Excellent Resort, away from the city rush. The rooms and Bathrooms are clean, Jaya ji at the reception was always helpful. Overall we had a 3 night pleasant stay, with a beautiful view.

All good, We like this tour, We would recommend all our friends and family. We saw Rainbow. Nature was beautiful and nice flowers, Also we will plan with our parents. We visited with Miss Navya, Discovery Center, she is very co operative and helpful.

The DJ night was great with the amazing DJ Bablu playing bangers after bangers. It was a wonderful night with the atmosphere he built up! Really recommend everyone to try it out for themselves and enjoy their time through this experience!!!

The property is situated on the beautiful Fern hill in Ooty. Has the best views . Staff are very efficient and friendly! We had a comfortable stay! We were well looked after by Lily Jena. Rooms are confirm table and offer some of the greatest views in Ooty. The breakfast and the dinner spread is amazing.Recommended for families !

I like d services of d staffs...like d hospitality....rooms r comfortable. I request d resort to gv lil changes like wardrobe in duplex compartment...request to gv some complementary packages also....👌👌🎆🎆👏 Try cmng next Time n hv a gud day

this hotel is listed as a five star and which is why we were very disappointed, the property is old, the staff needs training, the food display needs help. If this was listed as a 3 star then it would still be okay, atleast our expectations would be acc to that.

Nice location at the fern hill top. You can have beautiful valley view, rooms are well maintained, neat and clean. Room service is also nice. This place is Children friendly. Ample parking space available. Overall Awesome place for couple and family.

We have enjoyed our stay in Ooty fern hill… the room , staff, children activities like zipline paintball archery… specially family activities and games very nice and entertaining for whole family… thanks to soumitra and staff for conducting various family games like tambola campfire music nite etc…check in and checkout process was smooth and staff is very friendly
