The hotel is nice and the staff is kind. Nevertheless, there have been no toothbrushes in the room. Something expected in this category of hotel.

Overall the room was clean & staff was friendly. Location is by the street. Good lobby to chill a abit.

Chose this hotel after i desperately needed to leave my previous hotel because it was damn janky, dirty, unclean and just not fit for living. This hotel is 4 start but honestly deserves 5-stars. Apart from the location, everything about it is perfect. Big bed, clean, smells nice, good bathroom, heated toilet seat (with bidet), bathtub, Many amenities are provided (including umbrella) which turned out to be useful for the typhoon season.

Location is not far from Metro and Taipei... Must take taxi to get Metro and then ~25 mins to get downtown 101 area. Hotel WiFi works well at ~ 27-28 Mbps steady and Ethernet port works. Building seems to have a lot of concrete and was hard to find room and areas in room, bwhere I could also use a SIM card hotspot signal that was fast enough (as a back up in event hotel WiFi failed). Surrounding areas, not too much. But business park and Starbucks and Family Mart in North East 5-12 mins walk from hotel. Staff very courteous and helpful. Room very nice. Heaters in each room. Quiet. Windows are think and don't open. Hope this helps others

Not my favorite location but close enough to Bus Route 243 it’s not that bad. The service was great, very attentive and worthy of 4 stars. Pretty clean as well no major complaints. Overall I recommend this hotel.

Location is a matter if you concern taking a subway… it’s like only buses and taxi available! Not so many choices of restaurants and coffee shops around.

Good facility and service, though some hard were a bit old. Location very good with great breakfast. Will come back in the future.

這趟連住四個晚上，酒店的裝潢尚算不錯，房間亦算寛敞，遇冷氣設備不善，冷氣半夜突然熄滅，早上維修了，當晚又發生同樣故障，雖則第二天員工維修服務反應頗好，但已對此租住體驗減分了！ 另外，酒店位置為旅遊人士極為不適合，交通不便，偏遠，附近亦沒有任何食肆、購物或娛樂設施，基本出入都極不便利！
