTEL.

Comportement inadmissible Hotel ayant annulé ma reservation le soir meme à 19h sans preavis. C est inadissible et a fuir. Heureusement, le personnel ******* a su gerer et m'aider a retrouver un logement a la derniere minute.

À éviter Nous avons avec mon compagnon passé une nuit dans cet hôtel sur Paris en rentrant de vacances. L’accueil s’est bien passé même si la personne de l’accueil n’était pas forcément très agréable. Quel ne fut pas notre surprise quand, à peine arrivés dans notre chambre, nous avons vu un insecte courir sous le bureau, il s’agissait d’un cafard. Nous l’avons de suite écrasé (ci joint en photo). Fatigué de notre journée, et étant arrivé à l’hôtel très tard, nous n’avions d’autres choix que de rester dans cet hôtel malgré une insalubrité constatée. Bien entendu, nous avons très mal dormi par peur que les cafards ne viennent nous rendre visite dans le lit ou montent dans les valises.. pour un hôtel à 3 étoiles à plus de 100€ la nuit, c’est choquant. Deuxième surprise quelques heures plus tard quand nous avons été réveillé vers 7/8H par des travaux effectués juste au dessus de notre chambre ! Aucune isolation dans la chambre, entre les travaux, les portes qui claquent, les personnes qui parlent dans le couloir, on entendez tout. Conclusion : nuit non reposante, mauvaise expérience pour notre part. Vous pouvez trouver mieux que cet hôtel, je ne le recommande pas.
