"This hotel was located in the center of Ostrava, just a short distance from Masaryk Square. My room had a window facing the backyard, so there was no noise from the street (on the day I stayed here, the Christmas market started, so there were a lot of people around the hotel, and there was an ice rink right in front of the hotel, where loud music played). Check in and check out were quick and without any problems. The equipment of my room seemed a bit older, it seemed to me like a hotel room from the nineties, the kind you can see in movies from that time. The furniture was older and very simple, the bathroom small, the bed quite soft for my taste. It was clean here. I had breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The offer was wide and everything I had was tasty. The ambience of the restaurant was very pleasant. Hotel and restaurant staff were nice and helpful."

"Ei autoilijalle Tämä hotelli ei saisi mainostaa ilmaista pysäköintipaikkaa...niitä on 40 huoneelle 3kpl. Saatavilla oli pysäköinti 300m päässä uuden kaupungintalon alakerrassa ....se oli hirveän ahdas. Sitä paitsi siellä huijataan sillä tavalla että maksetaan n. 300kr, sitten parkkilappua ei anneta vaan pelkkä kuitti, jolla pääsee sitten pois kyllä. Arvioni mukaan sama lippu myydään useammalle autoilijalle. Pysäköinti on iso miinus. Edessä on työmaa, ei oikein pysty pysähtymään kovin lähellä. Henkilökunta puhuu englantia ja on avulias. Huone oli siisti. Aamupala oli ihan ok. Kaupungintalon takana oli hyvä ravintola. "

"The stay was good. The location is quite away from main train/bus station and from Masarykovo náměstí. With tram 13, you can come quite close to the hotel. The room was quite good, but building a bit old. Area surrounding the hotel: not that many supermarkets and restaurants in close vicinity, but if you walk a bit you can find some restaurants cheap and with good food. Surrounding area mainly Czech speaking, but friendly with foreigners and communication possible with Google translate. The staff was friendly and helpful. Cleanliness: good."
