Ibis Paris Bastille Opéra 11ème arvostelua

I have picked this hotel due to nice location. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Metro station few minutes from hotel. Rooms smaller than expected and we were charged for luggage storage before checking in. We have came with an infant and group of friends at different times and we were the only one that couldn’t check in early as apparently no rooms were ready … the staff could be nicer. The lobby was nice and overall we had ok stay.

I will come back

Terrible service. Absolutely not up to Accor standards. The staff in front desk is very antipathetic and cold during check-in. Housekeeping entered the room without knocking just because there was no DND sign. Poor check-out experience. Only positive side is the location, but definitely not worth feeling unwelcome. What’s the point of coming to a reputable hotel chain if the standards are completely ignored?

位置非常好，出門走路很近可以到瑪黑區，各種酒吧餐廳購物都很方便，當然去景點也都不遠，地鐵也很方便，房間很小，這個位置寸土寸金。

在酒店房間內丟東西了 和前台溝通無果 不想説的很直接是保潔偷的 但是也沒有第二種可能了。很糟糕的體驗 前一天早上還在使用的防曬霜第二天早上就再也找不到了。更可笑的是前一天晚上回酒店還誇讚了保潔收拾的很乾凈 原來是拿走了我的東西怪不得很乾凈。

酒店所在的環境不錯，交通也算便利，唯一美中不足的部分是，房間稍微小了一點。且房間不提供任何額外的用品，要入住的客人請記得自行準備。另外，酒店說因為空間不足，不一定能提供免費寄存行李的服務，如有需要可能要自行準備歐元硬幣，到一樓後方寄存櫃付費使用。

Buena ubicación, limpieza impecable. Atención muy buena en general, salvo por una sola excepción, en cuyo caso, el joven que estaba de turno en la recepcion fue muy poco cordial.

關鍵是有地下停車庫，我才選了這家。距離巴士底地鐵步行幾分鐘，交通便利。就是房間小。

當天去的很早 ，前台黑哥要收費人民幣將近200多塊才能提前入住，我沒答應，終於等到下午快兩點，前台安排了一個房間最樓上最靠邊的一層，我個人感覺房間安排的不好，關建是床上看到好幾處頭髮，因為在異國他鄉，不想去和酒店argue.洗手間太太小了。下一次再去法國我不會在選擇這家酒店了，比國內亞朵酒店各個方面相比體驗感太差了。
