SpringHill Suites New York Manhattan/Chelsea arvostelua

Hotel muy bien ubicado y muy limpio. El problema es el personal que trabaja allí. Solo unos pocos son amables. El resto merecen ser despedidos. Inaceptable para un hotel de esa categoría.

房間整潔乾淨，隔音差啲。第二次入住，33樓對正紐約地標sKyscraper. 酒店位置絕佳，旅遊景點四通八達，晚上夜啲回來都感覺安全。雖然價錢不平但絕對值得。會再次回來。

Building is tall with many floors, could spend 15 minutes waiting for elevator. Need to wait 15 minutes in line for a breakfast as well.

The hotel located in a good location, in the middle of Manhattan, can go up & down the city within a day. The room is very small. We family of 3 stayed in a 2 twin beds room with only 2 small handcarry luggages. We can hear clearly whenever neighboods closed the door. Noise sensitive people would need re-consider. We stayed in the middle level of hotel, can see firewalk on 4 July, OneWorld trade & Statue of Liberty. Our room located at the end of corrider, they placed a clean up trolley near our room door blocking the way to lift everyday. Breakfast place is clean and staff cleanup promptly. The place always crowded and so we usually visited before 7:30am. The choice of food is limited but will offer different kinds of food everyday.

호텔 위치가 너무 좋아요. 근처에 지하철 및 펜스테이션이 있습니다. 전망도 우수합니다. 31층 시티뷰 입니다. 앞으로도 또 오기를 희망합니다.

衞生：三天都沒人打掃一次，唯一打掃的一次已經是下午四點以後，我們還得在門口等待。 房間非常小、隔音很差、前台態度也很差不能處理任何問題。實在無法繼續住，搬出來換了酒店。攜程處理及時。 酒店按金退還很慢。 非常不推薦這家酒店！

交通方便，房間環境舒適，燈光好，整體好評。 正門服務生開門響應不夠及時，可以改進。

직원분들이 밝게 서비스 해주시고 숙박시 약간의 문제가 있었는데 호텔측의 잘못이라며 방을 업그레이드 해주셨어요! 서비스가 너무 좋고 위치도 나쁘지않아서 만족했던 호텔이었어요! 그리고 무엇보다 머무시는 분들도 매번 마주칠때마다 즐겁게 인사해주셨던 호텔👍🏻 너무 좋았습니당 뷰도 좋아서 다음에 또 묵고싶은호텔!

Es un hotel muy funcional en la 7th avenida, bien comunicado con metro a todos los puntos. El hotel tiene un buen desayuno y las habitaciones, aunque no son muy grandes, están muy limpias y tienen todo lo necesario para una agradable estancia. El personal de recepción es muy amable. Lo único que mejorar sería la gestión de los ascensores. Tiene 4 pero hay veces, sobre todo por las mañanas, que estás bastante rato esperando o si estás bajando, parando en cada uno de los pisos.
