I asked for a two-hour late check-out and offered to pay, but the front desk staff was cold and said there was no late check-out option, and that if I wanted to stay longer, I'd have to pay for a full extra day. I've booked several hotels with three beds, and this one was definitely on the larger side."

"I emailed the hotel in advance to let them know it was my birthday, and they replied saying they'd arrange the best view. However, they gave me a complimentary room with a discounted view, saying I'd have to pay extra for a better one. So, I paid to upgrade to a normal Osaka Castle view. Breakfast was advertised to end at 10:30 AM, but when I entered the restaurant at 10:25 AM, I couldn't order, and the buffet was almost completely cleared. We wanted to buy bathrobes. When I asked about the price the day before, they said they'd let me know the next day, but I still had to go to the front desk myself to ask. I also lost something on the Shinkansen and asked the hotel to help contact lost and found. They sent one email saying they'd inquire again, but there was no follow-up. I've never encountered such service before. The hotel showed no apology for anything. This is rare in Japan, and even rarer for a hotel of this price point. The hotel's elevators and ground floor entrance are very confusing and inconvenient to navigate. I won't be staying here again."

The hotel is directly connected to the lively Shinsaibashi area, with shopping and food everywhere around you. Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street is right nearby and leads all the way towards Dotonbori, making it perfect for exploring on foot. Daimaru and many well-known shopping malls are also within easy walking distance. One thing that made this hotel feel unique was the atmosphere around the rooftop Sky Spa. The rooftop bath area feels peaceful and calming despite being in the middle of the city, especially at night after a full day of shopping and walking. Such a beautiful way to unwind. The hotel itself was very clean, modern and surprisingly spacious for Osaka standards. We never felt cramped and had enough room to settle in comfortably. Another fun surprise — MiPig Cafe is only a short walk away across the area (around a few minutes), which we really enjoyed visiting. We also tried the in-room massage service after a long shopping day and it was amazing. Pricing felt reasonable and it was honestly one of the best decisions after walking so much. Excellent location, comfortable stay, relaxing bath experience and thoughtful facilities — definitely a 5-star experience for us and would stay again next trip to Osaka ❤️"

"This is one of the best hotels we booked in Japan! We are two very big size couple from Singapore. The room had ample space for us to move around, ofc we cant open two luggages at one time but we can open one luggage fully on the floor to pack our stuff. Even the toilet is spacious among all other hotels we have booked in Japan. Front desk is friendly and greeted us all the time in and out of hotel. They also assisted us in sending our two big luggages from their hotel to our hotel in Tokyo. Very efficient! Room is clean, water temp is good. They did cleaning for us everyday. Location is superb, literally less than 3mins walk to the metro. Although it’s not near those main tourist area, it’s near to Osaka Castle. The metro took us everywhere, even USJ in just 30mins. Escalator and lift is hard to find but there is, just abit further away from the hotel. There’s 7-11 nearby, sukiya and restaurants all around. I would definitely recommend and go back again if i’m visiting Osaka again."

Huoneet ovat siistejä ja täysin varusteltuja. Onsen on ehdottomasti vierailun arvoinen, mutta se on enemmänkin yksityinen vetäytymispaikka, josta puuttuvat avoimet tilat ja vehreys.
