"Went for lunch today with 3 work colleagues for a big birthday. Food was top class. The staff went out of their way to make it memorable. They brought out cake with candles and we didn’t even ask! Sang happy birthday. 10/10"

"My wife and I went to the hotel to finalise booking for our daughter’s christening. We decided to have lunch while here. The first thing I noted was the price - club sandwich and chips was €20. I felt this was a little high and not in keeping with local market but so be it - that was their price and we decided to go ahead. Separately, I noted on the menu that chips were €6 and a soup was €9. I asked the waitress if it was possible to replace chips with soup ( I specifically noted that I was willing to pay a supplement of necessary) The waitress returned and told me this was not possible and that ai would need to buy a soup separately at €9.50 ( so bringing my soup and sandwich to €29.50 !!!) Nothing the separate prices being charged, I felt that a supplement of €3.50 at most should be charged ( minus chips of €6 and add soup of €9.50) I cancelled the order completely as did my wife. We later met the events coordinator (for christening) and I outlined my frustration with lack of flexibility. She went to discuss internally with head chef and returned to confirm that the was no flexibility possible as “ changing menu has cost implications” We did not proceed with christening booking. I recommend going elsewhere if you want value for money and a customer focused service. Very disappointed and therefore it is a 1 rating for me. Disappointing as it is a nice venue."

"Nauttii meidän oleskelu ja BH hotelli, fab paikka oleskelu, erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta erityisesti Hallya ja Josh edessä työpöydän fab ihmiset ja Hotel on spotlessly puhdas koko ja kauniisti sisustettu. Hyvä yö viihde tai vain rentoutua foyea ja ihmiset katsella. Ruoka on erinomainen aamiaisesta illalliselle. Hotelli on keskellä kaupunkia, joten kävele vapaa-ajan, plus ilmainen autopuisto. Hotellihuoneet ovat erittäin mukavia ja sänky mukava, mieluummin vahvempi keittiö, ne olivat erittäin pehmeät. aamiainen oli erinomainen ja Anna oli erittäin hyödyllinen. Hotellilla on erittäin mukava vapaa-ajan keskus, Christine oli erittäin hyödyllinen. Olisin nauttinut, jos kuuma putki olisi lämpimämpi, suihkut ihmisten tarpeen korjata vettä meni kaikkialle baari ihon."
