"Wonderful hotel! The room was clean, beds very comfortable, and daily housekeeping was excellent! It's quiet, peaceful, and cozy. Breakfasts were absolutely amazing and so varied! There's also a pool if you want to swim. The grounds are well-maintained. The neighborhood itself is good for staying in, very calm. There are many other high-end hotels nearby, but this one completely satisfied me in terms of value for money!"

"This is a wonderful hotel located down a quiet alley in Thamel. The location is perfect – it's a 5-minute walk from the main restaurants and shops, yet it's very peaceful and quiet. The room is spacious, very clean, cozy, and has a comfortable bed. The hot shower has excellent water pressure, and the air conditioning works well. The Wi-Fi is fast, which is important for travelers. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind; the managers at the front desk truly make you feel at home. The food in the restaurant is delicious, and the breakfasts are hearty. This hotel is excellent for relaxation. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy place in Thamel with perfect value for money!"

"I stayed at Hotel Barahi Kathmandu for three nights and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Special thanks to Nicha for her excellent service and hospitality. The breakfast was good and met expectations, although the menu remained largely the same throughout my stay. A little more variety would be appreciated for guests staying multiple nights. The gym is well-maintained but quite small, and the operating hours are somewhat limited. The swimming pool is attractive, though it offers limited privacy as it is located next to the restaurant area. Due to my late check-in, I was initially assigned a room on the top floor. The room felt smaller and less comfortable than expected, and I experienced issues with the hot and cold water control. Fortunately, the staff proactively offered a room change, and I was later moved to a room on the fourth floor, which was much more spacious, comfortable, and better equipped. The location is one of the hotel’s strongest points, although traffic noise from the nearby intersection can sometimes be noticeable. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the staff’s professionalism and willingness to resolve issues. With its convenient location, clean facilities, and excellent service, I would recommend Hotel Barahi Kathmandu."

"This is by far the best hotel on the street. The bed is super wide, perfect for three people as you can combine the beds. The Chinese breakfast was just what we're used to.
